2 My whole being yearns and pines for Yahweh's courts, My heart and my body cry out for joy to theliving God.	2 Kako su mili stanovi tvoji, Jahve nad vojskama!
3 Even the sparrow has found a home, the swal ow a nest to place its young: your altars, YahwehSabaoth, my King and my God.	3 Duša mi gine i čezne za dvorima Jahvinim. Srce moje i moje tijelo kliču Bogu živomu.
4 How blessed are those who live in your house; they shall praise you continual y. Pause	4 I vrabac sebi log nalazi, i lastavica gnjezdašce gdje će položiti mlade svoje: a ja žrtvenike tvoje, Jahve nad vojskama, Kralju moj i Bože moj!
5 Blessed those who find their strength in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.	5 Blaženi koji prebivaju u domu tvome slaveć’ te bez prestanka!
6 As they pass through the Val ey of the Balsam, they make there a water-hole, and -- a further blessing-- early rain fil s it.	6 Blažen komu je pomoć u tebi dok se sprema na svete putove!
7 They make their way from height to height, God shows himself to them in Zion.	7 Prolaze li suhom dolinom, u izvor je vode promeću i prva je kiša u blagoslov odijeva.
8 Yahweh, God Sabaoth, hear my prayer, listen, God of Jacob.	8 Snaga im raste od časa do časa: dok ne ugledaju Boga na Sionu.
9 God, our shield, look, and see the face of your anointed.	9 Jahve, Bože nad vojskama, čuj molitvu moju, poslušaj, Bože Jakovljev!
10 Better one day in your courts than a thousand at my own devices, to stand on the threshold of God'shouse than to live in the tents of the wicked.	10 Pogledaj, štite naš, Bože, pogledaj lice pomazanika svoga!
11 For Yahweh God is a rampart and shield, he gives grace and glory; Yahweh refuses nothing good tothose whose life is blameless.	11 Zaista, jedan je dan u dvorima tvojim bolji od tisuću drugih. Volim biti na pragu doma Boga svoga nego boraviti u šatorima grešnika.
12 Yahweh Sabaoth, blessed is he who trusts in you.	12 Jahve, Bog, sunce je i štit: on daje milost i slavu. Ne uskraćuje Jahve dobara onima koji idu u nedužnosti.
	13 Jahve nad vojskama, blago onom tko se u te uzda.
