28 Malluch, Carim, Baana.	28 The rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and all who have separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons, their daughters, all who have knowledge and understanding,
29 E il resto del popolo, i sacerdoti, i leviti, i portinai, i cantori, gli oblati e tutti coloro che si sono separati dalle popolazioni locali per seguire la legge di Dio, le loro spose, i figli e le figlie, cioè tutti coloro che sono capaci d'intendere,	29 join with their brethren, their nobles, and enter into a curse and an oath to walk in God's law which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord and his ordinances and his statutes.
30 si uniscono ai loro fratelli, i loro prìncipi, e contraggono un patto e un giuramento, di camminare secondo la legge di Dio che è stata data per mezzo di Mosè, servitore di Dio, e di osservare e compiere tutti i comandi del Signore nostro Signore, le sue prescrizioni e le sue leggi:	30 We will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons;
31 di non dare le nostre figlie alle popolazioni locali e di non prendere le loro figlie per i nostri figli;	31 and if the peoples of the land bring in wares or any grain on the sabbath day to sell, we will not buy from them on the sabbath or on a holy day; and we will forego the crops of the seventh year and the exaction of every debt.
32 di non acquistare nulla in giorno di sabato o in giorno sacro dalle popolazioni locali che portano a vendere in giorno di sabato ogni specie di mercanzia o di derrate; inoltre, ogni sette anni sarà lasciata riposare la terra e condonato ogni debito.	32 We also lay upon ourselves the obligation to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God:
33 Ci siamo anche imposti per legge di dare annualmente un terzo di siclo per il servizio della casa del nostro Dio,	33 for the showbread, the continual cereal offering, the continual burnt offering, the sabbaths, the new moons, the appointed feasts, the holy things, and the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.
34 per i pani dell'offerta, per l'oblazione perenne, per l'olocausto perenne dei sabati, dei noviluni, per le feste, per le offerte sacre, per i sacrifici d'espiazione affinché Israele sia perdonato, e per ogni lavoro della casa del nostro Dio.	34 We have likewise cast lots, the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, according to our fathers' houses, at times appointed, year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law.
35 Noi, sacerdoti, leviti e popolo, abbiamo tirato a sorte riguardo all'offerta del legname da portare ogni anno a tempi fissati, secondo le nostre famiglie, alla casa del nostro Dio, perché bruci sull'altare del Signore nostro Dio, come prescritto nella legge.	35 We obligate ourselves to bring the first fruits of our ground and the first fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of the LORD;
36 Ci siamo imposti di portare le primizie della nostra terra e le primizie di tutti i frutti d'ogni albero, anno per anno, alla casa del Signore;	36 also to bring to the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God, the first-born of our sons and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks;
37 e i primogeniti dei nostri figli e del bestiame e i primogeniti delle mandrie e dei greggi ci siamo imposti di presentarli alla casa del nostro Dio, ai sacerdoti di servizio nella casa del nostro Dio, come è prescritto dalla legge.	37 and to bring the first of our coarse meal, and our contributions, the fruit of every tree, the wine and the oil, to the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and to bring to the Levites the tithes from our ground, for it is the Levites who collect the tithes in all our rural towns.
38 E la parte migliore delle nostre farine, delle offerte, del frutto di qualsiasi albero, del mosto e dell'olio, noi porteremo ai sacerdoti, nelle camere della casa del nostro Dio; e ai leviti la decima della nostra terra. I leviti preleveranno essi stessi la decima del nostro lavoro in tutte le città.	38 And the priest, the son of Aaron, shall be with the Levites when the Levites receive the tithes; and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, to the chambers, to the storehouse.
39 Un sacerdote, discendente di Aronne, sarà con i leviti quando questi preleveranno le decime. I leviti porteranno la decima della decima alla casa del Dio nostro, nelle stanze della tesoreria.	39 For the people of Israel and the sons of Levi shall bring the contribution of grain, wine, and oil to the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the gatekeepers and the singers. We will not neglect the house of our God.
40 In queste stanze, infatti, i figli d'Israele e i figli di Levi porteranno l'offerta del grano, del mosto e dell'olio. Qui sono gli utensili del santuario e i sacerdoti di servizio, i portinai e i cantori. Noi non abbandoneremo la casa del nostro Dio!
