Therefore, when all the multitude of the sons of Israel had gathered together, he said to them: “These are the things that the Lord has ordered to be done:1 Moses assembled the whole community of Israelites and said, 'These are the things Yahweh hasordered to be done:
For six days you shall do work; the seventh day, the Sabbath and the rest of the Lord, will be holy to you; whoever will have done any work in it shall be killed.2 Work must be done for six days, but the seventh must be a holy day for you, a day of complete rest, inhonour of Yahweh. Anyone who does any work on that day wil be put to death.

And all the multitude of the sons of Israel, departing from the sight of Moses,20 The whole community of Israelites then withdrew from Moses' presence.
offered the first-fruits to the Lord with a most ready and devout mind, to accomplish the work of the tabernacle of the testimony. Whatever was needed for worship and for the holy vestments,21 And al those whose heart stirred them and al those whose spirit prompted them brought acontribution for Yahweh, for the work on the Tent of Meeting, for its general service and for the sacredvestments.
men along with women provided: arm bands and earrings, rings and bracelets. And every vessel of gold was separated, to be donated to the Lord.22 Men and women, they came, al those whose heart prompted them, bringing brooches, rings, bracelets, necklaces, golden objects of every kind -- all those who had vowed gold to Yahweh,
If anyone had hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, fine linen and the hair of goats, the skins of rams, dyed red, and violet skins,23 while al those who happened to own violet-purple, red-purple or crimson materials, finely wovenlinen, goats' hair, rams' skins dyed red, or fine leather, brought that.

and the hair of goats, donating everything of their own accord.26 while al those women whose heart stirred them by virtue of their skil , spun goats' hair.
Yet truly, the leaders offered onyx stones and gems, for the ephod and the breastplate,27 The leaders brought cornelians and other stones to be set in the ephod and breastplate,
and aromatics and oil, to maintain the lights, and to prepare ointment, and also to produce incense with a most sweet odor.28 and the spices and oil for the light, for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense.
All the men and women offered donations with a devout mind, so that the works might be done which the Lord had ordered by the hand of Moses. All the sons of Israel dedicated voluntary offerings to the Lord.29 Al those Israelites, men and women, whose heart prompted them to contribute to the entire work thatYahweh had ordered through Moses to be done, brought a contribution to Yahweh.
And Moses said to the sons of Israel: “Behold, the Lord has called by name Bezalel, the son of Uri, the son of Hur, from the tribe of Judah,30 Moses then said to the Israelites, 'Look, Yahweh has singled out Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of thetribe of Judah,
and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, and understanding, and knowledge, and all teaching,31 and has filled him with the spirit of God in wisdom, knowledge and skil in every kind of craft:
to design and to fashion, with gold and silver and brass,32 in designing and carrying out work in gold and silver and bronze,
and with engraving stones, and with the skill of a carpenter. Whatever can be skillfully invented,33 in cutting stones to be set, in wood carving and in executing every kind of work.
he has given to his heart. It is likewise with Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach from the tribe of Dan.34 And on him and on Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, he has bestowed the gift ofteaching,
He has taught both of them wisdom, in order to do the work of carpentry, tapestry, and embroidery, from hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, and every textile, and to discover whatever may be new.”35 and filled them with the skill to carry out every kind of work, that of the engraver, that of theembroiderer, that of the needleworker in violet-purple, red-purple and crimson materials and fine linen, that of theweaver, and indeed that of every kind of craftsman and designer.'
