1 Therefore, when all the multitude of the sons of Israel had gathered together, he said to them: “These are the things that the Lord has ordered to be done:	1 Raunata adunque tutta la moltitudine de' figliuoli d'Israele, disse loro: Ecco quello che il Signore ha ordinato che si faccia.
2 For six days you shall do work; the seventh day, the Sabbath and the rest of the Lord, will be holy to you; whoever will have done any work in it shall be killed.	2 Sei giorni lavorerete: il settimo giorno sarà santo per voi, sabato, e requie del Signore: chi in tal giorno lavorerà, sarà messo a morte.
3 You shall not kindle a fire in any of your dwelling places throughout the day of the Sabbath.”	3 Non accenderete fuoco in tutte le vostre abitazioni il giorno di sabato.
4 And Moses said to the entire crowd of the sons of Israel: “This is the word which the Lord has instructed, saying:	4 E disse Mosè a tutta la moltitudine de' figliuoli d'Israele: Questo è il comando dato dal Signore: egli dice:
5 Separate from among you the first-fruits to the Lord. Let all who are willing and have a ready soul offer these to the Lord: gold, and silver, and brass,	5 Delle cose vostre mettete a parte le primizie che ciascheduno di propria elezione, e spontaneamente vuole offerire al Signore: oro, argento, e rame,
6 hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, the hair of goats,	6 Iacinto e porpora, e cocco a due tinte, e bisso, pelo di capra,
7 and the skins of rams, dyed red, and violet skins, setim wood,	7 E pelli d'arieti tinte in rosso, e violette, legname di setim,
8 and oil to prepare lights and to produce ointment, and most sweet incense,	8 E olio per mantenere le lampane, e per far l'unguento e i soavissimi timiami,
9 onyx stones and gems, to adorn the ephod and the breastplate.	9 Pietre d'oniche, e gemme per ornamento dell'Ephod, e del Razionale.
10 And whoever among you is wise, let him come and make what the Lord has commanded:	10 Chiunque tra voi ha perizia, venga a fare quelle cose, che dal Signore sono state ordinate:
11 the tabernacle, certainly, and its roof, and also the covering, the rings, and the panels with the bars, the tent pegs and the bases,	11 Vale a dire il tabernacolo, e il suo tetto, e le coperte, e gli anelli, e i tavolati, e le stanghe, e le colonne, e le basi:
12 the ark and its bars, the propitiatory, and the veil that is drawn before it,	12 L'arca, e le stanghe, il propiziatorio, e' l velo, che dee pendere dinanzi ad esso:
13 the table with its bars and vessels, and the bread of the presence,	13 La mensa colle sue stanghe, e co' vasi, e i pani della proposizione:
14 the lampstand to hold up the lights, its vessels and lamps, and the oil to the nourish the fire,	14 Il candelliere, che dee sostenere i lumi, e i suoi strumenti e le lampane, e l'olio per mantenere il lume:
15 the altar of incense and its bars, and the oil of unction, and the incense of aromatics, the tent at the door of the tabernacle,	15 L'altare de' timiami, e le stanghe, e l'olio di unzione, e il timiama di aromi: e il velo alla porta del tabernacolo:
16 the altar of holocaust and its grate of brass, with the bars and vessels, the washtub and its base,	16 L'altare degli olocausti, e la sua graticola di bronzo colle sue stanghe, e i suoi vasi: la conca, e la sua base:
17 the curtains of the atrium, with the columns and the bases, the hanging at the doors of the vestibule,	17 Le cortine dell'atrio con le colonne, e le basi: il velo all'ingresso dell'atrio:
18 the tent pegs of the tabernacle and the atrium, with their little cords,	18 I chiodi del tabernacolo, e dell'atrio colle loro funi:
19 the vestments, which are to be used in the ministry of the Sanctuary, the vestments of Aaron, the high priest, as well as those of his sons, in order to exercise the priesthood to me.”	19 Le vestimenta da adoperarsi nel ministero del santuario, e le vesti d'Aronne pontefice, e de' suoi figliuoli pell’esercizio del sacerdozio.
20 And all the multitude of the sons of Israel, departing from the sight of Moses,	20 E tutta la moltitudine de' figliuoli d'Israele ritiratisi dal cospetto di Mosè,
21 offered the first-fruits to the Lord with a most ready and devout mind, to accomplish the work of the tabernacle of the testimony. Whatever was needed for worship and for the holy vestments,	21 Offerirono con prontissimo e divoto animo il meglio delle cose loro al Signore per la formazione del tabernacolo del testamento: e tutto quello che era necessario pegli ornamenti, e pelle vestimenta sante.
22 men along with women provided: arm bands and earrings, rings and bracelets. And every vessel of gold was separated, to be donated to the Lord.	22 Gli uomini e le donne donarono braccialetti, e orecchini, e anelli, e gli ornamenti della mano destra: tutti i vasi d’oro furon separati per donargli al Signore.
23 If anyone had hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, fine linen and the hair of goats, the skins of rams, dyed red, and violet skins,	23 Chiunque avea dell’iacinto, e della porpora, e del cocco a due tinte, e del bisso, e del pelo di capra, e delle pelli d'ariete tinte in rosso, o in violetto,
24 metal of silver and brass, they offered it to the Lord, along with setim wood for various uses.	24 E argento e rame, lo offerirono al Signore col legname di setim buono a varii usi.
25 But the skillful women also gave whatever they had spun: hyacinth, purple, and vermillion, as well as fine linen,	25 Oltre a ciò le donne industriose diedero del filato di iacinto, di porpora, di cocco, e di bisso,
26 and the hair of goats, donating everything of their own accord.	26 E pelo di capra; ogni cosa offerendo di spontanea volontà.
27 Yet truly, the leaders offered onyx stones and gems, for the ephod and the breastplate,	27 I principi poi offerirono pietre d’oniche, e gemme pell'Ephod, e pel Razionale,
28 and aromatics and oil, to maintain the lights, and to prepare ointment, and also to produce incense with a most sweet odor.	28 E aromi, e olio per mantenere i lumi, e per manipolare l'unguento, e far la composizione del timiama di soavissimo odore.
29 All the men and women offered donations with a devout mind, so that the works might be done which the Lord had ordered by the hand of Moses. All the sons of Israel dedicated voluntary offerings to the Lord.	29 Tutti quanti uomini e donne presentarono con cuor divoto i loro donativi, affinché si facessero i lavori ordinati dal Signore per bocca di Mosè. Tutti i figliuoli d'Israele consacrarono i volontarii loro doni al Signore.
30 And Moses said to the sons of Israel: “Behold, the Lord has called by name Bezalel, the son of Uri, the son of Hur, from the tribe of Judah,	30 E Mosè disse a' figliuoli d'Israele: Ecco che il Signore ha chiamato per nome Beseleel figliuolo di Uri figliuolo di Hur della tribù di Giuda.
31 and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, and understanding, and knowledge, and all teaching,	31 E lo ha ripieno dello spirito di Dio, di sapienza e d'intelligenza, e di scienza, e di ogni sapere.
32 to design and to fashion, with gold and silver and brass,	32 Per inventare, ed eseguire lavori d'oro, d'argento, e di bronzo,
33 and with engraving stones, and with the skill of a carpenter. Whatever can be skillfully invented,	33 E per intagliar pietre, e pe' lavori di legnaiuolo, e per tutto quello che può inventarsi con arte,
34 he has given to his heart. It is likewise with Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach from the tribe of Dan.	34 Ha dato a lui capacità, e similmente ad Ooliab figliuolo di Achisamech della tribù di Dan:
35 He has taught both of them wisdom, in order to do the work of carpentry, tapestry, and embroidery, from hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, and every textile, and to discover whatever may be new.”	35 Ad ambedue ha comunicato il sapere pe' lavori di legname, e pe' panni di varii colori, e pe' lavori di ricamo, e per tutto quello che si fa al telaio coll'iacinto, colla porpora, e col cocco a due tinte, e col bisso, e per inventare eziandio cose nuove.
