3 He wil judge between many peoples and arbitrate between mighty nations. They wil hammer theirswords into ploughshares and their spears into bil -hooks. Nation will not lift sword against nation or ever againbe trained to make war.	3 Będzie On rozjemcą między licznymi ludami i wyda wyroki na narody potężne, odległe; i przekują miecze swe na lemiesze, a swoje włócznie na sierpy. Naród przeciwko narodowi nie podniesie miecza, nie będą się więcej zaprawiać do wojny,
4 But each man wil sit under his vine and fig tree with no one to trouble him. The mouth of YahwehSabaoth has spoken.	4 lecz każdy będzie siadywał pod swą winoroślą i pod swym drzewem figowym; i nie będzie tego, kto by niepokoił, bo usta Pana Zastępów przemówiły.

9 Why are you crying out now? Have you no king? Has your counsel or perished, for pangs to grip youlike those of a woman in labour?	9 Czemu teraz tak szlochasz? Czy nie ma króla u ciebie albo zginęli twoi doradcy, że chwycił cię ból jak rodzącą?
10 Writhe in pain and cry aloud, daughter of Zion, like a woman in labour, for now you must leave the cityand camp in the open country; to Babylon you must go, and there you will be rescued; there Yahweh wil ransomyou from the clutches of your enemies.	10 Wij się z bólu i jęcz jak rodząca, Córo Syjonu, bo teraz musisz wyjść z miasta i w polu zamieszkać. Pójdziesz aż do Babilonu, tam będziesz ocalona, tam cię odkupi Pan z ręki twych nieprzyjaciół.
11 Now many nations have mustered against you. They say, 'Let us desecrate her, let us gloat over Zion!'	11 Zebrało się teraz przeciw tobie wiele narodów, które mówią: Niech będzie zbezczeszczona, niech się nasycą oczy nasze [ruiną] Syjonu!

Bo róg twój uczynię z żelaza, a kopyta twoje zrobię ze spiżu i zmiażdżysz ludy mnogie; obłożysz klątwą ich łupy dla Pana i bogactwa ich dla Władcy całej ziemi.
14 Now look to your fortifications, Fortress! They have laid siege to us; the ruler of Israel wil be struck onthe cheek with a rod.	14 Teraz zbieraj się w bandy, Córo band! Oblężenie przeciw nam zgotowano, rózgą bić będą w policzek sędziego Izraela.
