1 ' "When you draw lots to divide the country by heritage, you must set a sacred portion of the countryaside for Yahweh: twenty-five thousand cubits long and twenty thousand wide. The whole of this land must besacred,	1 - Quando prendete a dividere a lotti la terra, metterete da parte le primizie pel Signore in un tratto di territorio sacro della lunghezza di venticinquemila [cubiti] e di diecimila di larghezza; sarà sacro in tutto il confine del suo circuito.
2 and of this an area five hundred by five hundred cubits must be for the sanctuary, with a boundary fiftycubits wide right round.	2 E di tutto questo sarà conservato un quadrato di cinquecento per cinquecento intorno ai quattro lati, col suo lembo per le adiacenze di cinquanta cubiti in giro.
3 Out of this area you must also measure a section twenty-five thousand by ten thousand cubits, inwhich wil be the sanctuary, the Holy of Holies.	3 E su questa estensione tu misurerai dunque una lunghezza di venticinquemila e una larghezza di diecimila e quivi sarà il tempio e il santo dei santi.
4 This will be the sacred portion of the country, belonging to the priests who officiate in the sanctuaryand approach Yahweh to serve him. It wil contain room for their houses and room for the sanctuary.	4 Una porzione del territorio privilegiato sarà pei sacerdoti ministri del santuario che si accostano per esercitare il divino mistero, e sarà destinato a essi per le loro case e in santuario di santità.
5 A portion twenty-five thousand by ten thousand cubits wil be owned by the Levites serving theTemple, with towns for them to live in.	5 E venticinquemila cubiti di lunghezza per diecimila di larghezza saranno pei leviti che prestano servizio alla casa; essi occuperanno venti sale.
6 You must give the city possession of an area five thousand by twenty-five thousand cubits, near theland belonging to the sanctuary; this must be for the whole House of Israel.	6 E come possessione della città, darete cinquemila cubiti di larghezza e venticinquemila di lunghezza parallelamente alla porzione riservata del santuario, a tutta la casa d'Israele.
7 "The prince must have a territory either side of the sacred portion and of the property of the city,adjacent to the sacred portion and the property of the city, stretching westwards from the west and eastwardsfrom the east, its size equal to one of the portions between the west and the east frontiers	7 Al principe poi darete di qua e di là dalla porzione riservata del santuario e della possessione della città, di rimpetto alla porzione riservata del santuario e di rimpetto alla possessione della città, lo spazio che dal lato del mare va fino alla linea del mare e dal lato di oriente fino alla frontiera orientale, e la lunghezza sarà uguale per tutte e due le parti dal limite occidentale fino al limite orientale.
8 of the country. This wil be his property in Israel. Then my princes wil no longer oppress my people;they must leave the rest of the country for the House of Israel, for its tribes.	8 Sarà suo territorio e possessione in Israele e i principi non deprederanno più il mio popolo, ma concederanno la terra alla casa di Israele secondo le loro tribù».
9 "The Lord Yahweh says this: Enough, princes of Israel! Give up your violence and plundering, do whatis upright and just, stop crushing my people with taxation -- declares the Lord Yahweh.	9 Così dice il Signore Dio: «Basti di quel che avete fatto, o principi d'Israele, finitela con l'iniquità e con le rapine, fate, ragione e giustizia, non sconfinate da nessuna parte verso il mio popolo, dice il Signore Dio.
10 Have fair scales, a fair ephah, a fair bat.	10 Abbiate una bilancia giusta, un'efa giusta e un bato giusto.
11 Let the ephah and bat be equal, let the bat hold one-tenth of a homer and the ephah one-tenth of ahomer. Let the measures be based on the homer.	11 L'efa e il bato sempre uguali e di una stessa qualità, che il bato contenga la decima parte di un coro, e l'efa la decima parte di un coro, secondo la misura del coro sarà la loro equivalenza.
12 The shekel must be twenty gerah. Twenty shekels, twenty-five shekels and fifteen shekels mustmake one mina.	12 Il siclo vale venti oboli. Venti sicli e venticinque sicli e quindici sicli fanno una mina.
13 "This is the offering that you must levy: the sixth of an ephah for every homer of wheat, and the sixthof an ephah for every homer of barley.	13 E queste sono le primizie che preleverete: il sesto di un'efa su di un coro di frumento e il sesto di un'efa su di un coro di orzo.
14 The dues on oil: one bat of oil out of every ten bat or out of every kor (which is equal to ten bat or onehomer, since ten bat equal one homer).	14 Regola per l'olio: di un bato d'olio la decima parte è per un coro, e dieci bati fanno un coro, essendo dieci bati e un coro uguali.
15 You must levy one sheep on every flock of two hundred from the pastures of Israel for the oblation,the burnt offerings and the communion sacrifice. This must form your expiation -- declares the Lord Yahweh.	15 Su duecento capi di bestiame ovino, di quelli allevati nei pascoli di Israele, sarà dato un montone pel sacrificio e l'olocausto e l'offerta pacifica, in loro propria espiazione, dice il Signore Dio.
16 Let al the people of the country be subject to this due for the prince of Israel.	16 Tutta la popolazione del territorio sarà tenuta a queste primizie pel principe residente in Israele.
17 The prince must make himself responsible for providing the burnt offerings, the oblation and thelibations for feasts, New Moons, Sabbaths and al the solemn festivals of the House of Israel. He must providethe sacrifice for sin, the oblation, the burnt offerings and the communion sacrifices to make expiation for theHouse of Israel.	17 A carico del principe saranno gli olocausti e il sacrifizio e le libazioni nelle feste e nei novilunii e sabato e in tutte le solennità della casa d'Israele egli si occuperà del sacrifizio del peccato, dell'olocausto, dell'offerta pacifica in espiazione per la casa d'Israele».
18 "The Lord Yahweh says this: On the first day of the first month, you must take a young bul withoutblemish, to purify the sanctuary.	18 Così dice il Signore Dio: «Nel primo mese, il primo del mese, prenderai un vitello dall'armento, senza difetti e farai espiazione del santuario.
19 The priest must take blood from the sacrifice for sin and put it on the doorposts of the Temple, on thefour corners of the altar plinth and on the doorposts of the gates of the inner court.	19 E il sacerdote raccoglierà il sangue della vittima offerta pel peccato e ne metterà sui cardini della casa e ai quattro angoli del basamento dell'altare e agli stipiti della porta del cortile interiore.
20 You must do the same on the seventh of the month, on behalf of anyone who has sinned throughinadvertence or ignorance. This is how you must make expiation for the Temple.	20 Il simile farai ai sette del mese in riguardo a chiunque si sia reso colpevole per ignoranza o tratto in errore, e farai espiazione per la casa.
21 On the fourteenth day of the first month, you must celebrate the feast of the Passover. For sevendays everyone must eat unleavened loaves.	21 Nel primo mese, ai quattordici del mese, celebrerete la solennità di Pasqua; per sette giorni si mangeranno pani senza lievito.
22 On that day, the prince must offer a bull as a sacrifice for sin, for himself and al the people of thecountry.	22 E in quel giorno il principe farà per sè e per tutto il popolo del paese il sacrificio di un vitello pel peccato.
23 For the seven days of the feast, he must offer Yahweh burnt offerings of seven bul s and seven ramswithout blemish, daily for a week, and one he-goat daily as a sacrifice for sin,	23 E durante la solennità dei sette giorni, offrirà in olocausto al Signore sette vitelli e sette montoni senza difetti, in ciascuno dei sette giorni; e per il peccato, un capro, ogni giorno.
24 and as an oblation, one ephah for each bul and one ephah for each ram, and a hin of oil for everyephah.	24 E farà l'oblazione di un'efa di farina per vitello e un'efa per montone e un hin di olio per ogni efa.
25 "For the feast that fal s on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, he must do the same for sevendays, offering the sacrifice for sin, the burnt offerings, the oblation and the oil." '	25 Il settimo mese, nella solennità dei quindici del mese, farai le cose come sono state dette sopra durante i sette giorni, tanto nel sacrificio pel peccato, quanto nell'olocausto, nell'oblazione e nell'olio».
