Ezra 1

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA VOLGARE
1 In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia -- to fulfil the word of Yahweh spoken through Jeremiah -Yahwehroused the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia to issue a proclamation and to have it publicly displayed throughout hiskingdom:	1 Nel primo anno di Ciro re di Persia, acciò che fosse compiuta la parola di Dio detta per Ieremia, suscitoe il Signore lo spirito di Ciro re di Persia; e mandò la voce per tutto il suo reame, e anche per scrittura, dicendo:
2 'Cyrus king of Persia says this, "Yahweh, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earthand has appointed me to build him a Temple in Jerusalem, in Judah.	2 Questo dice Ciro re di Persia: tutti i regni della terra mi ha dato il Signore Iddio del cielo; egli mi comandò ch' io gli facessi casa in Ierusalem, la quale è in Giudea.
3 Whoever among you belongs to the ful tal y of his people, may his God be with him! Let him go up toJerusalem, in Judah, and build the Temple of Yahweh, God of Israel, who is the God in Jerusalem.	3 Quale è in voi di tutto il popolo suo? Sia Iddio con esso lui. Ascenda in Ierusalem, la quale è in Giudea, ed edìfichino la casa del Signore Iddio d' Israel; esso è Iddio il quale è in Ierusalem.
4 And let each survivor, wherever he lives, be helped by the people of his locality with silver, gold,equipment and riding beasts, as wel as voluntary offerings for the Temple of God which is in Jerusalem." '	4 E tutti gli altri in tutti i luoghi, là ovunque àbitano, l'aìtino gli uomini del suo luogo d'ariento e d'oro e di sostanza e animali, fuori di quello volontariamente offeriranno al tempio di Dio, il quale è in Ierusalem.
5 Then the heads of families of Judah and of Benjamin, the priests and the Levites, in fact al whose spirithad been roused by God, prepared to go and rebuild the Temple of Yahweh in Jerusalem;	5 E levaronsi i prìncipi de' padri di Giuda e di Beniamin, i sacerdoti e i Leviti, e ciascuno lo spirito del quale Iddio suscitoe, ad ascendere (in Ierusalem) ad edificare il tempio del Signore, il quale era in Ierusalem.
6 and al their neighbours gave them every kind of help: silver, gold, equipment, riding beasts andvaluable presents, in addition to their voluntary offerings.	6 E tutti quelli ch' erano dintorno, aiutarli con le loro mani in vasa d'ariento e d'oro e in sostanza e animali e massarizie, sopra quelle cose che di volontà aveano offerte.
7 Furthermore, King Cyrus handed over the articles belonging to the Temple of Yahweh whichNebuchadnezzar had carried away from Jerusalem and put in the temple of his god.	7 E il re Ciro mandò le vasa del tempio del Signore, le quali avea portate il re Nabucodonosor di Ierusalem, e avea poste nel tempio del suo iddio.
8 Cyrus king of Persia handed them over to Mithredath the treasurer who checked them out toSheshbazzar the prince of Judah.	8 E mandolle Ciro per mano di Mitridate figliuolo di Gazabar, e annumerolle Sassabasar al principe di Giuda.
9 The inventory was as fol ows: thirty gold dishes; one thousand silver dishes, twenty-nine repaired;	9 E questo è il numero di quelle, cioè: trenta fiale d'oro, mille fiale d'ariento, XXVIIII coltri, e XXX nappi d'oro,
10 thirty gold bowls; a thousand silver bowls, four hundred and ten damaged; one thousand other articles.	10 nappi secondi d'ariento CCCCX, ed altre vasa mille.
11 In al , five thousand four hundred articles of gold and silver. Sheshbazzar took al these with him whenhe led the exiles back from Babylon to Jerusalem.	11 Tutte le vasa d'oro e d'ariento V milia CCCC; tutte le portoe Sassabasar, con coloro che della trasmigrazione di Bibilonia ascendeano in Ierusalem.
