Psalms 125

1 A song of ascents. Like Mount Zion are they who trust in the LORD, unshakable, forever enduring.	1 (124-1) ^^Песнь восхождения.^^ Надеющийся на Господа, как гора Сион, не подвигнется: пребывает вовек.
2 As mountains surround Jerusalem, the LORD surrounds his people both now and forever.	2 (124-2) Горы окрест Иерусалима, а Господь окрест народа Своего отныне и вовек.
3 The scepter of the wicked will not prevail in the land given to the just, Lest the just themselves turn their hands to evil.	3 (124-3) Ибо не оставит [Господь] жезла нечестивых над жребием праведных, дабы праведные не простерли рук своих к беззаконию.
4 Do good, LORD, to the good, to those who are upright of heart.	4 (124-4) Благотвори, Господи, добрым и правым в сердцах своих;
5 But those who turn aside to crooked ways may the LORD send down with the wicked. Peace upon Israel!	5 (124-5) а совращающихся на кривые пути свои да оставит Господь ходить с делающими беззаконие. Мир на Израиля!
