2 Készíts szent ruhákat Áronnak, a bátyádnak, dicsőségül és ékességül.	2 For your brother Aaron you wil make sacred vestments to give dignity and magnificence.

They must make sacred vestments for your brother Aaron and his sons, for them to be priestsin my service.

6 Az efódot aranyból, kék, bíbor, kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalból és sodrott lenből, műszövő munkával készítsék.	6 'They wil make the ephod of finely woven linen embroidered with gold, violet-purple, red-purple andcrimson.
7 Két vállpánt csatlakozzon hozzá fönt két oldalon úgy, hogy vele egyet alkosson.	7 It wil have two shoulder-straps joined to it; it will be joined to them by its two edges.
8 Szövése és művének egész hímzése aranyból, kék, bíbor, kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalból és sodrott lenből legyen.	8 The waistband on the ephod to hold it in position must be of the same workmanship and be of a piecewith it: of gold, violet-purple, red-purple and crimson materials and finely woven linen.
9 Végy továbbá két ónixkövet, és vésd rájuk Izrael fiainak nevét:	9 You will then take two cornelians and engrave them with the names of the sons of Israel,
10 hat nevet az egyik kőre, a másik hat nevet a másikra, születésük rendjében;	10 six of their names on one stone, the remaining six names on the other, in the order of their birth.
11 kőmetsző munkával, a pecsétmetsző mesterségével vésd rájuk Izrael fiainak nevét. Ezeket aztán szorítsd és foglald körös-körül aranyba.	11 By the stone-carver's art -- seal engraving -- you wil engrave the two stones with the names of thesons of Israel. You will have them mounted in gold settings
12 Aztán illeszd ezt a vállravaló két vállpántjára, emlékeztetőül Izrael fiaira, hogy viselje Áron a nevüket a két vállán az Úr előtt emlékeztetőül.	12 and wil put the two stones on the shoulder-straps of the ephod, to commemorate the sons of Israel.In this way Aaron will bear their names on his two shoulders, before Yahweh, as a reminder.
13 Készíts továbbá kis horgokat aranyból,	13 You wil also make golden rosettes,
14 két sodrott kis láncot színaranyból, és fűzd rá őket a horgokra.	14 and two chains of pure gold twisted like cord, and wil attach the cord-like chains to the rosettes.
15 Készítsd el az ítélet tudakolóját is: műszövő munkával, a vállravaló szövésének módjára, aranyból, kék, bíbor és kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalból és sodrott lenből.	15 'You wil make the breastplate of judgement of the same embroidered work as the ephod; you wilmake it of gold, violet-purple, red-purple and crimson materials and finely woven linen.
16 Négyzet alakú legyen és kétrétű, hosszában is, széltében is egy-egy arasznyi méretű.	16 It must be square and doubled over, a span in length and a span in width.
17 Ebbe aztán foglalj négy sor drágakövet: az első sorban karneol, topáz és smaragd legyen,	17 In it you wil set four rows of stones: a sard, topaz and emerald for the first row;
18 a másodikban karbunkulus, zafír és jáspis,	18 for the second row, a garnet, sapphire and diamond;
19 a harmadikban jácint, achát és ametiszt,	19 for the third row, a hyacinth, a ruby and an amethyst;
20 a negyedikben krizolit, ónix és berill. Aranyba legyenek foglalva fajtánként,	20 and for the fourth row, a beryl, a cornelian and a jasper. These must be mounted in gold settings.
21 és Izrael fiainak neve legyen rajtuk. Tizenkét név legyen beléjük vésve, kövenként egy-egy név, a tizenkét törzs szerint. –	21 The stones wil correspond to the names of the sons of Israel, twelve like their names, engraved likeseals, each with the name of one of the twelve tribes.
22 Készíts továbbá a tudakolóra sodrott láncokat színaranyból,	22 For the breastplate you wil make chains of pure gold twisted like cords,
23 valamint két aranykarikát, és az utóbbiakat illeszd a tudakoló két felső sarkára.	23 and on the breastplate you wil make two gold rings, putting the two rings on the two outside edges ofthe breastplate
24 Aztán fűzd be az arany láncokat a tudakoló sarkain levő karikákba,	24 and fastening the two gold cords to the two rings on the outside edges of the breastplate.
25 a láncok végét pedig kapcsold a két kis horoggal a vállravalónak az efóddal szembe eső két vállpántjára.	25 The other two ends of the cords you wil fasten to the two rosettes, putting these on the shoulder-straps of the ephod, on the front.
26 Aztán készíts két aranykarikát, és illeszd a tudakoló két alsó sarkára, az efóddal szembe eső, befelé néző szélére,	26 You wil also make two gold rings and put them on the two edges of the breastplate, on the innerside, against the ephod;
27 ezenkívül két másik aranykarikát; ezeket illeszd a vállravaló efód két vállpántjának alsó részére, az alsó összefoglalással szembe, hogy a tudakolót össze lehessen fűzni az efóddal.	27 and you wil make two gold rings and put them low down on the front of the two shoulder-pieces ofthe ephod, close to the join, above the waistband of the ephod.

29 Így viselje Áron a mellén, az ítélet tudakolóján Izrael fiainak nevét mindig, amikor bemegy a szentélybe, emlékeztetőül az Úr előtt.	29 Thus Aaron wil bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgement, on his heart,when he enters the sanctuary, as a reminder, before Yahweh, always.
30 Az ítélet tudakolójába pedig tedd bele az Urimot és a Tumimot, hogy Áron mellén legyenek, amikor bemegy az Úr elé: így viselje Izrael fiainak ítéletét a mellén az Úr színe előtt mindenkor.	30 To the breastplate of judgement you will add the urim and the thummim, and these wil be on Aaron'sheart when he goes into Yahweh's presence, and Aaron will bear the Israelites' judgement on his heart, inYahweh's presence, always.
31 Készítsd el a vállravalóhoz tartozó felsőköntöst is, kékszínű fonalból az egészet.	31 'You wil make the robe of the ephod entirely of violet-purple.
32 Fenn a közepén nyílás legyen rajta a fej számára, körülötte szövött szegéllyel, olyan, mint a ruhák szélén szokott lenni, hogy egykönnyen be ne szakadjon.	32 In the centre it will have an opening for the head, the opening to have round it a border woven likethe neck of a coat of mail, so that it wil not get torn.

37 Ezt aztán kösd egy kékszínű zsinórra, legyen a süvegen,	37 You wil put it on a violet-purple cord; it wil go on the turban; the front of the turban is the place whereit must go.

It wil be on his brow permanently, to make themacceptable to Yahweh.

40 Áron fiainak pedig készíts gyolcsköntösöket, öveket és süvegeket dicsőségül és ékességül.	40 'For the sons of Aaron you will make tunics and waistbands. You wil also make them head-dressesto give dignity and magnificence.
41 Aztán öltöztesd fel mindezekbe Áront, a bátyádat, vele fiait, és szenteld fel valamennyiük kezét. Szenteld fel őket, hogy papjaimmá legyenek.	41 You wil dress your brother Aaron and his sons in these; you wil then anoint them, invest them andconsecrate them to serve me in the priesthood.
42 Készíts még gyolcsnadrágokat is, hogy csípőtől combig befödjék szemérmüket.	42 You wil also make them linen breeches reaching from waist to thigh, to cover their bare flesh.

This is a perpetual decree forAaron and for his descendants after him.'
