2 Dios es bien conocido en Judá, su Nombre es grande en Israel.	2 Renowned in Judah is God, whose name is great in Israel.
3 En Jerusalén está su Tienda de campaña, en Sión se levanta su Morada.	3 On Salem is God's tent, a shelter on Zion.
4 Allí quebró las flechas fulgurantes del arco, el escudo, la espada y las armas de guerra.	4 There the flashing arrows were shattered, shield, sword, and weapons of war. Selah
5 ¡Tú eres resplandeciente, majestuoso!	5 Terrible and awesome are you, stronger than the ancient mountains.
6 Montañas de botín fueron arrebatadas a los valientes, que ya duermen el sueño de la muerte: a los guerreros no les respondieron los brazos.	6 Despoiled are the bold warriors; they sleep their final sleep; the hands of all the mighty have failed.
7 Por tu amenaza, Dios de Jacob, quedaron inmóviles los carros de guerra y los caballos.	7 At your roar, O God of Jacob, chariots and steeds lay still.
8 Sólo tú eres temible: ¿quién podrá resistir delante de ti al ímpetu de tu ira?	8 So terrible and awesome are you; who can stand before you and your great anger?
9 Desde el cielo proclamas la sentencia: la tierra tiembla y enmudece,	9 From the heavens you pronounced sentence; the earth was terrified and reduced to silence,
10 cuando te alzas para el juicio, oh Dios, para salvar a los humildes de la tierra.	10 When you arose, O God, for judgment to deliver the afflicted of the land. Selah
11 Sí, el furor de los hombres tendrá que alabarte, los que sobrevivan al castigo te festejarán.	11 Even wrathful Edom praises you; the remnant of Hamath keeps your feast.
12 Hagan votos al Señor, su Dios, y cúmplanlos; los que están a su alrededor, traigan regalos al Temible,	12 Make and keep vows to the LORD your God. May all present bring gifts to this awesome God,
13 al que deja sin aliento a los príncipes y es temible para los reyes de la tierra.	13 Who checks the pride of princes, inspires awe among the kings of earth.
