1 This is the book of the lineage of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him to the likeness of God.	1 Ось книга родоводу Адама. Коли Бог сотворив людину, він створив її на подобу Божу.
2 He created them, male and female; and he blessed them. And he called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.	2 Сотворив він їх — чоловіка й жінку, і благословив їх, і дав їм ім’я людина тоді, коли сотворив їх.
3 Then Adam lived for one hundred and thirty years. And then he conceived a son in his own image and likeness, and he called his name Seth.	3 Як прожив Адам 130 років, то народився в нього син на його подобу й на його образ, і дав він йому ім’я Сет.
4 And after he conceived Seth, the days of Adam that passed were eight hundred years. And he conceived sons and daughters.	4 Віку ж Адамового, після того, як народився Сет, було 800 років, і породив він інших синів і дочок.
5 And all the time that passed while Adam lived was nine hundred and thirty years, and then he died.	5 Всього прожив Адам 930 років і аж тоді помер.
6 Seth likewise lived for one hundred and five years, and then he conceived Enos.	6 Як Сетові було 105 років, народився в нього Енос,
7 And after he conceived Enos, Seth lived for eight hundred and seven years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	7 а породивши його, жив Сет ще 807 років і породив синів та дочок.
8 And all the days of Seth that passed were nine hundred and twelve years, and then he died.	8 Всього Сет прожив 912 років аж тоді помер.
9 In truth, Enos lived ninety years, and then he conceived Cainan.	9 Як Еносові було 90 років, народився в нього Кинан,
10 After his birth, he lived eight hundred and fifteen years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	10 а породивши його, жив Енос ще 815 років і породив інших синів і дочок.
11 And all the days of Enos that passed were nine hundred and five years, and then he died.	11 Усього прожив Енос 905 років і по тому помер.
12 Likewise, Cainan lived seventy years, and then he conceived Mahalalel.	12 Як Кинанові було 70 років, породив він Магалалієла,
13 And after he conceived Mahalalel, Cainan lived for eight hundred and forty years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	13 а породивши його, жив Кинан ще 840 років і зродив синів та дочок.
14 And all the days of Cainan that passed were nine hundred and ten years, and then he died.	14 Всього прожив Кинан 910 років і по тому помер.
15 And Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, and then he conceived Jared.	15 Як Магалалієлові було 65 років, він породив Яреда,
16 And after he conceived Jared, Mahalalel lived for eight hundred and thirty years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	16 а породивши його, жив Магалалієл ще 830 років і породив інших синів та дочок.
17 And all the days of Mahalalel that passed were eight hundred and ninety-five years, and then he died.	17 Усього прожив Магалалієл 895 років і тоді помер.
18 And Jared lived for one hundred and sixty-two years, and then he conceived Enoch.	18 Як Яредові було 162 роки, він породив Еноха,
19 And after he conceived Enoch, Jared lived for eight hundred years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	19 а породивши його, жив Яред ще 800 років і породив інших синів та дочок.
20 And all the days of Jared that passed were nine hundred and sixty-two years, and then he died.	20 Усього прожив Яред 962 роки й по тому помер.
21 Now Enoch lived for sixty-five years, and then he conceived Methuselah.	21 Як Енохові було 65 років, він породив Матусаїла.
22 And Enoch walked with God. And after he conceived Methuselah, he lived for three hundred years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	22 Енох же ходив з Богом, а породивши Матусаїла, жив іще 300 років і породив інших синів та дочок.
23 And all the days of Enoch that passed were three hundred and sixty-five years.	23 Усього прожив Енох 365 років.
24 And he walked with God, and then he was seen no more, because God took him.	24 Енох ходив з Богом, та не стало його, бо Бог узяв його.
25 Likewise, Methuselah lived for one hundred and eighty-seven years, and then he conceived Lamech.	25 Як Матусаїлові було 187 років, він породив Ламеха,
26 And after he conceived Lamech, Methuselah lived for seven hundred and eighty-two years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	26 а породивши його, Матусаїл жив ще 782 роки і породив інших синів та дочок.
27 And all the days of Methuselah that passed were nine hundred and sixty-nine years, and then he died.	27 Усього прожив Матусаїл 969 років і по тому помер.
28 Then Lamech lived for one hundred and eighty-two years, and he conceived a son.	28 Як Ламехові було 182 роки, він породив сина,
29 And he called his name Noah, saying, “This one will console us from the works and hardships of our hands, in the land that the Lord has cursed.”	29 і дав йому ім’я Ной, кажучи: Цей порадує нас у нашій праці та й у трудах рук наших, що їх зазнаємо від ріллі, проклятої Богом.
30 And after he conceived Noah, Lamech lived for five hundred and ninety-five years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	30 А породивши Ноя, жив Ламех ще 595 років, і народились у нього інші сини та дочки.
31 And all the days of Lamech that passed were seven hundred and seventy-seven years, and then he died. In truth, when Noah was five hundred years old, he conceived Shem, Ham, and Japheth.	31 Всього прожив Ламех 777 років і тоді помер.
	32 Як Ноєві було 500 років, він породив Сима, Хама та Яфета.
