Isaiah 12

1 You will say in that day: "I will give thanks to thee, O LORD, for though thou wast angry with me, thy anger turned away, and thou didst comfort me.	1 Sprechen wirst du an jenem Tag: "Ich danke dir, Herr; du hast mir gezürnt, aber dein Zorn verging, und du hast mich getröstet.
2 "Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD GOD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation."	2 Siehe, Gott ist mein Heil! Zuversichtlich bin ich und fürchte mich nicht; denn der Herr ist meine Kraft und meine Stärke; er ward mir zum Heil."
3 With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.	3 Mit Frohlocken schöpft ihr Wasser aus den Quellen des Heils.
4 And you will say in that day: "Give thanks to the LORD, call upon his name; make known his deeds among the nations, proclaim that his name is exalted.	4 Und ihr werdet sprechen an jenem Tag: "Danket dem Herrn, ruft seinen Namen aus! Macht seine Taten unter den Völkern bekannt, erinnert daran, daß erhaben sein Name!
5 "Sing praises to the LORD, for he has done gloriously; let this be known in all the earth.	5 Singet dem Herrn, denn Großes hat er vollbracht, es werde bekannt überall auf der Erde!
6 Shout, and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel."	6 Jauchze und juble, Bürgerschaft Sions; denn groß ist mitten in dir der Heilige Israels."
