1 "Now this is what you shall do to them to consecrate them, that they may serve me as priests. Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,	1 Ecco quello che farai per consacrarli come miei sacerdoti. Prendi un torello ancora giovane e due arieti integri;
2 and unleavened bread, unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil. You shall make them of fine wheat flour.	2 pane non lievitato, focacce non lievitate intrise con olio, schiacciate non lievitate unte d'olio: le farai con fiore di farina di grano.
3 And you shall put them in one basket and bring them in the basket, and bring the bull and the two rams.	3 Le porrai in un cesto e le offrirai nel cesto insieme con il torello e i due arieti.
4 You shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the tent of meeting, and wash them with water.	4 Farai avvicinare Aronne e i suoi figli all'ingresso della tenda del convegno e li laverai con acqua.
5 And you shall take the garments, and put on Aaron the coat and the robe of the ephod, and the ephod, and the breastpiece, and gird him with the skillfully woven band of the ephod;	5 Prenderai le vesti e rivestirai Aronne della tunica, del mantello dell'efod, dell'efod, del pettorale e lo cingerai con la cintura dell'efod.
6 and you shall set the turban on his head, and put the holy crown upon the turban.	6 Metterai il turbante sulla sua testa e porrai il diadema sacro sul turbante.
7 And you shall take the anointing oil, and pour it on his head and anoint him.	7 Prenderai l'olio dell'unzione, lo verserai sul suo capo e lo ungerai.
8 Then you shall bring his sons, and put coats on them,	8 Farai avvicinare i suoi figli e li rivestirai della tunica.
9 and you shall gird them with girdles and bind caps on them; and the priesthood shall be theirs by a perpetual statute. Thus you shall ordain Aaron and his sons.	9 Li cingerai con la cintura e annoderai loro il copricapo. Avranno il sacerdozio in statuto perenne. Così avrai investito Aronne e i suoi figli.
10 "Then you shall bring the bull before the tent of meeting. Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the bull,	10 Farai avvicinare il torello davanti alla tenda del convegno: Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le loro mani sulla testa del torello.
11 and you shall kill the bull before the LORD, at the door of the tent of meeting,	11 Immolerai il torello davanti al Signore, all'ingresso della tenda del convegno.
12 and shall take part of the blood of the bull and put it upon the horns of the altar with your finger, and the rest of the blood you shall pour out at the base of the altar.	12 Prenderai del sangue del torello e lo porrai con il tuo dito sui corni dell'altare e verserai il resto del sangue alla base dell'altare.
13 And you shall take all the fat that covers the entrails, and the appendage of the liver, and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, and burn them upon the altar.	13 Prenderai tutto il grasso che ricopre gli intestini, quello che eccede nel fegato, i due reni con il grasso che vi è sopra e li farai fumare sull'altare.
14 But the flesh of the bull, and its skin, and its dung, you shall burn with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.	14 La carne del torello, la sua pelle e i suoi escrementi li brucerai con il fuoco fuori dell'accampamento: è un sacrificio per il peccato.
15 "Then you shall take one of the rams, and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the ram,	15 Prenderai un ariete: Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le loro mani sul capo dell'ariete.
16 and you shall slaughter the ram, and shall take its blood and throw it against the altar round about.	16 Immolerai l'ariete, prenderai il suo sangue e lo aspergerai intorno all'altare.
17 Then you shall cut the ram into pieces, and wash its entrails and its legs, and put them with its pieces and its head,	17 Farai a pezzi l'ariete, laverai i suoi intestini, le sue zampe e li porrai sui suoi pezzi e sulla sua testa.
18 and burn the whole ram upon the altar; it is a burnt offering to the LORD; it is a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the LORD.	18 Farai fumare tutto l'ariete sull'altare. E' un olocausto in onore del Signore, un odore gradevole, un sacrificio di fuoco in onore del Signore.
19 "You shall take the other ram; and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the ram,	19 Prenderai il secondo ariete: Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le loro mani sul capo dell'ariete.
20 and you shall kill the ram, and take part of its blood and put it upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron and upon the tips of the right ears of his sons, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and upon the great toes of their right feet, and throw the rest of the blood against the altar round about.	20 Immolerai l'ariete: prenderai del suo sangue e ne porrai sul lobo dell'orecchio destro di Aronne e sul lobo dell'orecchio destro dei suoi figli, sul pollice della loro mano destra e sull'alluce del loro piede destro e aspergerai il sangue intorno all'altare.
21 Then you shall take part of the blood that is on the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it upon Aaron and his garments, and upon his sons and his sons' garments with him; and he and his garments shall be holy, and his sons and his sons' garments with him.	21 Prenderai del sangue dall'altare e dell'olio d'unzione e ne aspergerai Aronne e le sue vesti, i suoi figli e le loro vesti. Così sarà consacrato lui e le sue vesti, i suoi figli e le loro vesti.
22 "You shall also take the fat of the ram, and the fat tail, and the fat that covers the entrails, and the appendage of the liver, and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, and the right thigh (for it is a ram of ordination),	22 Dell'ariete prenderai il grasso e la coda, il grasso che ricopre l'intestino e quello che eccede nel fegato, i due reni e il grasso che vi è sopra e la coscia destra: poiché è l'ariete dell'investitura.
23 and one loaf of bread, and one cake of bread with oil, and one wafer, out of the basket of unleavened bread that is before the LORD;	23 Poi prenderai un pane rotondo, una focaccia all'olio, una schiacciata dal cesto degli azzimi che è davanti al Signore,
24 and you shall put all these in the hands of Aaron and in the hands of his sons, and wave them for a wave offering before the LORD.	24 metterai tutto sulle palme di Aronne e sulle palme dei suoi figli e li presenterai con gesto di agitazione davanti al Signore.
25 Then you shall take them from their hands, and burn them on the altar in addition to the burnt offering, as a pleasing odor before the LORD; it is an offering by fire to the LORD.	25 Li prenderai dalle loro mani e li farai fumare all'altare, sopra l'olocausto, in odore gradevole davanti al Signore. E' un sacrificio con il fuoco in onore del Signore.
26 "And you shall take the breast of the ram of Aaron's ordination and wave it for a wave offering before the LORD; and it shall be your portion.	26 Prenderai il petto dell'ariete dell'investitura di Aronne e ne farai il gesto di agitazione davanti al Signore: sarà la tua porzione.
27 And you shall consecrate the breast of the wave offering, and the thigh of the priests' portion, which is waved, and which is offered from the ram of ordination, since it is for Aaron and for his sons.	27 Consacrerai il petto dell'agitazione e la coscia dell'elevazione, prelevati dall'ariete d'investitura: saranno la porzione per Aronne e per i suoi figli.
28 It shall be for Aaron and his sons as a perpetual due from the people of Israel, for it is the priests' portion to be offered by the people of Israel from their peace offerings; it is their offering to the LORD.	28 Sarà per Aronne e i suoi figli uno statuto perenne da parte dei figli di Israele: perché è un prelievo e sarà un prelievo da parte dei figli d'Israele sui loro sacrifici di comunione, il loro prelievo in onore del Signore.
29 "The holy garments of Aaron shall be for his sons after him, to be anointed in them and ordained in them.	29 Le vesti sacre di Aronne passeranno ai suoi figli dopo di lui, per la loro unzione e per la loro investitura.
30 The son who is priest in his place shall wear them seven days, when he comes into the tent of meeting to minister in the holy place.	30 Per sette giorni le rivestirà il sacerdote dopo di lui, colui che tra i suoi figli entrerà nella tenda del convegno per offrire nel santo.
31 "You shall take the ram of ordination, and boil its flesh in a holy place;	31 Prenderai l'ariete dell'investitura e cuocerai la sua carne in un luogo santo.
32 and Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram and the bread that is in the basket, at the door of the tent of meeting.	32 Aronne e i suoi figli mangeranno la carne dell'ariete e il pane che è nel cesto all'ingresso della tenda del convegno.
33 They shall eat those things with which atonement was made, to ordain and consecrate them, but an outsider shall not eat of them, because they are holy.	33 Mangeranno di quello che è stato sacrificato per loro espiazione, per la loro investitura e la loro consacrazione. Un profano non ne mangerà, perché sono cose sacre.
34 And if any of the flesh for the ordination, or of the bread, remain until the morning, then you shall burn the remainder with fire; it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.	34 Se al mattino resta della carne dell'investitura e del pane, brucerai quello che resta nel fuoco: non si mangerà, perché è sacro.
35 "Thus you shall do to Aaron and to his sons, according to all that I have commanded you; through seven days shall you ordain them,	35 Farai così per Aronne e i suoi figli, secondo tutto quello che ti ho ordinato. Per sette giorni farai l'investitura.
36 and every day you shall offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement. Also you shall offer a sin offering for the altar, when you make atonement for it, and shall anoint it, to consecrate it.	36 Farai un sacrificio per il peccato di un torello al giorno, in espiazione; toglierai il peccato dall'altare, facendo per esso il sacrificio espiatorio, poi lo ungerai per consacrarlo.
37 Seven days you shall make atonement for the altar, and consecrate it, and the altar shall be most holy; whatever touches the altar shall become holy.	37 Per sette giorni farai l'espiazione per l'altare e lo consacrerai: l'altare sarà santissimo e sarà santo tutto quello che toccherà l'altare.
38 "Now this is what you shall offer upon the altar: two lambs a year old day by day continually.	38 Ecco quello che offrirai sull'altare: due agnelli di un anno ogni giorno, per sempre.
39 One lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer in the evening;	39 Un agnello lo offrirai al mattino e il secondo agnello l'offrirai tra le due sere.
40 and with the first lamb a tenth measure of fine flour mingled with a fourth of a hin of beaten oil, and a fourth of a hin of wine for a libation.	40 Con il primo agnello: un decimo di fior di farina impastata in un quarto di hin di olio di olive schiacciate e una libazione di un quarto di hin di vino.
41 And the other lamb you shall offer in the evening, and shall offer with it a cereal offering and its libation, as in the morning, for a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the LORD.	41 Il secondo agnello lo farai tra le due sere con una oblazione e una libazione come quella del mattino, in odore gradevole: sacrificio di fuoco in onore al Signore.
42 It shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tent of meeting before the LORD, where I will meet with you, to speak there to you.	42 E' l'olocausto perenne per le vostre generazioni, all'ingresso della tenda del convegno, davanti al Signore, dove vi incontrerò per parlarti.
43 There I will meet with the people of Israel, and it shall be sanctified by my glory;	43 E' là che incontrerò i figli d'Israele, e sarà consacrato per la mia gloria.
44 I will consecrate the tent of meeting and the altar; Aaron also and his sons I will consecrate, to serve me as priests.	44 Consacrerò la tenda del convegno e l'altare; consacrerò Aronne e i suoi figli come miei sacerdoti.
45 And I will dwell among the people of Israel, and will be their God.	45 Abiterò in mezzo ai figli d'Israele e sarò loro Dio.
46 And they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who brought them forth out of the land of Egypt that I might dwell among them; I am the LORD their God.	46 Sapranno che io sono il Signore, loro Dio, che li ho fatti uscire dalla terra d'Egitto per abitare in mezzo a loro: io, il Signore, loro Dio.
