Job 32

1 But these three men ceased to answer Job, because he considered himself justified.	1 Lasciarono adunque questi tre uomini di rispondere a Iob, perciò che parea loro che fosse giusto.
2 And Eliu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram, was angry and indignant. But he was angry against Job because he described himself to be just in the presence of God.	2 E adirato e indegnato è Eliu figliuolo di Barachel Buzite, dello parentado di Ram; ed è adirato contro a Iob, perciò ch' elli diceva ch' era giusto innanzi al Signore.
3 Moreover, he was indignant with his friends because they had not found a reasonable response, except in so far as they condemned Job.	3 E al tutto contro alli amici suoi indignato è, imperciò che non aveano trovata responsione ragionevole, ma solamente condannavano Iob.
4 Therefore, Eliu waited while Job was talking, for these were his elders that were speaking.	4 Adunque Eliu aspettava Iob favellante; perciò ch' erano più vecchi di lui coloro che favellavano.
5 But when he saw that these three were not able to respond, he was extremely angry.	5 E conciosia cosa che lui avesse udito che non potessono respondere, adiratosi è fortemente.
6 And so Eliu the son of Barachel the Buzite responded by saying: I am younger in years, and you are more ancient; therefore, I kept my head low, for I was afraid to reveal to you my opinion.	6 E rispose Eliu figliuolo di Barachel Buzite, e disse più giovane di tempo sono, e voi più antichi; dunque (qui è) chinato lo capo, mi son vergognato di dimostrare a voi la mia sentenza.
7 For I had hoped that greater age would speak, and that a multitude of years would teach wisdom.	7 In verità io sperai che la età più lunga favellasse, e la moltitudine degli anni insegnasse la sapienza.
8 But I see now that there is only breath in men, and that it is the inspiration of the Almighty that gives understanding.	8 Ma, secondo ch' io vidi, lo spirito è nelli uomini, e la inspirazione Odell' nnipotente dà la intelligenza.
9 The wise are not the aged, nor do the elders understand judgment.	9 Non sono di lungo tempo li savii, nè li vecchi intendono lo giudicio.
10 Therefore, I will speak. Listen to me, and so I will show you my wisdom.	10 E però dirò: attendete me, e anche io mostrerò a voi la mia scienza.
11 For I have endured your words; I have paid attention to your deliberations, while you were being argumentative with words.	11 Certo io aspettai le vostre parole; udi' la vostra prudenza, infino che voi disputavate colle vostre parole.
12 And as long as I supposed that you were saying something, I considered; but now I see that there is none of you that is able to argue with Job and to respond to his words.	12 E insino ch' io pensava che voi diceste alcuna cosa, considerava; ma, secondo ch' io veggio, non è chi possa riprendere Iob (di voi), e rispondere di voi alle parole sue.
13 So that you will not say, “We have found wisdom,” God has thrown him down, not man.	13 Acciò che forse voi non diciate: noi abbiamo trovata la sapienza, Iddio gittoe lui, ma non l'uomo.
14 He has said nothing to me, and I will not respond to him according to your words.	14 Niuna cosa favellò a me; e io risponderò a lui, non secondo le vostre parole.
15 Then they were filled with dread, and so they no longer responded, and they withdrew from their speechmaking.	15 Temettono coloro, e non risposero più, e partironsi da loro li favellari.
16 Therefore, because I have waited and they have not been speaking, for they stood firm and did not respond at all,	16 Adunque, perciò ch' io aspettai, e non favellorono; stettero e non risposero più;
17 I also will answer in my turn, and I will reveal my knowledge.	17 e io risponderò la mia parte, e mostrerò la mia scienza.
18 For I am full of words, and the feeling in my gut inspires me.	18 Certo io sono pieno di parole, e constrigne me lo spirito del ventre mio.
19 Yes, my stomach is like fermenting wine without a vent, which bursts the new containers.	19 Però che lo ventre mio è quasi mosto sanza spiraglio, e dirompe li nuovi vaselli.
20 I should speak, but I will also breathe a little; I will open my lips, and I will answer.	20 E favellerò, e ispirerò uno poco; aprirò le mie labbra, e risponderoe.
21 I will not esteem the reputation of a man, and I will not equate God with man.	21 Non torroe la persona dell' uomo, e Iddio all' uomo non assomigliarò.
22 For I do not know how long I will continue, and whether, after a while, my Maker might take me away.	22 Certo io non soe quanto basteroe, e se dopo uno pochettino torrae me lo mio fattore.
