Micah 2

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 Disaster for those who plot evil, who lie in bed planning mischief! No sooner is it dawn than they do it,since they have the power to do so.	1 ¡Ay de aquellos que meditan iniquidad, que traman maldad en sus lechos y al despuntar la mañana lo ejecutan, porque está en poder de sus manos!
2 Seizing the fields that they covet, they take over houses as wel , owner and house they seize alike, theman himself as wel as his inheritance.	2 Codician campos y los roban, casas, y las usurpan; hacen violencia al hombre y a su casa, al individuo y a su heredad.
3 So Yahweh says this: Look, I am now plotting a disaster for this breed from which you wil not extricateyour necks; you wil not hold your heads up then, for the times wil be disastrous indeed.	3 Por eso, así dice Yahveh: He aquí que yo medito, contra esta ralea, una hora de infortunio de la que no podréis sustraer vuestro cuello. ¡No andaréis con altivez, porque será un tiempo de desgracia!
4 That day they wil make a satire on you, they wil strike up a dirge and say, 'We have been stripped ofeverything; my people's land has been divided up, no one else can restore it to them, our fields have beenawarded to our despoiler.'	4 Aquel día se proferirá sobre vosotros una sátira, se plañirá una lamentación y se dirá: «¡Estamos despojados del todo; la porción de mi pueblo se ha medido a cordel, y no hay quien restituya; a nuestros saqueadores les tocan nuestros campos!»
5 Because of this, you will have no one to measure out a share in Yahweh's community.	5 Por eso no habrá para vosotros nadie que tire el cordel sobre un lote en la asamblea de Yahveh.
6 'Do not drivel,' they drivel, 'do not drivel like this! Disgrace will not overtake us!	6 «¡No babeéis - babean ellos - que no babeen de esa manera! ¡El oprobio no nos alcanzará!
7 'Can the House of Jacob be accursed? Has Yahweh grown short-tempered? Is that his way of going towork? His prophecies can only be favourable for his people Israel!'	7 ¿Es acaso maldita la casa de Jacob? ¿Se ha cortado el soplo de Yahveh? ¿Es ése su proceder? ¿Es que no favorecen sus palabras a su pueblo Israel?»
8 But you are the ones who play the enemy to my people. From the inoffensive man you snatch his cloak,on those who feel safe you inflict the damage of war.	8 Sois vosotros los que contra mi pueblo como enemigos os alzáis. Al irreprochable le arrancáis el manto; al que pasa confiado le infligís los desastres de la guerra.
9 My people's women you evict from the homes they love, and deprive the children of my glory for ever,	9 A las mujeres de mi pueblo expulsáis de las casas de sus delicias; de sobre sus niños arrancáis mi honor para siempre:
10 saying, 'Up and off with you! You can't stay here!' For a worthless thing you exact an extortionatepledge.	10 «¡Levantaos, marchad, que esta no es hora de reposo! Por una bagatela exigís una prenda agobiante.
11 If a man of the spirit came and invented this lie, 'I prophesy wine and liquor for you,' he would be theprophet for a people like this.	11 Si un hombre anda al viento, inventando mentiras: «Yo babeo para ti vino y licor», ése será el baboso de este pueblo.
12 I shall assemble the whole of Jacob, I shal gather the remnant of Israel, I shal gather them togetherlike sheep in an enclosure. And like a flock within their fold, they will bleat far away from anyone,	12 Voy a reunir a Jacob todo entero, voy a recoger al Resto de Israel; los agruparé como ovejas en el aprisco, como rebaño en medio del pastizal, harán estrépito lejos de los hombres.
13 their leader wil break out first, then al break out through the gate and escape, with their king leadingthe way and with Yahweh at their head.	13 El que abre brecha subirá delante de ellos; abrirán brecha, pasarán la puerta, y por ella saldrán; su rey pasará delante de ellos, y Yahveh a su cabeza.
