NEW JERUSALEM	JERUSALEM
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	1 Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If a man or a woman wishes to make a vow, the nazirite vow, to vowhimself to Yahweh,	2 "Parle aux Israélites; tu leur diras: Si un homme ou une femme entend s'acquitter d'un voeu, levoeu de naziréat, par lequel il s'est voué à Yahvé,
3 he wil abstain from wine and fermented liquor, he will not drink vinegar derived from one or the other,he wil not drink grape-juice or eat grapes, be they fresh or dried.	3 il s'abstiendra de vin et de boissons fermentées, il ne boira pas le vinaigre qu'on tire de l'un ou del'autre, il ne boira d'aucun jus de raisin, il ne mangera ni raisins frais ni raisins secs.
4 For the duration of his vow he wil eat nothing that comes from the vine, not even juice of unripe grapesor skins of grapes.	4 Durant tout le temps de sa consécration, il ne prendra d'aucun produit du cep de vigne, depuis leverjus jusqu'au marc.
5 As long as he is bound by his vow, no razor wil touch his head; until the time for which he has vowedhimself to Yahweh is completed, he remains consecrated and will let his hair grow freely.	5 Aussi longtemps qu'il sera consacré par son voeu, le rasoir ne passera pas sur sa tête; jusqu'à ceque soit écoulé le temps pour lequel il s'est voué à Yahvé, il sera consacré et laissera croître librement sachevelure.
6 For the entire period of his vow to Yahweh, he wil not go near a corpse,	6 Durant tout le temps de sa consécration à Yahvé, il ne s'approchera pas d'un mort;
7 he wil not make himself unclean for his father or his mother, or his brother or his sister, should theydie, since on his head he carries his vow to his God.	7 ni pour son père, ni pour sa mère, ni pour son frère, ni pour sa soeur il ne se rendra impur s'ilsviennent à mourir, car il porte sur sa tête la consécration de son Dieu.
8 Throughout the whole of his vow he is a person consecrated to Yahweh.	8 Durant tout le temps de son naziréat il est un consacré à Yahvé.
9 "If anyone suddenly dies near him, making his vowed hair unclean, he wil shave his head on the dayhe is purified, he wil shave his head on the seventh day.	9 Si près de lui quelqu'un meurt de mort subite, rendant impure sa chevelure consacrée, il se raserala tête au jour de sa purification, il se rasera la tête le septième jour.
10 On the eighth day, he wil bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest, at the entrance tothe Tent of Meeting.	10 Le huitième jour, il apportera deux tourterelles ou deux pigeons au prêtre, à l'entrée de la Tentedu Rendez-vous.
11 The priest wil offer one as a sacrifice for sin, and the other as a burnt offering and wil then performfor the person the rite of expiation for the pollution which he has contracted from the corpse. He wil consecratehis head that same day;	11 Le prêtre offrira l'un en sacrifice pour le péché, et l'autre en holocauste; il accomplira ensuite surcet homme le rite d'expiation pour la souillure contractée près de ce mort. L'homme consacrera sa tête ce jour-là;
12 he wil vow himself to Yahweh for the period of his nazirate, and wil bring a male yearling lamb as asacrifice of reparation. The time already spent wil not count, since his hair had become unclean.	12 il se consacrera à Yahvé pour le temps de son naziréat, et il amènera un agneau d'un an, à titre desacrifice de réparation. Le temps déjà écoulé ne comptera pas, puisque sa chevelure a été rendue impure.
13 "This is the ritual for the nazirite on the day when the period of his vow is completed. He will be led tothe entrance of the Tent of Meeting,	13 Voici le rituel du nazir, pour le jour où le temps de sa consécration est révolu. Conduit à l'entréede la Tente du Rendez-vous,
14 bringing his offering to Yahweh: an unblemished male yearling lamb as a burnt offering, anunblemished yearling ewe lamb as a sacrifice for sin, an unblemished ram as a peace offering,	14 il apportera à Yahvé son offrande: pour un holocauste, un agneau d'un an, sans défaut; pour unsacrifice pour le péché, une agnelle d'un an, sans défaut; pour un sacrifice de communion, un bélier sans défaut;
15 and a basket of unleavened loaves made of fine flour mixed with oil, and of unleavened wafersspread with oil, with the cereal offerings and libations appropriate to them.	15 une corbeille de gâteaux de fleur de farine sans levain, pétris à l'huile, des galettes sans levainfrottées d'huile, avec les oblations et libations conjointes.
16 The priest, having brought al this before Yahweh, wil offer the nazirite's sin sacrifice and burntoffering.	16 Ayant apporté tout cela devant Yahvé, le prêtre fera le sacrifice pour le péché et l'holocauste dunazir.
17 The latter wil then offer the ram as a communion sacrifice with the basket of unleavened bread, andthe priest wil offer the accompanying cereal offering and libation.	17 Celui-ci fera un sacrifice de communion avec le bélier et avec les azymes de la corbeille, et leprêtre offrira l'oblation et la libation conjointes.
18 The nazirite wil then shave off his vowed hair at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and, taking thelocks of his vowed head, he wil put them in the fire of the communion sacrifice.	18 Puis le nazir rasera sa chevelure consacrée à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous et, prenant lescheveux de sa tête consacrée, il les mettra dans le feu du sacrifice de communion.
19 The priest wil take the shoulder of the ram, as soon as it is cooked, with an unleavened cake fromthe basket, and an unleavened wafer, and put them into the hands of the nazirite once he has shaved off hishair.	19 Le prêtre prendra l'épaule du bélier, une fois cuite, un gâteau sans levain de la corbeille et unegalette sans levain. Il les mettra dans la main du nazir quand celui-ci aura rasé sa chevelure.
20 With these he wil make the gesture of offering before Yahweh; as it is a holy thing, it reverts to thepriest, in addition to the forequarter that has been presented and the thigh that has been set aside. After this, thenazirite may drink wine.	20 Il les tendra en geste de présentation devant Yahvé; c'est chose sainte qui revient au prêtre, outrela poitrine de présentation et la cuisse de prélèvement. Le nazir pourra dès lors boire du vin.
21 "Such is the ritual for the nazirite. If, besides his hair, he has also vowed a personal offering toYahweh, he will (apart from anything else that his means al ow) fulfil the vow that he has made, in addition towhat the ritual prescribes for his hair." '	21 Tel est le rituel concernant le nazir. Si, en plus de sa chevelure, il a fait voeu d'une offrandepersonnelle à Yahvé, il acquittera (sans compter ce que ses moyens lui permettront) ce voeu qu'il a fait, en plusde ce que prévoit le rituel pour sa chevelure."
22 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	22 Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit:
23 'Speak to Aaron and his sons and say: "This is how you must bless the Israelites. You wil say:	23 "Parle à Aaron et à ses fils et dis-leur: Voici comment vous bénirez les Israélites. Vous leur direz:
24 May Yahweh bless you and keep you.	24 Que Yahvé te bénisse et te garde!
25 May Yahweh let his face shine on you and be gracious to you.	25 Que Yahvé fasse pour toi rayonner son visage et te fasse grâce!
26 May Yahweh show you his face and bring you peace."	26 Que Yahvé te découvre sa face et t'apporte la paix!
27 This is how they must cal down my name on the Israelites, and then I shal bless them.'	27 Qu'ils mettent ainsi mon nom sur les Israélites, et je les bénirai."
