Joel 3

NEW JERUSALEM	NEW AMERICAN BIBLE
1 'After this I shal pour out my spirit on al humanity. Your sons and daughters shal prophesy, your oldpeople shall dream dreams, and your young people see visions.	1 Then afterward I will pour out my spirit upon all mankind. Your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions;
2 Even on the slaves, men and women, shall I pour out my spirit in those days.	2 Even upon the servants and the handmaids, in those days, I will pour out my spirit.
3 I shall show portents in the sky and on earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke.'	3 And I will work wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood, fire, and columns of smoke;
4 The sun wil be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the Day comes, that great andterrible Day.	4 The sun will be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, At the coming of the Day of the LORD, the great and terrible day.
5 All who call on the name of Yahweh wil be saved, for on Mount Zion wil be those who have escaped,as Yahweh has said, and in Jerusalem a remnant whom Yahweh is calling.	5 Then everyone shall be rescued who calls on the name of the LORD; For on Mount Zion there shall be a remnant, as the LORD has said, And in Jerusalem survivors whom the LORD shall call.
