1 ' "When you draw lots to divide the country by heritage, you must set a sacred portion of the countryaside for Yahweh: twenty-five thousand cubits long and twenty thousand wide. The whole of this land must besacred,	1 Allorchè voi comincerete a dividere a sorte la terra, separatene le primizie pel Signore, una parte della terra, che si consagri al Signore, di lunghezza venticinque mila misure, di larghezza dieci mila misure, questa sarà santa in tutto il suo giro per ogni parte.
2 and of this an area five hundred by five hundred cubits must be for the sanctuary, with a boundary fiftycubits wide right round.	2 Di tutto questo sarà consagrato un quadrato di cinquecento misure per tutti i quattro lati, e cinquanta cubiti di sito vacuo all'intorno.
3 Out of this area you must also measure a section twenty-five thousand by ten thousand cubits, inwhich wil be the sanctuary, the Holy of Holies.	3 E con questa stessa misura misurerai la lunghezza di venticinque mila cubiti, e la larghezza di dieci mila dove sarà il tempio, e il Santo de' santi.
4 This will be the sacred portion of the country, belonging to the priests who officiate in the sanctuaryand approach Yahweh to serve him. It wil contain room for their houses and room for the sanctuary.	4 Questa parte santificata della terra sarà pei sacerdoti ministri del santuario, che entrano nel ministero del Signore, e sarà il luogo per le (loro) case, e pel santuario di santità.
5 A portion twenty-five thousand by ten thousand cubits wil be owned by the Levites serving theTemple, with towns for them to live in.	5 E venticinque mila misure di lunghezza, e dieci mila di larghezza saranno pei Leviti, che servono alla casa: ed eglino avran venti camere.
6 You must give the city possession of an area five thousand by twenty-five thousand cubits, near theland belonging to the sanctuary; this must be for the whole House of Israel.	6 E pel sito della città assegnerete cinque mila misure di larghezza, e venticinque mila di lunghezza (di contro alla porzione separata del santuario) per tutta la casa d'Israele.
7 "The prince must have a territory either side of the sacred portion and of the property of the city,adjacent to the sacred portion and the property of the city, stretching westwards from the west and eastwardsfrom the east, its size equal to one of the portions between the west and the east frontiers	7 Al principe ancora (darete sua porzione) ai qua, e di là fin dove si stende la porzione separata pel santuario, e la porzione data alla città dirimpetto al santuario separato, e dirimpetto alla porzione della città da un lato del mare fino all'altro, e da un lato orientale fino all'altro orientale: e la lunghezza della porzione sarà eguale in ciascuna delle due parti dal suo termine occidentale fino al termine orientale.
8 of the country. This wil be his property in Israel. Then my princes wil no longer oppress my people;they must leave the rest of the country for the House of Israel, for its tribes.	8 Egli avrà una porzione di terra in Israele: e i principi non saccheggeranno più il mio popolo, ma distribuiranno la terra alla casa d'Israele, tribù per tribù.
9 "The Lord Yahweh says this: Enough, princes of Israel! Give up your violence and plundering, do whatis upright and just, stop crushing my people with taxation -- declares the Lord Yahweh.	9 Queste cose dice il Signore Dio: Principi d'Israele, basti a voi questo: ponete da parte l'iniquità, e le rapine; fate giustizia, e diportatevi con equità; separate i vostri confini da que' del mio popolo, dice il Signore Dio.
10 Have fair scales, a fair ephah, a fair bat.	10 La stadera sia giusta, e giusto il vostro ephi, e il bato.
11 Let the ephah and bat be equal, let the bat hold one-tenth of a homer and the ephah one-tenth of ahomer. Let the measures be based on the homer.	11 L'ephi, e il bato saranno uguali, e della stessa misura, talmente che il bato terrà la parte decima del coro, e l'ephi la decima parte del coro: il loro peso sarà uguale paragonato alla misura del coro.
12 The shekel must be twenty gerah. Twenty shekels, twenty-five shekels and fifteen shekels mustmake one mina.	12 Il siclo ha venti oboli; e venti sicli, e venticinque sicli, e quindici sicli,fanno la mina.
13 "This is the offering that you must levy: the sixth of an ephah for every homer of wheat, and the sixthof an ephah for every homer of barley.	13 Le primizie poi, che voi offerirete,son queste: D'un coro di frumento la sesta parte di un ephi, e la sesta parte d'un ephi da un coro di orzo.
14 The dues on oil: one bat of oil out of every ten bat or out of every kor (which is equal to ten bat or onehomer, since ten bat equal one homer).	14 Quanto poi alla misura dell'olio, (si darà) un bato di olio, la decima parte di ogni coro: dieci bati fanno il coro, e con dieci bati è pieno il coro.
15 You must levy one sheep on every flock of two hundred from the pastures of Israel for the oblation,the burnt offerings and the communion sacrifice. This must form your expiation -- declares the Lord Yahweh.	15 E di ogni gregge di dugento capi, che sia nudrito in Israele, un ariete pel sacrifizio, pell' olocausto, e pell' obblazione di pace per loro espiazione, dice il Signore Dio.
16 Let al the people of the country be subject to this due for the prince of Israel.	16 Tutto il popolo della terra sarà debitore di queste primizie al principe d'Israele.
17 The prince must make himself responsible for providing the burnt offerings, the oblation and thelibations for feasts, New Moons, Sabbaths and al the solemn festivals of the House of Israel. He must providethe sacrifice for sin, the oblation, the burnt offerings and the communion sacrifices to make expiation for theHouse of Israel.	17 Ed il principe sarà tenuto agli olocausti, ai sacrifìci, e alle libagioni nelle solennità, e nelle calende, e ne' sabati, e in tutte quante le feste della casa d'Israele: egli offerirà il sacrifizio per il peccato, e l'olocausto, e le vittime pacifiche per l'espiazione della casa di Israele.
18 "The Lord Yahweh says this: On the first day of the first month, you must take a young bul withoutblemish, to purify the sanctuary.	18 Queste cose dice il Signore Dio: il primo mese, il dì primo del mese, prenderai dall'armento un vitello senza macchia, ed espierai il santuario.
19 The priest must take blood from the sacrifice for sin and put it on the doorposts of the Temple, on thefour corners of the altar plinth and on the doorposts of the gates of the inner court.	19 E il sacerdote prenderà del sangue dell'ostia offerta per il peccato, e ne aspergerà i cardini della casa, e i quattro angoli della sponda dell'altare, e i cardini della porta dell'atrio interiore.
20 You must do the same on the seventh of the month, on behalf of anyone who has sinned throughinadvertence or ignorance. This is how you must make expiation for the Temple.	20 E il simile farai ai sette del mese per tutti quelli, che furon nell'ignoranza, e per errore peccarono, ed espierai la casa.
21 On the fourteenth day of the first month, you must celebrate the feast of the Passover. For sevendays everyone must eat unleavened loaves.	21 Il primo mese, ai quattordici del mese, avrete la solennità di Pasqua: per sette giorni si mangeranno gli azzimi.
22 On that day, the prince must offer a bull as a sacrifice for sin, for himself and al the people of thecountry.	22 E in quel giorno il principe sacrificherà per se, e per tutto il popolo della terra un vitello per il peccato.
23 For the seven days of the feast, he must offer Yahweh burnt offerings of seven bul s and seven ramswithout blemish, daily for a week, and one he-goat daily as a sacrifice for sin,	23 E nella solennità dei sette giorni offerirà in olocausto al Signore sette vitelli, e sette arieti senza macchia ogni giorno pei sette dì, e per il peccato un capro ogni giorno.
24 and as an oblation, one ephah for each bul and one ephah for each ram, and a hin of oil for everyephah.	24 E per ogni vitello offerirà un ephi di farina, e un ephi per ogni ariete, e un hin di olio per ogni ephi.
25 "For the feast that fal s on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, he must do the same for sevendays, offering the sacrifice for sin, the burnt offerings, the oblation and the oil." '	25 Il settimo mese, nella solennità, che è ai quindici del mese, farà per sette giorni, come si è detto di sopra, tanto pell' espiazione del peccato, quanto pell' olocausto, e pelle obblazioni, e per olio.
