Psalms 125

1 [Song of Ascents] Whoever trusts in Yahweh is like Mount Zion: unshakeable, it stands for ever.	1 (124-1) ^^Песнь восхождения.^^ Надеющийся на Господа, как гора Сион, не подвигнется: пребывает вовек.
2 Jerusalem! The mountains encircle her: so Yahweh encircles his people, henceforth and for ever.	2 (124-2) Горы окрест Иерусалима, а Господь окрест народа Своего отныне и вовек.
3 The sceptre of the wicked wil not come to rest over the heritage of the upright; or the upright mightset their own hands to evil.	3 (124-3) Ибо не оставит [Господь] жезла нечестивых над жребием праведных, дабы праведные не простерли рук своих к беззаконию.
4 Do good, Yahweh, to those who are good, to the sincere at heart.	4 (124-4) Благотвори, Господи, добрым и правым в сердцах своих;
5 But the crooked, the twisted, turn them away, Yahweh, with evil-doers. Peace to Israel!	5 (124-5) а совращающихся на кривые пути свои да оставит Господь ходить с делающими беззаконие. Мир на Израиля!
