1 שיר המעלות אל יהוה בצרתה לי קראתי ויענני	1 - Cantico de' gradini. Alzo gli occhi verso i monti; donde mi verrà l'aiuto?
2 יהוה הצילה נפשי משפת שקר מלשון רמיה	2 Il mio aiuto [vien] dal Signore, che ha fatto il cielo e la terra.
3 מה יתן לך ומה יסיף לך לשון רמיה	3 Non faccia vacillare il tuo piede e non s'addormenti colui che ti protegge!
4 חצי גבור שנונים עם גחלי רתמים	4 Ecco! non s'addormenterà nè dormiràque' che protegge Israele.
5 אויה לי כי גרתי משך שכנתי עם אהלי קדר	5 Il Signore ti protegge, il Signore è il tuo riparo, alla tua destra.
6 רבת שכנה לה נפשי עם שונא שלום	6 Di giorno il sole non ti brucerà, nè la luna di notte.
7 אני שלום וכי אדבר המה למלחמה	7 Il Signore ti protegge da ogni male; protegga l'anima tua il Signore!
	8 Il Signore protegge il tuo entrare e il tuo uscire, sin da ora e in eterno.
