1 ταυτα τα ονοματα των υιων ισραηλ ρουβην συμεων λευι ιουδα ισσαχαρ ζαβουλων	1 And the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,
2 δαν ιωσηφ βενιαμιν νεφθαλι γαδ ασηρ	2 Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
3 υιοι ιουδα ηρ αυναν σηλων τρεις εγεννηθησαν αυτω εκ της θυγατρος σαυας της χαναανιτιδος και ην ηρ ο πρωτοτοκος ιουδα πονηρος εναντιον κυριου και απεκτεινεν αυτον	3 The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, and Shelah. These three were born to him from the daughter of Shua, the Canaanite. But Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the Lord, and so he killed him.
4 και θαμαρ η νυμφη αυτου ετεκεν αυτω τον φαρες και τον ζαρα παντες υιοι ιουδα πεντε	4 Now Tamar, his daughter-in-law, bore to him Perez and Zerah. Therefore, all the sons of Judah were five.
5 υιοι φαρες αρσων και ιεμουηλ	5 And the sons of Perez: Hezron and Hamul.
6 και υιοι ζαρα ζαμβρι και αιθαν και αιμαν και χαλχαλ και δαρα παντες πεντε	6 Also, the sons of Zerah: Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, as well as Calcol and Dara, five altogether.
7 και υιοι χαρμι αχαρ ο εμποδοστατης ισραηλ ος ηθετησεν εις το αναθεμα	7 The sons of Carmi: Achar, who disturbed Israel and sinned by the theft of what was anathema.
8 και υιοι αιθαν αζαρια	8 The sons of Ethan: Azariah.
9 και υιοι εσερων οι ετεχθησαν αυτω ο ιραμεηλ και ο ραμ και ο χαλεβ και αραμ	9 And the sons of Hezron who were born to him: Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.
10 και αραμ εγεννησεν τον αμιναδαβ και αμιναδαβ εγεννησεν τον ναασσων αρχοντα του οικου ιουδα	10 Then Ram conceived Amminadab. And Amminadab conceived Nahshon, a leader of the sons of Judah.
11 και ναασσων εγεννησεν τον σαλμων και σαλμων εγεννησεν τον βοος	11 Also, Nahshon conceived Salma, from whom Boaz rose up.
12 και βοος εγεννησεν τον ωβηδ και ωβηδ εγεννησεν τον ιεσσαι	12 Truly, Boaz conceived Obed, who also himself conceived Jesse.
13 και ιεσσαι εγεννησεν τον πρωτοτοκον αυτου ελιαβ αμιναδαβ ο δευτερος σαμαα ο τριτος	13 Now Jesse conceived the firstborn Eliab, the second Abinadab, the third Shammah,
14 ναθαναηλ ο τεταρτος ραδδαι ο πεμπτος	14 the fourth Nethanel, the fifth Raddai,
15 ασομ ο εκτος δαυιδ ο εβδομος	15 the sixth Ozem, the seventh David.
16 και αδελφη αυτων σαρουια και αβιγαια και υιοι σαρουια αβεσσα και ιωαβ και ασαηλ τρεις	16 Their sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. The sons of Zeruiah: Abishai, Joab, and Asahel, three.
17 και αβιγαια εγεννησεν τον αμεσσα και πατηρ αμεσσα ιοθορ ο ισμαηλιτης	17 And Abigail conceived Amasa, whose father was Jether, the Ishmaelite.
18 και χαλεβ υιος εσερων εγεννησεν την γαζουβα γυναικα και την ιεριωθ και ουτοι υιοι αυτης ιωασαρ και σωβαβ και ορνα	18 Truly, Caleb, the son of Hezron, took a wife named Azubah, of whom he conceived Jerioth. And her sons were Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
19 και απεθανεν γαζουβα και ελαβεν εαυτω χαλεβ την εφραθ και ετεκεν αυτω τον ωρ	19 And when Azubah had died, Caleb took as wife Ephratha, who bore to him Hur.
20 και ωρ εγεννησεν τον ουρι και ουρι εγεννησεν τον βεσελεηλ	20 Now Hur conceived Uri. And Uri conceived Bezalel.
21 και μετα ταυτα εισηλθεν εσερων προς την θυγατερα μαχιρ πατρος γαλααδ και ουτος ελαβεν αυτην και αυτος εξηκοντα ην ετων και ετεκεν αυτω τον σεγουβ	21 And afterwards, Hezron entered to the daughter of Machir, father of Gilead. And he took her when he was sixty years old. And she bore to him Segub.
22 και σεγουβ εγεννησεν τον ιαιρ και ησαν αυτω εικοσι τρεις πολεις εν τη γαλααδ	22 And then Segub conceived Jair, and he possessed twenty-three cities in the land of Gilead.
23 και ελαβεν γεδσουρ και αραμ τας κωμας ιαιρ εξ αυτων την καναθ και τας κωμας αυτης εξηκοντα πολεις πασαι αυται υιων μαχιρ πατρος γαλααδ	23 And he seized Geshur and Aram, towns of Jair, and Kenath and its villages, sixty cities. All these were sons of Machir, father of Gilead.
24 και μετα το αποθανειν εσερων ηλθεν χαλεβ εις εφραθα και η γυνη εσερων αβια και ετεκεν αυτω τον ασχωδ πατερα θεκωε	24 Then, when Hezron had died, Caleb entered to Ephratha. Also, Hezron had as wife Abia, who bore to him Ashhur, the father of Tekoa.
25 και ησαν υιοι ιερεμεηλ πρωτοτοκου εσερων ο πρωτοτοκος ραμ και βαανα και αραν και ασομ αδελφος αυτου	25 Now sons were born to Jerahmeel, the firstborn of Hezron: Ram, his firstborn, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Ahijah.
26 και ην γυνη ετερα τω ιερεμεηλ και ονομα αυτη αταρα αυτη εστιν μητηρ οζομ	26 Jerahmeel also married another wife, named Atarah, who was the mother of Onam.
27 και ησαν υιοι ραμ πρωτοτοκου ιερεμεηλ μαας και ιαμιν και ακορ	27 Then too, the sons of Ram, the firstborn of Jerahmeel, were Maaz, Jamin, and Eker.
28 και ησαν υιοι οζομ σαμαι και ιαδαε και υιοι σαμαι ναδαβ και αβισουρ	28 And Onam had sons: Shammai and Jada. And the sons of Shammai: Nadab and Abishur.
29 και ονομα της γυναικος αβισουρ αβιχαιλ και ετεκεν αυτω τον αχαβαρ και τον μωλιδ	29 Truly, the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, who bore to him Ahban and Molid.
30 υιοι ναδαβ σαλαδ και αφφαιμ και απεθανεν σαλαδ ουκ εχων τεκνα	30 Now the sons of Nadab were Seled and Appaim. And Seled died without children.
31 και υιοι αφφαιμ ισεμιηλ και υιοι ισεμιηλ σωσαν και υιοι σωσαν αχλαι	31 Truly, the son of Appaim was Ishi. And Ishi conceived Sheshan. Then Sheshan conceived Ahlai.
32 και υιοι ιαδαε αχισαμαι ιεθερ ιωναθαν και απεθανεν ιεθερ ουκ εχων τεκνα	32 But the sons of Jada, the brother of Shammai, were Jether and Jonathan. Then Jether also died without children.
33 και υιοι ιωναθαν φαλεθ και οζαζα ουτοι ησαν υιοι ιερεμεηλ	33 And Jonathan conceived Peleth and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
34 και ουκ ησαν τω σωσαν υιοι αλλ' η θυγατερες και τω σωσαν παις αιγυπτιος και ονομα αυτω ιωχηλ	34 Now Sheshan did not have sons, but only daughters, and an Egyptian servant named Jarha.
35 και εδωκεν σωσαν την θυγατερα αυτου τω ιωχηλ παιδι αυτου εις γυναικα και ετεκεν αυτω τον εθθι	35 And so he gave to him his daughter as wife, who bore to him Attai.
36 και εθθι εγεννησεν τον ναθαν και ναθαν εγεννησεν τον ζαβεδ	36 Then Attai conceived Nathan, and Nathan conceived Zabad.
37 και ζαβεδ εγεννησεν τον αφαληλ και αφαληλ εγεννησεν τον ωβηδ	37 Also, Zabad conceived Ephlal, and Ephlal conceived Obed.
38 και ωβηδ εγεννησεν τον ιηου και ιηου εγεννησεν τον αζαριαν	38 Obed conceived Jehu; Jehu conceived Azariah.
39 και αζαριας εγεννησεν τον χελλης και χελλης εγεννησεν τον ελεασα	39 Azariah conceived Helez, and Helez conceived Eleasah.
40 και ελεασα εγεννησεν τον σοσομαι και σοσομαι εγεννησεν τον σαλουμ	40 Eleasah conceived Sismai; Sismai conceived Shallum.
41 και σαλουμ εγεννησεν τον ιεχεμιαν και ιεχεμιας εγεννησεν τον ελισαμα	41 Shallum conceived Jekamiah; then Jekamiah conceived Elishama.
42 και υιοι χαλεβ αδελφου ιερεμεηλ μαρισα ο πρωτοτοκος αυτου ουτος πατηρ ζιφ και υιοι μαρισα πατρος χεβρων	42 And the sons of Caleb, the brother of Jerahmeel, were Mesha, his firstborn, who was the father of Ziph, and the sons of Mesha, the father of Hebron.
43 και υιοι χεβρων κορε και θαπους και ρεκομ και σεμαα	43 Now the sons of Hebron were Korah, and Tapuah, and Rekem, and Shema.
44 και σεμαα εγεννησεν τον ραεμ πατερα ιερκααν και ιερκααν εγεννησεν τον σαμαι	44 Then Shema conceived Raham, the father of Jorkeam. And Rekem conceived Shammai.
45 και υιος αυτου μαων και μαων πατηρ βαιθσουρ	45 The son of Shammai was Maon, and Maon was the father of Bethzur.
46 και γαιφα η παλλακη χαλεβ εγεννησεν τον αρραν και τον μωσα και τον γεζουε και αρραν εγεννησεν τον γεζουε	46 Now Ephah, the concubine of Caleb, bore Haran, and Moza, and Gazez. And Haran conceived Gazez.
47 και υιοι ιαδαι ραγεμ και ιωαθαμ και γηρσωμ και φαλετ και γαιφα και σαγαφ	47 And the sons of Jahdai: Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
48 και η παλλακη χαλεβ μωχα εγεννησεν τον σαβερ και τον θαρχνα	48 And Maacah, the concubine of Caleb, bore Sheber and Tirhanah.
49 και εγεννησεν σαγαφ πατερα μαρμηνα και τον σαου πατερα μαχαβηνα και πατερα γαιβαα και θυγατηρ χαλεβ ασχα	49 Then Shaaph, the father of Madmannah, conceived Sheva, the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea. Truly, the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.
50 ουτοι ησαν υιοι χαλεβ υιοι ωρ πρωτοτοκου εφραθα σωβαλ πατηρ καριαθιαριμ	50 These were the sons of Caleb, the son of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratha: Shobal, the father of Kiriath-jearim;
51 σαλωμων πατηρ βαιθλαεμ αριμ πατηρ βαιθγεδωρ	51 Salma, the father of Bethlehem; Hareph, the father of Bethgader.
52 και ησαν υιοι τω σωβαλ πατρι καριαθιαριμ αραα εσι αμμανιθ	52 Now there were sons for Shobal, the father of Kiriath-jearim, who saw half the places of rest.
53 εμοσφεως πολις ιαιρ αιθαλιμ και μιφιθιμ και ησαμαθιμ και ημασαραιμ εκ τουτων εξηλθοσαν οι σαραθαιοι και οι εσθαωλαιοι	53 And from the kindred of Kiriath-jearim: the Ithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites. From these, the Zorathites and the Eshtaolites went forth.
54 υιοι σαλωμων βαιθλαεμ νετωφαθι αταρωθ οικου ιωαβ και ημισυ της μαναθι ησαρει	54 The sons of Salma: Bethlehem, and the Netophathites, the crowns of the house of Joab, and half the places of rest of the Zorathites,
55 πατριαι γραμματεων κατοικουντες ιαβες θαργαθιιμ σαμαθιιμ σωκαθιιμ ουτοι οι κιναιοι οι ελθοντες εκ μεσημα πατρος οικου ρηχαβ	55 as well as the families of the scribes living in Jabesh, those singing and making music, and those dwelling in tents. These are the Kenites, who went forth from Calor, the father of the house of Rechab.
