1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,	1 Bildad il suchita parlò a sua volta e disse:
2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.	2 "Egli possiede dominio e forza spaventosa, e stabilisce la pace nelle sue alture.
3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?	3 Si possono forse contare le sue schiere? E sopra chi non sorge la sua luce?
4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?	4 Come può dunque l'uomo essere giusto di fronte a Dio, e apparire puro il nato da donna?
5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.	5 Se neppure la luna brilla e le stelle non sono pure davanti ai suoi occhi;
6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?	6 quanto meno l'uomo, questo verme, l'essere umano, questo bruco!".
