1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,	1 E BILDAD Suhita rispose, e disse:
2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.	2 La signoria, e lo spavento, è con lui; Egli fa in pace ciò che gli piace ne’ suoi cieli altissimi.
3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?	3 Le sue schiere si posson esse annoverare? E sopra cui non si leva la sua luce?
4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?	4 Ma come sarà giusto l’uomo appo Iddio? E come sarà puro colui ch’è nato di donna?
5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.	5 Ecco, fino alla luna non sarà pura, e non risplenderà; E le stelle non saranno pure nel suo cospetto.
6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?	6 Quanto meno l’uomo, che è un verme, E il figliuol dell’uomo, che è un vermicello?
