1 Cantico de' gradi. Spesse fiate dalla mia gioventù combattettero contra di me, ora dica Israel:	1 Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.
2 spesse fiate dalla mia gioventù combattettero contra di me; e certo non mi potettero fare nulla.	2 For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3 Sopra le spalle mie fabbricorono li peccatori; prolongorono la loro iniquità.	3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
4 Il Signore giusto romperà le cervici de' peccatori.	4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
5 Siano confusi e ritornati adrieto tutti quelli che hanno avuto in odio Sion.	5 The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6 Siano fatti come il fieno de' tetti, che si secca dinanzi che sia sradicato.	6 Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
7 Del quale non si adempierà la sua mano colui che mieterà; e non adempierà il suo seno colui che raccoglierà li manipuli.
8 E quelli che passavano, non dissero: la benedizione del Signore sia sopra di voi; abbiamo benedetto a voi nel nome del Signore.
