Leviticus 27

1 The LORD said to Moses,	1 Így szólt továbbá az Úr Mózeshez:
2 "Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When anyone fulfills a vow of offering one or more persons to the LORD, who are to be ransomed at a fixed sum of money,	2 »Szólj Izrael fiaihoz és mondd nekik: Ha valaki fogadalmat tesz és valamilyen személyt ígér Istennek, becse szerint adja meg értékét.
3 for persons between the ages of twenty and sixty, the fixed sum, in sanctuary shekels, shall be fifty silver shekels for a man,	3 Ha az illető férfi, húsz esztendőtől hatvan esztendőig, ötven sékel ezüstöt adjon a szentély súlyegysége szerint,
4 and thirty shekels for a woman;	4 ha nő, harmincat.
5 for persons between the ages of five and twenty, the fixed sum shall be twenty shekels for a youth, and ten for a maiden;	5 Öt esztendőtől húszig férfiért húsz sékelt adjon, nőért tízet.
6 for persons between the ages of one month and five years, the fixed sum shall be five silver shekels for a boy, and three for a girl;	6 Egy hónaptól öt esztendőig fiúgyermekért öt sékelt kell adni, lányért hármat.
7 for persons of sixty or more, the fixed sum shall be fifteen shekels for a man, and ten for a woman.	7 Hatvanesztendős és azon felül levő férfiért tizenöt sékelt adjon, nőért tízet.
8 However, if the one who took the vow is too poor to meet the fixed sum, the person must be set before the priest, who shall determine the sum for his ransom in keeping with the means of the one who made the vow.	8 Ha szegény, s e becslés szerint fizetni nem tud, állítsa az illetőt pap elé, s amennyire az becsüli, s amennyinek a megfizetésére őt képesnek tartja, annyit adjon.
9 "If the offering vowed to the LORD is an animal that may be sacrificed, every such animal, when vowed to the LORD, becomes sacred.	9 Ha valaki olyan jószágot ígér, amelyet be szabad mutatni az Úrnak, akkor az szent legyen:
10 The offerer shall not present a substitute for it by exchanging either a better for a worse one or a worse for a better one. If he attempts to offer one animal in place of another, both the original and its substitute shall be treated as sacred.	10 kicserélni ne lehessen, azaz se a jobbat hitványra, se a hitványabbat jóra; ha mégis kicseréli, azt is, amelyet kicserélt, azt is, amelyre cserélte, az Úrnak kell szentelni.
11 If the animal vowed to the LORD is unclean and therefore unfit for sacrifice, it must be set before the priest,	11 Ha valaki tisztátalan állatot ígér az Úrnak, olyat, amilyet az Úrnak bemutatni nem szabad, akkor azt el kell vinni a pap elé,
12 who shall determine its value in keeping with its good or bad qualities, and the value set by the priest shall stand.	12 s az ítélje meg, jó-e vagy hitvány, s határozza meg az árát;
13 If the offerer wishes to redeem the animal, he shall pay one fifth more than this valuation.	13 ha fizetni akar érte az, aki felajánlotta, egyötöddel többet adjon a becslésnél.
14 "When someone dedicates his house as sacred to the LORD, the priest shall determine its value in keeping with its good or bad points, and the value set by the priest shall stand.	14 Ha valaki a házát ígéri és szenteli az Úrnak, nézze meg a pap, jó-e vagy rossz, s adják el az általa megállapított áron.
15 If the one who dedicated his house wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and then it will again be his.	15 Ha vissza akarja váltani az, aki a fogadalmat tette, egyötöddel többet adjon a becslésnél, s legyen a ház az övé.
16 "If the object which someone dedicates to the LORD is a piece of his hereditary land, its valuation shall be made according to the amount of seed required to sow it, the acreage sown with a homer of barley seed being valued at fifty silver shekels.	16 Ha örökségéhez tartozó szántóföldet fogad és szentel valaki az Úrnak, akkor a vetőmag mennyisége szerint kell megbecsülni az árát: ha harminc hómer árpa kell a föld bevetésére, ötven sékel ezüstön kell eladni.
17 If the dedication of a field is made at the beginning of a jubilee period, the full valuation shall hold;	17 Ha mindjárt az örvendetes esztendő kezdetén ígéri a földet, akkor amennyi a teljes értéke, annyira kell becsülni;
18 but if it is some time after this, the priest shall estimate its money value according to the number of years left until the next jubilee year, with a corresponding rebate on the valuation.	18 ha pedig bizonyos idő múlva, akkor a papnak az örvendetes esztendőig hátralevő évek száma szerint kell számítania az árat, s az értékből levonást kell eszközölni.
19 If the one who dedicated his field wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and so reclaim it.	19 Ha vissza akarja váltani a szántót az, aki a fogadalmat tette, egyötöddel többet adjon a becslési árnál, s legyen az övé.
20 If, instead of redeeming such a field, he sells it to someone else, it may no longer be redeemed;	20 Ha azonban nem akarja visszaváltani, s eladják valaki másnak, akkor az, aki a fogadalmat tette, többé meg nem válthatja,
21 but at the jubilee it shall be released as sacred to the LORD; like a field that is doomed, it shall become priestly property.	21 mert amikor az örvendetes esztendő ideje elérkezik, az Úrnak kell szentelni, s mint véglegesen szent birtok a papok tulajdona lesz.
22 "If the field that some man dedicates to the LORD is one he had purchased and not a part of his hereditary property,	22 Ha a szántót vették, s nem az ősök örökségéből szentelik az Úrnak,
23 the priest shall compute its value in proportion to the number of years until the next jubilee, and on the same day the price thus established shall be given as sacred to the LORD;	23 akkor a pap az örvendetes esztendőig hátralevő évek száma szerint számítsa az árat, s azt adja oda az, aki fogadta, az Úrnak,
24 at the jubilee, however, the field shall revert to the hereditary owner of this land from whom it had been purchased.	24 a szántó pedig szálljon vissza az örvendetes esztendőben előbbi urára, arra, aki eladta, s akinek az örökségi része volt.
25 "Every valuation shall be made according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel. There are twenty gerahs to the shekel.	25 Minden becslés a szentély sékelje szerint történjék: egy sékelben húsz gera van.
26 "Note that a first-born animal, which as such already belongs to the LORD, may not be dedicated by vow to him. If it is an ox or a sheep, it shall be ceded to the LORD;	26 Az elsőszülötteket, amelyek amúgy is az Urat illetik, senki sem szentelheti vagy ígérheti: akár szarvasmarha, akár aprómarha, az amúgy is az Úré.
27 but if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed by paying one fifth more than its fixed value. If it is not redeemed, it shall be sold at its fixed value.	27 Ha a jószág tisztátalan, akkor váltsa meg az, aki felajánlotta, az árát megbecsülve, és megtoldva az ár egyötödével. Ha megváltani nem akarja, el kell adni másnak, annyiért, amennyire becsülöd.
28 "Note, also, that any one of his possessions which a man vows as doomed to the LORD, whether it is a human being or an animal or a hereditary field, shall be neither sold nor ransomed; everything that is thus doomed becomes most sacred to the LORD.	28 Semmit, amit véglegesen az Úrnak szentelnek, akár ember, akár állat, akár szántó, nem szabad eladni, s nem lehet megváltani. Amit egyszer véglegesen az Úrnak szenteltek, az szentséges legyen az Úrnak.
29 All human beings that are doomed lose the right to be redeemed; they must be put to death.	29 Senkit, akit véglegesen az Úrnak szenteltek és felajánlottak az emberek közül, megváltani nem szabad: halállal lakoljon.
30 "All tithes of the land, whether in grain from the fields or in fruit from the trees, belong to the LORD, as sacred to him.	30 A föld minden tizede, akár a veteményből, akár a fák gyümölcséből való, az Urat illeti és szent neki.
31 If someone wishes to buy back any of his tithes, he shall pay one fifth more than their value.	31 Ha valaki meg akarja váltani tizedét: egyötöd résszel többet kell adnia.
32 The tithes of the herd and the flock shall be determined by ceding to the LORD as sacred every tenth animal as they are counted by the herdsman's rod.	32 Minden tizedik marhát, juhot, kecskét, amely átmegy a pásztor botja alatt, azt, amelyik tizediknek jön, az Úrnak kell szentelni.
33 It shall not matter whether good ones or bad ones are thus chosen, and no exchange may be made. If any exchange is attempted, both the original animal and its substitute shall be treated as sacred, without the right of being bought back."	33 Nem szabad kiválasztani sem a jót, sem a hitványt, s nem szabad kicserélni mással; ha valaki kicseréli, akkor azt is, amelyet kicserélt, azt is, amelyre cserélte, az Úrnak kell szentelni: megváltani nem lehet.«
34 These are the commandments which the LORD gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Ezek azok a parancsok, amelyeket az Úr Mózes által a Sínai hegyen Izrael fiainak meghagyott.
