2 Reaiah, the son of Shobal, became the father of Jahath, and Jahath became the father of Ahumai and Lahad. These were the clans of the Zorathites.	2 Reaja aber, der Sohn Sobals, zeugte Jahath; Jahath zeugte Ahumai und Lahad. Dies sind die Geschlechter der Zoreathiter. –
3 These were the descendants of Hareph, the father of Etam: Jezreel, Ishma, and Idbash; their sister was named Hazzelelponi.	3 Und dies sind die Söhne Hurs, des Vaters Etams: Jesreel, Jisma und Jidbas; und ihre Schwester hieß Hazlelponi;
4 Penuel was the father of Gedor, and Ezer the father of Hushah. 10 Jabez prayed to the God of Israel: "Oh, that you may truly bless me and extend my boundaries! Help me and make me free of misfortune, without pain!" 11 Chelub, the brother of Shuhah, became the father of Mehir, who was the father of Eshton.	11 Kelub aber, der Bruder Suhas, zeugte Mehir; der ist der Vater Esthons.
12 Eshton became the father of Bethrapha, Paseah, and Tehinnah, the father of the city of Nahash. These were the men of Recah.	12 Esthon aber zeugte Beth-Rapha, Paseah und Thehinna, den Stammvater der Stadt Nahas; das sind die Männer von Recha. –

14 Meonothai became the father of Ophrah. 16 The sons of Jehallelel were Ziph, Ziphah, Tiria, and Asarel.	16 Die Söhne Jehallelels waren: Siph und Sipha, Thirja und Asareel. –
17 The sons of Ezrah were Jether, Mered, Epher, and Jalon. Jether became the father of Miriam, Shammai, and Ishbah, the father of Eshtemoa. 41 They who have just been listed by name set out during the reign of Hezekiah, king of Judah, and attacked the tents of Ham (for Hamites dwelt there formerly) and also the Meunites who were there. 42 Five hundred of them (the Simeonites) went to Mount Seir under the leadership of Pelatiah, Neariah, Rephaiah, and Uzziel, sons of Ishi.	42 Ein Teil aber von ihnen, den Simeoniten, zog in das Bergland Seir, fünfhundert Mann, an ihrer Spitze Pelatja, Neaja, Rephaja, und Ussiel, die Söhne Jiseis;
