1 Alleluia. Lodate Dio. ALEPH. Beati quelli, che nella via del Signore son senza macchia, che nella legge del Signore camminano.	1 Alleluia. ALEPH. Blessed are the immaculate in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 Beati quelli, che le testimonianze di lui investigano: lui cercano con tutto il cuore.	2 Blessed are those who examine his testimonies. They seek him with their whole heart.
3 Imperocché quei, che operan l'iniquità nelle vie di lui non camminano.	3 For those who work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
4 Tu hai comandato, che i tuoi comandamenti sian custoditi con grande esattezza.	4 You have ordered your commandments to be kept most diligently.
5 Piaccia a te, che siano indiritti i miei passi all'osservanza di tue giustificazioni.	5 I wish that my ways may be directed so as to keep your justifications.
6 Allora io non sarò confuso quando sarò stato intento a tatti i tuoi precetti.	6 Then I will not be confounded, when I will look into all your commandments.
7 Con cuor sincero a te darò lande dell'aver io imparati i giudizj di tua giustizia.	7 I will confess to you with honesty of heart. In this way, I have learned the judgments of your justice.
8 Custodirò le tue giustificazioni; non abbandonarmi fino all'estremo.	8 I will keep your justifications. Do not utterly abandon me.
9 BETH. Per qual maniera corregge il giovinetto le sue inclinazioni? in osservando le tue parole.	9 BETH. By what does an adolescent correct his way? By keeping to your words.
10 Te io ho cercato con tutto il cuor mio: non permettere, ch'io declini da' tuoi comandamenti.	10 With my whole heart, I have sought you. Do not let me be driven away from your commandments.
11 Nel cuor mio riposi le tue parole: per non peccare contro di te.	11 I have hidden your eloquence in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.
12 Benedetto se' tu, o Signore: insegna a me le tue giustificazioni.	12 Blessed are you, O Lord. Teach me your justifications.
13 Colle mie labbra ho annunziati tutti i giudizj della tua bocca.	13 With my lips, I have pronounced all the judgments of your mouth.
14 Nella via de' tuoi precetti ho trovato diletto, come in tutti i tesori.	14 I have been delighted in the way of your testimonies, as if in all riches.
15 Mi eserciterò ne' tuoi comandamenti, e considererò le tue vie.	15 I will be trained in your commandments, and I will consider your ways.
16 Mediterò le tue giustificazioni: i tuoi parlari non porrò in obblivione.	16 I will meditate on your justifications. I will not forget your words.
17 GIMEL. Fa mercede al tuo servo: dammi vita, e osservi io le tue parole.	17 GHIMEL. Repay your servant, revive me; and I will keep your words.
18 Togli il velo a' miei occhi, e considererò le meraviglie della tua legge.	18 Reveal to my eyes, and I will consider the wonders of your law.
19 Pellegrino sono io sopra la terra: non celare a me i tuoi precetti.	19 I am a sojourner on the earth. Do not hide your commandments from me.
20 L'anima mia bramò di desiderare le tue giustificazioni in ogni tempo.	20 My soul has longed to desire your justifications at all times.
21 Facesti minaccia a' superbi: maledetti quei, che declinano da' tuoi precetti.	21 You have rebuked the arrogant. Those who decline from your commandments are accursed.
22 Toglimi all'obbrobrio, e al disprezzo perché le tue giustificazioui ho cercato con ansietà.	22 Take me away from disgrace and contempt, for I have sought your testimonies.
23 Imperocché si mettevano a sedere i principi, e parlavan contro di me: ma il tuo servo si esercitava nelle tue giustificazioni.	23 For even the leaders sat and spoke against me. But your servant has been trained in your justifications.
24 Imperocché e i tuoi comandamenti sono la mia meditazione, e le tue giustificazioni sono i miei consiglieri.	24 For your testimonies are also my meditation, and your justifications are my counsel.
25 DALETH. L'anima mia al suolo è distesa: dammi vita secondo la tua parola.	25 DALETH. My soul has adhered to the pavement. Revive me according to your word.
26 Esposi (a te) le mie vie, e tu mi esaudisti: insegna a me le tue giustificazioni.	26 I have declared my ways, and you have heeded me. Teach me your justifications.
27 La via dimostrami de' tuoi comandamenti, e contemplerò le tue meraviglie.	27 Instruct me in the way of your justifications, and I will be trained in your wonders.
28 Assonnò vinta dal tedio l'anima mia: colle tue parole dammi vigore.	28 My soul has slumbered because of weariness. Confirm me in your words.
29 Rimuovi da me la via dell'iniquità, e fammi misericordia, perch' io adempia tua legge.	29 Remove the way of iniquity from me, and have mercy on me by your law.
30 Elessi la via della verità: non mi sono scordato de' tuoi giudizj.	30 I have chosen the way of truth. I have not forgotten your judgments.
31 Mi appoggiai a' tuoi insegnamenti: Signore, non voler ch'io resti confuso.	31 I have adhered to your testimonies, O Lord. Do not be willing to confound me.
32 Corsi la via de' tuoi comandamenti quando tu dilatasti il cuor mio.	32 I have run by way of your commandments, when you enlarged my heart.
33 HE. Dammi per norma, o Signore, la via di tue giustificazioni, e io sempre la seguirò.	33 HE. O Lord, place the law before me, the way of your justifications, and I will always inquire into it.
34 Dammi intelletto, e io attentamente studierò la tua legge, e la osserverò con tatto il cuor mio.	34 Give me understanding, and I will examine your law. And I will keep it with my whole heart.
35 Conducimi tu pel sentiero de' tuoi precetti: perché desso mi piacque.	35 Lead me according to the path of your commandments, for I have desired this.
36 Inclina il cuor mio verso di tue testimonianze, e non verso l'amore delle ricchezze.	36 Bend my heart with your testimonies, and not with avarice.
37 Rivolgi gli occhi miei, perché non veggan la vanità: nella tua via dammi vita.	37 Turn my eyes away, lest they see what is vain. Revive me in your way.
38 Tien fissa nel tuo servo la tua parola, mediante il tuo timore.	38 Station your eloquence with your servant, along with your fear.
39 Togli da me l'obbrobrio, ch'io lui temuto: perocché amabili son i tuoi giudizj.	39 Cut off my disgrace, which I have taken up, for your judgments are delightful.
40 Ecco, ch'io ho amati i tuoi comandamenti: fammi vivere secondo la tua equità.	40 Behold, I have longed for your commandments. Revive me in your fairness.
41 VAU. E venga sopra di me, o Signore, la tua misericordia: la tua salute secondo la tua parola.	41 VAU. And let your mercy overwhelm me, O Lord: your salvation according to your eloquence.
42 E darò per risposta a quelli, che mio dileggiano, che nelle tue parole ho posta la mia speranza.	42 And I will respond to those who reproach me by word, for I have hoped in your words.
43 E non togliere tu giammai dalla mia bocca la parola di verità; perché ne' tuoi giudizj ho fortemente sperato.	43 And do not utterly take away the word of truth from my mouth. For in your judgments, I have hoped beyond hope.
44 E osserverò mai sempre la tua legge pe' secoli, e pe' secoli de' secoli.	44 And I will always keep your law, in this age and forever and ever.
45 E io camminava al largo, perché cercai studiosamente i tuoi comandamenti.	45 And I have wandered far and wide, because I was seeking your commandments.
46 E di tue testimonianze parlava al cospetto dei re; e non ne aveva rossore.	46 And I spoke of your testimonies in the sight of kings, and I was not confounded.
47 E meditava i tuoi precetti: che io ho amati.	47 And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved.
48 E stesi le mani mie a' tuoi comandamenti amati da me: e nelle tue giustificazioni mi esercitava.	48 And I lifted up my hands to your commandments, which I loved. And I was trained in your justifications.
49 ZAIN. Ricordati di tua parola in favor del tuo servo: nella quale mi desti speranza.	49 ZAIN. Be mindful of your word to your servant, by which you have given me hope.
50 Questo nella mia umiliazione fu il mio conforto, che la tua parola mi diede vita.	50 This has consoled me in my humiliation, for your word has revived me.
51 I superbi agivano sempre iniquamente: ma io non ho declinato dalla tua legge.	51 The arrogant act altogether iniquitously, but I have not turned aside from your law.
52 Mi ricordai de' giudizj tuoi, o Signore, che son eterni: e fui consolato.	52 I called to mind your judgments of antiquity, O Lord, and I was consoled.
53 Mancommi il cuore per cagione de' peccatori, che abbandonano la tua legge.	53 Faintness has taken hold of me, because of the sinners, those who abandon your law.
54 Miei cantici erano le tue giustificazioni nel luogo del mio pellegrinaggio.	54 Your justifications were the subject of my worthy singing, in the place of my pilgrimage.
55 Del nome tuo mi ricordai nella notte, o Signore, e osservai la tua legge.	55 During the night, I remembered your name, O Lord, and I kept your law.
56 Questo avvenne a me, perché cercai ansiosamente le tue giustificazioni.	56 This has happened to me because I sought your justifications.
57 HETH. Signore, porzione mia: io ho detto di osservar la tua legge.	57 HETH. O Lord, my portion, I have said that I would keep your law.
58 Ho domandato con tutto il cuor mio il tuo favore: abbi pietà di me secondo la tua parola.	58 I have beseeched your face with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
59 Ho disaminati i miei andamenti, e ho indiritti i miei passi a seconda de' tuoi comandamenti.	59 I have considered my ways, and I have turned my feet toward your testimonies.
60 Preparato son io (e nulla mi tratterrà) ad osservare i tuoi comandamenti.	60 I have been prepared, and I have not been disturbed, so that I may keep your commandments.
61 Mi cinsero d'ogni parte i lacci de' peccatori, ed io non mi scordai della tua legge.	61 The ropes of the impious have encircled me, and I have not forgotten your law.
62 Di mezza notte mi alzava a lodarti per ragione de' giudizj di tua giustizia.	62 I arose in the middle of the night to confess to you, over the judgments of your justification.
63 Io ho società con tutti quei, che ti temono, e osservano i tuoi comandamenti.	63 I am a partaker with all those who fear you and who keep your commandments.
64 Di tua misericordia, o Signore, è piena la terra: insegnami tu le tue giustificazioni.	64 The earth, O Lord, is full of your mercy. Teach me your justifications.
65 TETH. Tu con bontà, o Signore, hai trattato il tuo servo, secondo la tua parola.	65 TETH. You have done well with your servant, O Lord, according to your word.
66 Insegnami la bontà, e la disciplina, e la scienza: perché io ne' comandamenti tuoi ebbi fede.	66 Teach me goodness and discipline and knowledge, for I have trusted your commandments.
67 Prima ch'io fossi umiliato io peccai: per questo ho custodita la tua parola.	67 Before I was humbled, I committed offenses; because of this, I have kept to your word.
68 Buono se' tu, e secondo la tua bontà, insegnami tu le tue giustificazioni.	68 You are good, so in your goodness teach me your justifications.
69 E cresciuta l'iniquità de' superbi contro di me: ma io con tutto il cuor mio studierò i tuoi precetti.	69 The iniquity of the arrogant has been multiplied over me. Yet I will examine your commandments with all my heart.
70 Il loro cuore, come latte è acquagliato: ma io meditai la tua legge.	70 Their heart has been curdled like milk. Truly, I have meditated on your law.
71 Bona cosa per me l'avermi tu umiliato: affinchè io impari le tue giustificazioni.	71 It is good for me that you humbled me, so that I may learn your justifications.
72 Buona cosa per me la legge della tua bocca più che l'oro, e l'argento a migliaia.	72 The law of your mouth is good for me, beyond thousands of gold and silver pieces.
73 JOD. Le tue mani mi fecero, e mi formarono: dammi intelletto, e imparerò i tuoi comandamenti.	73 IOD. Your hands have created me and formed me. Give me understanding, and I will learn your commandments.
74 Mi vedranno color, che ti temono, ed avranno allegrezza: perché io nelle tue parole sperai grandemente.	74 Those who fear you will see me, and they will rejoice. For I have greatly hoped in your words.
75 Ho conosciuto, o Signore, che i giudizj tuoi sono equità; e che secondo la tua verità tu mi hai umiliato.	75 I know, O Lord, that your judgments are fairness. And in your truth, you have humbled me.
76 Venga la misericordia tua a consolarmi: secondo la parola data da te al tuo servo.	76 Let it be your mercy that consoles me, according to your eloquence to your servant.
77 Vengano a me le tue misericordie, e io avrò vita: perocché mia meditazione ell'è la tua legge.	77 Let your compassion draw near to me, and I will live. For your law is my meditation.
78 Siano confusi i superbi, perché ingiustamente hanno macchinato cose inique contro di me: ma io mi eserciterò ne' tuoi comandamenti.	78 Let the arrogant be confounded, for unjustly they have done iniquity to me. But I will be trained in your commandments.
79 Si rivolgano a me quei, che ti temono, e quei, che intendono i tuoi insegnamenti.	79 Let those who fear you turn to me, along with those who know your testimonies.
80 Sia immacolato nelle tue giustificazioni il cuor mio, affinchè io non resti confuso.	80 Let my heart be immaculate in your justifications, so that I may not be confounded.
81 CAPH. Languisce l'anima mia per la brama della salute, che vien da te: ma nella tua parola ho riposta la mia speranza.	81 CAPH. My soul has faltered in your salvation, yet in your word, I have hoped beyond hope.
82 Si sono stancati gli occhi miei nell'espettazione di tua promessa, dicendo: quando sia, che tu mi consoli?	82 My eyes have failed in your eloquence, saying, “When will you console me?”
83 Sebbene io son divenuto qual otre alla brinata; non mi son però scordato delle tue giustificazioni.	83 For I have become like a wineskin in the frost. I have not forgotten your justifications.
84 Quanti sono i dì del tuo servo? quando farai tu giudizio di quelli, che mi perseguitano?	84 How many are the days of your servant? When will you bring judgment against those who persecute me?
85 Gli iniqui mi raccontarono delle favole: ma non son elleno qual è la tua legge.	85 The iniquitous have spoken fables to me. But these are unlike your law.
86 Tutti i tuoi precetti son verità: iniquamente mi hanno perseguitato: tu dammi aiuto.	86 All your commandments are truth. They have been persecuting me unjustly: assist me.
87 Quasi quasi mi hanno consunto sopra la terra: ma io non ho abbandonati i tuoi insegnamenti.	87 They have nearly consumed me on earth. Yet I have not forsaken your commandments.
88 Per la tua misericordia dammi vita, e osserverò i comandamenti della tua bocca.	88 Revive me according to your mercy. And I will keep the testimonies of your mouth.
89 LAMED. Stabile in eterno ell'è, o Signore, la tua parola nel cielo.	89 LAMED. O Lord, your word remains firm in heaven, for all eternity.
90 La tua verità per tutte le generazioni: tu fondasti la terra, ed ella sussiste.	90 Your truth is from generation to generation. You have founded the earth, and it remains firm.
91 In virtù del tuo comando continua il giorno: perocché le cose tutte a te ubbidiscono.	91 By your ordinance, the day perseveres. For all things are in service to you.
92 Se mia meditazione non fosse stata la tua legge, allora forse nella mia afflizione sarei perito.	92 If your law had not been my meditation, then perhaps I would have perished in my humiliation.
93 Non mi scorderò in eterno delle tue giustificazioni, perché per esse mi desti vita.	93 I will not forget your justifications, for eternity. For by them, you have enlivened me.
94 Tuo son io, salvami tu: perocché avidamente ho cercato le tue giustificazioni.	94 I am yours. Accomplish my salvation. For I have inquired into your justifications.
95 Mi preser di mira i peccatori per ruinarmi: mi studiai di intendere i tuoi insegnamenti.	95 The sinners have waited for me, in order to destroy me. I have understood your testimonies.
96 Vidi il termine di ogni cosa perfetta: oltre ogni termine si estende il tuo comandamento.	96 I have seen the end of the consummation of all things. Your commandment is exceedingly broad.
97 MEM. Quanto cara è a me la tua legge, o Signore! Ella è tutto quanto il giorno la mia meditazione.	97 MEM. How have I loved your law, O Lord? It is my meditation all day long.
98 Col tuo comandamento mi facesti prudente più de' miei nemici: perché io lo ho davanti in eterno.	98 By your commandment, you have made me able to see far, beyond my enemies. For it is with me for eternity.
99 Ho capito più io, che tutti quelli, che mi istruivano: perché i tuoi comandamenti sono la mia meditazione.	99 I have understood beyond all my teachers. For your testimonies are my meditation.
100 Ho capito più che gli anziani, perché sono andato investigando i tuoi comandamenti.	100 I have understood beyond the elders. For I have searched your commandments.
101 Da ogni cattiva strada tenni in dietro i miei passi per osservare i tuoi precetti.	101 I have prohibited my feet from every evil way, so that I may keep your words.
102 Non declinai da' tuoi giudizj, perché tu mi hai data una legge.	102 I have not declined from your judgments, because you have stationed a law for me.
103 Quanto son dolci alle mie fauci le tue parole! più che non è il miele alla mia bocca.	103 How sweet is your eloquence to my palate, more so than honey to my mouth!
104 Da' tuoi comandamenti feci acquisto di scienza: per questo ho in odio qualunque via d'iniquità.	104 I obtained understanding by your commandments. Because of this, I have hated every way of iniquity.
105 NUN. Lucerna a' miei passi ell'è la tua parola, e luce a' miei sentieri.	105 NUN. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my paths.
106 Giurai, e determinai di osservare i giudizj di tua giustizia.	106 I have sworn it, and so I am determined to keep the judgments of your justice.
107 Io son umiliato per ogni parte, o Signore: dammi vita secondo la tua parola.	107 I have been altogether humbled, Lord. Revive me according to your word.
108 Sian graditi a te, o Signore, i volontarj sagrifizj della mia bocca: e insegnami i tuoi giudizj.	108 Make the willing offerings of my mouth well pleasing, Lord, and teach me your judgments.
109 Porto sempre l'anima mia nelle mie mani: e non mi sono scordato della tua legge.	109 My soul is always in my hands, and I have not forgotten your law.
110 I peccatori mi tesero il laccio: ma io non uscii della strada de' tuoi precetti.	110 Sinners have set a snare for me, yet I have not strayed from your commandments.
111 Per mia eterna eredità feci acquisto de' tuoi insegnamenti: perché, essi sono il gaudio del cuor mio.	111 I have acquired your testimonies as an inheritance unto eternity, because they are the exultation of my heart.
112 Inchinai il mio cuore ad eseguire eternamente le tue giustificazioni per amore della retribuzione.	112 I have inclined my heart to do your justifications for eternity, as a recompense.
113 SAMECH. Ho odiato gli iniqui, ed ho amata la tua legge.	113 SAMECH. I have hated the iniquitous, and I have loved your law.
114 Tu se' mio aiuto, e mia difesa: e nella tua parola ho grandemente sperato.	114 You are my helper and my supporter. And in your word, I have greatly hoped.
115 Ritiratevi da me voi maligni: e io studierò attentamente i comandamenti del mio Dio.	115 Turn away from me, you malignant ones. And I will examine the commandments of my God.
116 Sostentami secondo la tua parola, e fa ch'io viva; e non permettere, che nella mia espettazione io resti deluso.	116 Uphold me according to your eloquence, and I will live. And let me not be confounded in my expectation.
117 Aiutami, e sarò salvo, e mediterò sempre le tue giustificazioni.	117 Help me, and I will be saved. And I will meditate always on your justifications.
118 Tu hai disprezzati tutti coloro, che declinano da' tuoi gindizj: perché ingiusto è il loro pensiero.	118 You have despised all those who fell away from your judgments. For their intention is unjust.
119 Prevaricatori riputai tutti i peccatori della terra: perché amai i tuoi insegnamenti.	119 I have considered all the sinners of the earth to be transgressors. Therefore, I have loved your testimonies.
120 Inchioda col tue timore le carni mie: perocché ho temuti i tuoi giudizi.	120 Pierce my flesh with your fear, for I am afraid of your judgments.
121 AIN. Ho esercitata la rettitudine, e la giustizia: non darmi in potere de' miei calunniatori.	121 AIN. I have accomplished judgment and justice. Do not hand me over to those who slander me.
122 Aiuta al bene il tuo servo: non mi opprimano colle calunnie i superbi.	122 Uphold your servant in what is good. And do not allow the arrogant to slander me.
123 Gli occhi miei si sono stancati nella espettazione della tua salute, e delle parole di tua giustizia.	123 My eyes have failed in your salvation and in the eloquence of your justice.
124 Tratta il tuo servo secondo la tua misericordia, e insegnami le tue giustificazioni.	124 Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your justifications.
125 Tuo servo son io: dammi intelletto, affinchè intenda i tuoi precetti.	125 I am your servant. Give me understanding, so that I may know your testimonies.
126 Egli è tempo di operare, o Signore: eglino han rovinata la tua legge.	126 It is time to act, O Lord. They have dissipated your law.
127 Per questo io ho amati i tuoi comandamenti più che l'oro, e i topazi.	127 Therefore, I have loved your commandments beyond gold and topaz.
128 Per questo io mi incamminai all'osservanza di tutti i tuoi comandamenti, ed ebbi in odio tutte le vie d'iniquità.	128 Because of this, I was directed toward all your commandments. I held hatred for every iniquitous way.
129 PHE. Mirabil cosa ell'è In tua legge: per questo ne ha fatto diligente studio l'anima mia.	129 PHE. Your testimonies are wonderful. Therefore, my soul has been examined by them.
130 La sposizione di tue parole illumina, e da intelletto ai piccoli.	130 The declaration of your words illuminates, and it gives understanding to little ones.
131 Apersi mia bocca, e a me trassi lo spirito, perché anelava a' tuoi comandamenti.	131 I opened my mouth and drew breath, for I desired your commandments.
132 Volgi a me gli occhi, ed abbi pietà di me, come tu suoli di que', che amano il nome tuo.	132 Gaze upon me and be merciful to me, according to the judgment of those who love your name.
133 Indirizza i miei passi secondo la tua parola, e veruna ingiustizia non regni in me.	133 Direct my steps according to your eloquence, and let no injustice rule over me.
134 Liberami dalle calunnie degi uomini, affinchè io osservi i tuoi precetti.	134 Redeem me from the slanders of men, so that I may keep your commandments.
135 Fa risplendere sopra il tuo servo la luce della tua faccia, e insegnami le tue giustificazioni.	135 Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your justifications.
136 Rivi di lagrime hanno spano i miei occhi: perché non hanno osservata, la tua legge.	136 My eyes have gushed like springs of water, because they have not kept your law.
137 SADE. Giusto se' tu, o Signore, e retti sono i tuoi giudizj.	137 SADE. You are just, O Lord, and your judgment is right.
138 Tu strettamente comandasti la giustizia, e la tua verità ne' tuoi precetti.	138 You have commanded justice: your testimonies and your truth even more so.
139 Il mio zelo mi consumò, perché i miei nemici si sono scordati di tue parole.	139 My zeal has caused me to pine away, because my enemies have forgotten your words.
140 La tua parola è grandemente infiammata, e il tuo servo la amò.	140 Your eloquence has been greatly enflamed, and your servant has loved it.
141 Piccolo son io, ed abbietto: dì tue giustificazioni non mi scordar.	141 I am young and treated with contempt. But I have not forgotten your justifications.
142 La tua giustizia è giustizia eterna, e la tua legge è verità.	142 Your justice is justice for all eternity, and your law is truth.
143 Mi sorpresero le tribolazioni, e gli affanni: i tuoi precetti sono, la mia meditazione.	143 Tribulation and anguish have found me. Your commandments are my meditation.
144 Equità eterna sono le tue testimonianze: dammi intelligenza, affinchè io abbia vita.	144 Your testimonies are fairness unto eternity. Give me understanding, and I will live.
145 COPH. Gridai con tutto il mio cuore: esaudiscimi o Signore: fa ch'io cerchi le tue giustificazioni.	145 COPH. I cried out with my whole heart. Heed me, O Lord. I will ask for your justifications.
146 Gridai a te: dammi salute: affinchè osservi i tuoi precetti.	146 I cried out to you. Save me, so that I may keep your commandments.
147 Prevenni il mattino, e alzai le mie grida: perché nelle tue parole posi grande speranza.	147 I arrived first in maturity, and so I cried out. For in your words, I have hoped beyond hope.
148 Prima del mattino a te si volsero gli occhi miei per meditar la tua legge.	148 My eyes preceded the dawn for you, so that I might meditate on your eloquence.

150 Si sono accostati i miei persecutori all'iniquità, e si son dilungati dalla tua legge	150 Those who persecute me have drawn near to iniquity, but they been brought far from your law.
151 Tu stai dappresso, o Signore, e tutte le vie tue son verità.	151 You are near, O Lord, and all your ways are truth.
152 Fin da principio io conobbi, che i tuoi precetti gli hai tu stabiliti per tutta l'eternità.	152 I have known from the beginning about your testimonies. For you founded them in eternity.
153 RES. Mira la mia umiliazione, e liberami: perocché non mi sono scordata della tua legge.	153 RES. See my humiliation and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your law.
154 Giudica la mia causa, e riscattami: per riguardo alla tua parola rendi a me vita.	154 Judge my judgment and redeem me. Revive me because of your eloquence.
155 La salute è lungi da' peccatori: perché non hanno ricercato le tue giustificazioni.	155 Salvation is far from sinners, because they have not inquired about your justifications.
156 Le tue misericordie son molte o Signore: dammi vita secondo la tua parola.	156 Many are your mercies, O Lord. Enliven me according to your judgment.
157 Molti son quelli, che mi perseguitano, e mi affliggono: da' comandamenti tuoi non ho deviato.	157 Many are those who persecute me and who trouble me. I have not turned away from your testimonies.
158 Vidi i prevaricatori, e mi consumava di pena: perché non hanno osservate le tue parole.	158 I saw the prevaricators, and I pine away. For they have not kept your word.
159 Mira, o Signore, com' io ho amati i tuoi precetti: per tua misericordia dammi la vita.	159 O Lord, see how I have loved your commandments. Revive me in your mercy.
160 Il principio di tue parole è verità: i giudizj di tua giustizia sono in eterno.	160 The beginning of your words is truth. All the judgments of your justice are for eternity.
161 SIN. I principi mi han perseguitato senza ragione: ma il mio cuore temette le tue parole.	161 SIN. The leaders have persecuted me without cause. And my heart has been awed by your words.
162 Mi goderò io sopra le tue parole, come chi abbia fatto acquisto di molta preda.	162 I will rejoice over your eloquence, like one who has found many spoils.
163 Ho avuta in odio, e in abbominazione l'iniquità, ed ho amata la tua legge.	163 I have held hatred for iniquity, and I have abhorred it. Yet I have loved your law.
164 Sette volte al giorno ho a te dato laude sopra i giudizj di tua giustìzia.	164 Seven times a day, I uttered praise to you about the judgments of your justice.
165 Pace molta per quelli, che amano la tua legge: e inciampo per essi non è.	165 Those who love your law have great peace, and there is no scandal for them.
166 Io aspettava, o Signore, la salute, che vien da te, e amai i tuoi comandamenti.	166 I have waited for your salvation, O Lord. And I have loved your commandments.
167 L'anima mia ha osservati i tuoi precetti, e gli ha amati ardentemente.	167 My soul has kept to your testimonies and has loved them exceedingly.
168 Ho osservato i tuoi comandamenti, e le tue testimonianze: perché tutti i miei andamenti sono sotto degli occhi tuoi.	168 I have served your commandments and your testimonies. For all my ways are before your sight.
169 TAU. Abbia accesso al tuo cospetto la mia preghiera, o Signore: secondo la tua parola dammi intelligenza.	169 TAU. O Lord, let my supplication draw near in your sight. Grant understanding to me according to your eloquence.
170 Penetrino le mie suppliche al tuo cospetto: liberami secondo la tua parola.	170 Let my petition enter before you. Rescue me according to your word.
171 Canteranno le labbra mie inno di laude quando mi avrai tu insegnate le tue giustificazioni.	171 A hymn will burst forth from my lips, when you will teach me your justifications.
172 La mia lingua annunzierà la tua parola: perocché tutti i tuoi precetti sono equità.	172 My tongue will pronounce your eloquence. For all your commandments are fairness.
173 Stendasi la tua mano a salvarmi: perocché io preelessi i tuoi comandamenti.	173 Let it be your hand that saves me. For I have chosen your commandments.
174 L'anima mia, o Signore, ha desiderata la salute, che vien da te: e mia meditazione ell'è la tua legge.	174 O Lord, I have longed for your salvation, and your law is my meditation.
175 Viv'erà l'anima mia, e te loderà: e i tuoi giudizj saranno mio aiuto.	175 My soul will live and will praise you, and your judgments will assist me.
176 Andai errando qual pecora traviata: cerca il tuo servo, perchè io non mi sono scordato de' tuoi comandamenti.	176 I have gone astray like a sheep that is lost. Seek out your servant, for I have not forgotten your commandments.
