1 Salmo di Davide, composto quando egli era nel deserto di Giuda. O DIO, tu sei l’Iddio mio, io ti cerco; L’anima mia è assetata di te; la mia carne ti brama In terra arida ed asciutta, senz’acqua.	1 Unto the end. A Psalm of David.
2 Così ti ho io mirato nel santuario, Riguardando la tua forza, e la tua gloria	2 Hear, O God, my prayer of supplication. Rescue my soul from the fear of the enemy.
3 Perciocchè la tua benignità è cosa buona più che la vita, Le mie labbra ti loderanno.	3 You have protected me from the assembly of the malignant, from a multitude of workers of iniquity.
4 Così ti benedirò in vita mia; Io alzerò le mie mani nel tuo Nome.	4 For they have sharpened their tongues like a sword; they have formed their bow into a bitter thing,
