Isaiah (ישעיה) - Isaia 62

1 למנצח על ידותון מזמור לדוד אך אל אלהים דומיה נפשי ממנו ישועתי	1 [For the choirmaster . . . Jeduthun Psalm Of David] In God alone there is rest for my soul, from himcomes my safety;
2 אך הוא צורי וישועתי משגבי לא אמוט רבה	2 he alone is my rock, my safety, my stronghold so that I stand unshaken.
3 עד אנה תהותתו על איש תרצחו כלכם כקיר נטוי גדר הדחויה	3 How much longer wil you set on a victim, al together, intent on murder, like a rampart already leaningover, a wall already damaged?
4 אך משאתו יעצו להדיח ירצו כזב בפיו יברכו ובקרבם יקללו סלה	4 Trickery is their only plan, deception their only pleasure, with lies on their lips they pronounce ablessing, with a curse in their hearts.Pause
5 אך לאלהים דומי נפשי כי ממנו תקותי	5 Rest in God alone, my soul! He is the source of my hope.
6 אך הוא צורי וישועתי משגבי לא אמוט	6 He alone is my rock, my safety, my stronghold, so that I stand unwavering.
7 על אלהים ישעי וכבודי צור עזי מחסי באלהים	7 In God is my safety and my glory, the rock of my strength. In God is my refuge;
8 בטחו בו בכל עת עם שפכו לפניו לבבכם אלהים מחסה לנו סלה	8 trust in him, you people, at al times. Pour out your hearts to him, God is a refuge for us.Pause
9 אך הבל בני אדם כזב בני איש במאזנים לעלות המה מהבל יחד	9 Ordinary people are a mere puff of wind, important people a delusion; set both on the scales together,and they are lighter than a puff of wind.
10 אל תבטחו בעשק ובגזל אל תהבלו חיל כי ינוב אל תשיתו לב	10 Put no trust in extortion, no empty hopes in robbery; however much wealth may multiply, do not setyour heart on it.
11 אחת דבר אלהים שתים זו שמעתי כי עז לאלהים	11 Once God has spoken, twice have I heard this: Strength belongs to God,
12 ולך אדני חסד כי אתה תשלם לאיש כמעשהו	12 to you, Lord, faithful love; and you repay everyone as their deeds deserve.
