1 [Alef] Felices los que van por un camino intachable, los que siguen la ley del Señor,	1 How blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the Law of Yahweh!
2 Felices los que cumplen sus prescripciones y lo buscan de todo corazón	2 Blessed are those who observe his instructions, who seek him with all their hearts,
3 los que van por sus caminos, sin hacer ningún mal.	3 and, doing no evil, who walk in his ways.
4 Tú promulgaste tus mandamientos para que se cumplieran íntegramente.	4 You lay down your precepts to be careful y kept.
5 ¡Ojalá yo me mantenga firme en la observancia de tus preceptos!	5 May my ways be steady in doing your wil .
6 Así no sentiré vergüenza, al considerar tus mandamientos.	6 Then I shal not be shamed, if my gaze is fixed on your commandments.
7 Te alabaré con un corazón recto, cuando aprenda tus justas decisiones.	7 I thank you with a sincere heart for teaching me your upright judgements.
8 Quiero cumplir fielmente tus preceptos: no me abandones del todo. [Bet]	8 I shal do your will; do not ever abandon me whol y.
9 ¿Cómo un joven llevará una vida honesta? Cumpliendo tus palabras.	9 How can a young man keep his way spotless? By keeping your words.
10 Yo te busco de todo corazón: no permitas que me aparte de tus mandamientos.	10 With al my heart I seek you, do not let me stray from your commandments.
11 Conservo tu palabra en mi corazón, para no pecar contra ti.	11 In my heart I treasure your promises, to avoid sinning against you.
12 Tú eres bendito, Señor: enséñame tus preceptos.	12 Blessed are you, Yahweh, teach me your wil !
13 Yo proclamo con mis labios todos los juicios de tu boca.	13 With my lips I have repeated al the judgements you have given.
14 Me alegro de cumplir tus prescripciones, más que de todas las riquezas.	14 In the way of your instructions lies my joy, a joy beyond al wealth.
15 Meditaré tus leyes y tendré en cuenta tus caminos.	15 I will ponder your precepts and fix my gaze on your paths.
16 Mi alegría está en tus preceptos: no me olvidaré de tu palabra. [Guímel]	16 I find my delight in your wil , I do not forget your words.
17 Sé bueno con tu servidor, para que yo viva y pueda cumplir tu palabra.	17 Be generous to your servant and I shal live, and shal keep your words.
18 Abre mis ojos, para que contemple las maravillas de tu ley.	18 Open my eyes and I shal fix my gaze on the wonders of your Law.
19 Soy un peregrino en la tierra, no me ocultes tus mandamientos.	19 Wayfarer though I am on the earth, do not hide your commandments from me.
20 Mi alma se consume, deseando siempre tus decisiones.	20 My heart is pining away with longing at all times for your judgements.
21 Tú amenazas a esos malditos arrogantes, que se desvían de tus mandamientos.	21 You have rebuked the arrogant, the accursed, who stray from your commandments.
22 Aparta de mí la vergüenza y el desprecio, porque yo cumplo tus prescripciones.	22 Set me free from taunts and contempt since I observe your instructions.
23 Aunque los poderosos se confabulen contra mí, yo meditaré tus preceptos.	23 Though princes sit plotting against me, your servant keeps pondering your wil .
24 Porque tus prescripciones son todo mi deleite, y tus preceptos, mis consejeros. [Dálet]	24 Your instructions are my delight, your wishes my counsellors.
25 Mi alma está postrada en el polvo: devuélveme la vida conforme a tu palabra.	25 Down in the dust I lie prostrate; true to your word, revive me.
26 Te expuse mi conducta y tú me escuchaste: enséñame tus preceptos.	26 I tell you my ways and you answer me; teach me your wishes.
27 Instrúyeme en el camino de tus leyes, y yo meditaré tus maravillas.	27 Show me the way of your precepts, that I may reflect on your wonders.
28 Mi alma llora de tristeza: consuélame con tu palabra.	28 I am melting away for grief; true to your word, raise me up.
29 Apártame del camino de la mentira, y dame la gracia de conocer tu ley.	29 Keep me far from the way of deceit, grant me the grace of your Law.
30 Elegí el camino de la verdad, puse tus decretos delante de mí.	30 I have chosen the way of constancy, I have moulded myself to your judgements.
31 Abracé tus prescripciones: no me defraudes, Señor.	31 I cling to your instructions, Yahweh, do not disappoint me.
32 Correré por el camino de tus mandamientos, porque tú me infundes ánimo. [He]	32 I run the way of your commandments, for you have given me freedom of heart.
33 Muéstrame, Señor, el camino de tus preceptos, y yo los cumpliré a la perfección.	33 Teach me, Yahweh, the way of your will, and I wil observe it.
34 Instrúyeme, para que observe tu ley y la cumpla de todo corazón.	34 Give me understanding and I will observe your Law, and keep it wholeheartedly.
35 Condúceme por la senda de tus mandamientos, porque en ella tengo puesta mi alegría.	35 Guide me in the way of your commandments, for my delight is there.
36 Inclina mi corazón hacia tus prescripciones y no hacia la codicia.	36 Bend my heart to your instructions, not to selfish gain.
37 Aparta mi vista de las cosas vanas; vivifícame con tu palabra.	37 Avert my eyes from pointless images, by your word give me life.
38 Cumple conmigo tu promesa, la que hiciste a tus fieles.	38 Keep your promise to your servant so that al may hold you in awe.
39 Aparta de mí el oprobio que temo, porque tus juicios son genuinos.	39 Avert the taunts that I dread, for your judgements are generous.
40 Yo deseo tus mandamientos: vivifícame por tu justicia. [Vau]	40 See how I yearn for your precepts; in your saving justice give me life.
41 Que llegue hasta mí tu misericordia, Señor, y tu salvación conforme a tu promesa.	41 Let your faithful love come to me, Yahweh, true to your promise, save me!
42 Así responderé a los que me insultan, porque confío en tu palabra.	42 Give me an answer to the taunts against me, since I rely on your word.
43 No quites de mi boca la palabra verdadera, porque puse mi esperanza en tus juicios.	43 Do not deprive me of that faithful word, since my hope lies in your judgements.
44 Yo cumpliré fielmente tu ley: lo haré siempre, eternamente.	44 I shal keep your Law without fail for ever and ever.
45 Y caminaré por un camino espacioso, porque busco tus preceptos.	45 I shal live in all freedom because I have sought your precepts.
46 Hablaré de tus prescripciones delante de los reyes, y no quedaré confundido.	46 I shal speak of your instructions before kings and wil not be shamed.
47 Me deleitaré en tus mandamientos que yo amo tanto.	47 Your commandments fill me with delight, I love them dearly.
48 Elevaré mis manos hacia tus mandamientos y meditaré tus preceptos. [Zain]	48 I stretch out my hands to your commandments that I love, and I ponder your judgements.
49 Acuérdate de la palabra que me diste, con la que alentaste mi esperanza.	49 Keep in mind your promise to your servant on which I have built my hope.
50 Lo que me consuela en la aflicción es que tu palabra me da la vida.	50 It is my comfort in distress, that your promise gives me life.
51 Los orgullosos se burlan de mí como quieren, pero yo no me desvío de tu ley.	51 Endlessly the arrogant have jeered at me, but I have not swerved from your Law.
52 Me acuerdo, Señor, de tus antiguos juicios, y eso me sirve de consuelo.	52 I have kept your age -- old judgements in mind, Yahweh, and I am comforted.
53 Me lleno de indignación ante los pecadores, ante los que abandonan tu ley.	53 Fury grips me when I see the wicked who abandon your Law.
54 Tus preceptos son para mí como canciones, mientras vivo en el destierro	54 Your judgements are my song where I live in exile.
55 Por la noche, Señor, me acuerdo de tu Nombre, y quiero cumplir tu ley.	55 Al night, Yahweh, I hold your name in mind, I keep your Law.
56 Esto me ha sucedido porque he observado tus mandamientos. [Jet]	56 This is what it means to me, observing your precepts.
57 El Señor es mi herencia: yo he decidido cumplir tus palabras.	57 My task, I have said, Yahweh, is to keep your word.
58 Procuro de todo corazón que me mires con bondad; ten piedad de mí, conforme a tu promesa.	58 Wholeheartedly I entreat your favour; true to your promise, take pity on me!
59 Examino atentamente mis caminos, y dirijo mis pasos hacia tus prescripciones.	59 I have reflected on my ways, and I turn my steps to your instructions.
60 Me apresuro, sin titubear, a cumplir tus mandamientos	60 I hurry without delay to keep your commandments.
61 Los lazos de los malvados me rodean, pero yo no me olvido de tu ley,	61 Though caught in the snares of the wicked, I do not forget your Law.
62 Me levanto a medianoche para alabarte por tus justas decisiones.	62 At midnight I rise to praise you for your upright judgements.
63 Soy amigo de todos tus fieles, de los que cumplen tus leyes.	63 I am a friend to all who fear you and keep your precepts.
64 La tierra, Señor, está llena de tu amor; enséñame tus preceptos. [Tet]	64 Your faithful love fil s the earth, Yahweh, teach me your judgements.
65 Tú fuiste bueno con tu servidor, de acuerdo con tu palabra, Señor.	65 You have been generous to your servant, Yahweh, true to your promise.
66 Enséñame la discreción y la sabiduría, porque confío en tus mandamientos.	66 Teach me judgement and knowledge, for I rely on your commandments.
67 Antes de ser afligido, estaba descarriado; pero ahora cumplo tu palabra.	67 Before I was punished I used to go astray, but now I keep to your promise.
68 Tú eres bueno y haces el bien: enséñame tus mandamientos.	68 You are generous and act generously, teach me your wil .
69 Los orgullosos traman engaños contra mí: pero yo observo tus preceptos.	69 The arrogant blacken me with lies though I wholeheartedly observe your precepts.
70 Ellos tienen el corazón endurecido, yo, en cambio, me regocijo en tu ley,	70 Their hearts are gross like rich fat, but my delight is in your Law.
71 Me hizo bien sufrir la humillación, porque así aprendí tus preceptos.	71 It was good for me that I had to suffer, the better to learn your judgements.
72 Para mí vale más la ley de tus labios que todo el oro y la plata. [Iod]	72 The Law you have uttered is more precious to me than al the wealth in the world.
73 Tus manos me hicieron y me formaron; instrúyeme, para que aprenda tus mandamientos.	73 Your hands have made me and held me firm, give me understanding and I shal learn yourcommandments.
74 Tus fieles verán con alegría que puse mi esperanza en tu palabra.	74 Those who fear you rejoice at the sight of me since I put my hope in your word.
75 Yo sé que tus juicios son justos, Señor, y que me has humillado con razón.	75 I know, Yahweh, that your judgements are upright, and in punishing me you show your constancy.
76 Que tu misericordia me consuele, de acuerdo con la promesa que me hiciste.	76 Your faithful love must be my consolation, as you have promised your servant.
77 Que llegue hasta mí tu compasión, y viviré porque tu ley es toda mi alegría.	77 Treat me with tenderness and I shall live, for your Law is my delight.
78 Que se avergüencen los orgullosos, porque me afligen sin motivo; yo, en cambio, meditaré tus preceptos.	78 Let the arrogant who tell lies against me be shamed, while I ponder your precepts.
79 Que se vuelvan hacia mí tus fieles; los que tienen en cuenta tus prescripciones	79 Let those who fear you rally to me, those who understand your instructions.
80 Que mi corazón cumpla íntegramente tus preceptos, para que yo no quede confundido. [Caf]	80 My heart shall be faultless towards your wil ; then I shall not be ashamed.
81 Mi alma se consume por tu salvación; yo espero en tu palabra.	81 I shal wear myself out for your salvation, for your word is my hope.
82 Mis ojos se consumen por tu palabra, ¿cuándo me consolarás?	82 My eyes, too, are worn out waiting for your promise, when wil you have pity on me?
83 Aunque estoy como un odre resecado por el humo, no me olvido de tus preceptos.	83 For I am like a smoked wineskin, but I do not forget your wil .
84 ¿Cuántos serán los días de mi vida? ¿Cuándo juzgarás a mis perseguidores?	84 How long has your servant to live? When wil you bring my persecutors to judgement?
85 Los orgullosos me cavan fosas, oponiéndose a tu ley.	85 The arrogant have dug pitfalls for me in defiance of your Law.
86 Todos tus mandamientos son verdaderos; ayúdame, porque me persiguen sin motivo.	86 Al your commandments show constancy. Help me when they pursue me dishonestly.
87 Por poco me hacen desaparecer de la tierra; pero no abandono tus preceptos.	87 They have almost annihilated me on earth, but I have not deserted your precepts.
88 Vivifícame por tu misericordia, y cumpliré tus prescripciones. [Lámed]	88 True to your faithful love, give me life, and I shal keep the instructions you have laid down.
89 Tu palabra, Señor, permanece para siempre, está firme en el cielo.	89 For ever, Yahweh, your word is planted firm in heaven.
90 Tu verdad permanece por todas las generaciones; tú afirmaste la tierra y ella subsiste.	90 Your constancy endures from age to age; you established the earth and it stands firm.
91 Todo subsiste hasta hoy conforme a tus decretos, porque todas las cosas te están sometidas.	91 Through your judgements al stands firm to this day, for al creation is your servant.
92 Si tu ley no fuera mi alegría, ya hubiera sucumbido en mi aflicción.	92 Had your Law not been my delight, I would have perished in my misery.
93 Nunca me olvidaré de tus preceptos: por medio de ellos, me has dado la vida.	93 I shal never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.
94 Sálvame, porque yo te pertenezco y busco tus preceptos.	94 I am yours, save me, for I seek your precepts.
95 Los malvados están al acecho para perderme, pero yo estoy atento a tus prescripciones.	95 The wicked may hope to destroy me, but al my thought is of your instructions.
96 He comprobado que toda perfección es limitada: ¡qué amplios, en cambio, son tus mandamientos! [Mem]	96 I have seen that al perfection is finite, but your commandment has no limit.
97 ¡Cuánto amo tu ley, todo el día la medito!	97 How I love your Law! I ponder it al day long.
98 Tus mandamientos me hacen más sabio que mis enemigos, porque siempre me acompañan.	98 You make me wiser than my enemies by your commandment which is mine for ever.
99 Soy más prudente que todos mis maestros, porque siempre medito tus prescripciones.	99 I am wiser than al my teachers because I ponder your instructions.
100 Soy más inteligente que los ancianos, porque observo tus preceptos.	100 I have more understanding than the aged because I keep your precepts.
101 Yo aparto mis pies del mal camino, para cumplir tu palabra.	101 I restrain my foot from evil paths to keep your word.
102 No me separo de tus juicios, porque eres tú el que me enseñas.	102 I do not turn aside from your judgements, because you yourself have instructed me.
103 ¡Qué dulce es tu palabra para mi boca, es más dulce que la miel!	103 How pleasant your promise to my palate, sweeter than honey in my mouth!
104 Tus preceptos me hacen comprender: por eso aborrezco el camino de la mentira. [Nun]	104 From your precepts I learn wisdom, so I hate all deceptive ways.
105 Tu palabra es una lámpara para mis pasos, y una luz en mi camino.	105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
106 Hice un juramento –y lo sostengo– de cumplir tus justas decisiones.	106 I have sworn -- and shal maintain it -- to keep your upright judgements.
107 Estoy muy afligido, Señor: vivifícame, conforme a tu palabra.	107 I am utterly wretched, Yahweh; true to your promise, give me life.
108 Acepta, Señor, las ofrendas de mis labios, y enséñame tus decisiones.	108 Accept, Yahweh, the tribute from my mouth, and teach me your judgements.
109 Mi vida está en constante peligro, pero yo no me olvido de tu ley.	109 My life is in your hands perpetual y, I do not forget your Law.
110 Los pecadores me tienden una trampa, pero yo no me aparto de tus preceptos.	110 The wicked have laid out a snare for me, but I have not strayed from your precepts.
111 Tus prescripciones son mi herencia para siempre, porque alegran mi corazón.	111 Your instructions are my eternal heritage, they are the joy of my heart.

119 Tú eliminas como escoria a los impíos, por eso amo tus prescripciones.	119 In your sight al the wicked of the earth are like rust, so I love your instructions.
120 Mi carne se estremece de temor por ti, y respecto tus decisiones. [Ain]	120 My whole body trembles before you, your judgements fill me with fear.
121 He obrado conforme al derecho y a la justicia: no me entregues a mis opresores.	121 Al my conduct has been just and upright, do not hand me over to my oppressors.
122 Otorga una garantía a mi favor, para que no me opriman los orgullosos.	122 Guarantee the wel -being of your servant, do not let the proud oppress me.
123 Mis ojos se consumen por tu salvación y por tu promesa de justicia.	123 My eyes are languishing for your salvation and for the saving justice you have promised.
124 Trátame conforme a tu bondad, y enséñame tus preceptos.	124 Show your faithful love to your servant, teach me your judgements.
125 Yo soy tu servidor: instrúyeme, y así conoceré tus prescripciones.,	125 Your servant am I; give me understanding and I shal know your instructions.
126 Ha llegado, Señor, el tiempo de obrar; han quebrantado tu ley.	126 It is time to take action, Yahweh, your Law is being broken.
127 Por eso amo tus mandamientos y los prefiero al oro más fino.	127 So I love your commandments more than gold, purest gold.
128 Por eso me guío por tus preceptos y aborrezco todo camino engañoso. [Pe]	128 So I rule my life by your precepts, I hate al deceptive paths.
129 Tus prescripciones son admirables: por eso las observo.	129 Wonderful are your instructions, so I observe them.
130 La explicación de tu palabra ilumina y da inteligencia al ignorante.	130 As your word unfolds it gives light, and even the simple understand.
131 Abro mi boca y aspiro hondamente, porque anhelo tus mandamientos.	131 I open wide my mouth, panting eagerly for your commandments.
132 Vuelve tu rostro y ten piedad de mí; es justo que lo hagas con los que aman tu Nombre.	132 Turn to me, pity me; those who love your name deserve it.
133 Afirma mis pasos conforme a tu palabra, para que no me domine la maldad.	133 Keep my steps firm in your promise; that no evil may triumph over me.
134 Líbrame de la opresión de los hombres, y cumpliré tus mandamientos.	134 Rescue me from human oppression, and I wil observe your precepts.
135 Que brille sobre mí la luz de tu rostro, y enséñame tus preceptos.	135 Let your face shine on your servant, teach me your wil .
136 Ríos de lágrimas brotaron de mis ojos, porque no se cumple tu ley. [Sade]	136 My eyes stream with tears because your Law is disregarded.
137 Tú eres justo, Señor, y tus juicios son rectos.	137 You are upright, Yahweh, and your judgements are honest.
138 Tú impones tus prescripciones con justicia y con absoluta lealtad.	138 You impose uprightness as a witness to yourself, it is constancy itself.
139 El celo me consume, porque mis adversarios olvidan tu palabra.	139 My zeal is burning me up because my oppressors forget your word.
140 Tu palabra está bien acrisolada, y por eso la amo.	140 Your promise is wel tested, your servant holds it dear.
141 Soy pequeño y despreciable, pero no olvido tus preceptos.	141 Puny and despised as I am, I do not forget your precepts.
142 Tu justicia es eterna y tu ley es la verdad.	142 Your saving justice is for ever just, and your Law is trustworthy.
143 Cuando me asalta la angustia y la opresión, tus mandamientos son toda mi alegría.	143 Though anguish and distress grip me your commandments are my delight.
144 La justicia de tus prescripciones es eterna; instrúyeme y viviré. [Qof]	144 Your instructions are upright for ever, give me understanding and I shal live.
145 Yo clamo de todo corazón: escúchame, Señor, y observaré tus preceptos.	145 I cal with al my heart; answer me, Yahweh, and I wil observe your judgements.
146 Clamo a ti: Sálvame, y cumpliré tus prescripciones.	146 I cal to you; save me, and I wil keep your instructions.
147 Me anticipo a la aurora para implorar tu ayuda; yo espero en tu palabra.	147 I am awake before dawn to cry for help, I put my hope in your word.
148 Mis ojos se anticipan a las vigilias de la noche, para meditar tus enseñanzas.	148 My eyes are awake before each watch of the night, to ponder your promise.
149 Por tu amor, oye mi voz, Señor, y vivifícame por tu justicia.	149 In your faithful love, Yahweh, listen to my voice, let your judgements give me life.
150 Se acercan a mí los ojos que me persiguen con perfidia, los que están alejados de tu ley.	150 My pursuers are coming closer to their wicked designs, and further from your Law.
151 Pero tú estás cerca, Señor, y todos tus mandamientos son verdaderos.	151 You are close to me, Yahweh, and all your commandments are true.
152 Yo sé desde hace mucho tiempo que tú afirmaste para siempre tus prescripciones. [Res]	152 Long have I known that your instructions were laid down to last for ever.
153 Mira mi aflicción y líbrame, porque me olvido de tu ley.	153 Look at my suffering and rescue me, for I do not forget your Law.
154 Defiende mi causa y sálvame; vivifícame conforme a tu promesa.	154 Plead my cause and defend me; as you promised, give me life.
155 La salvación está lejos de los impíos, porque no buscan tus preceptos.	155 Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek your will.
156 Tu compasión es muy grande, Señor; vivifícame por tu justicia.	156 Your kindnesses to me are countless, Yahweh; true to your judgements, give me life.
157 Son muchos los que me persiguen y me oprimen, pero yo no me desvié de tus prescripciones.	157 Though my enemies and oppressors are countless, I do not turn aside from your instructions.
158 Veo a los pecadores y siento indignación, porque no cumplen tu palabra.	158 The sight of these renegades appals me; they do not observe your promise.
159 Mira que yo amo tus preceptos: vivifícame, Señor, por tu amor.	159 See how I love your precepts; true to your faithful love, give me life.
160 Lo primordial de tu palabra es la verdad, y tus justos juicios permanecen para siempre. [Sin]	160 Faithfulness is the essence of your word, your upright judgements hold good for ever.
161 Los poderosos me persiguen sin motivo, pero yo temo únicamente tu palabra.	161 Though princes hound me unprovoked, what fil s me with awe is your word.
162 Yo me alegro en tu promesa, como quien logra un gran botín,	162 I rejoice in your promise like one who finds a vast treasure.
163 Odio y aborrezco la mentira; en cambio, amo tu ley.	163 Falsehood I hate and detest, my love is for your Law.
164 Te bendigo muchas veces al día, porque tus juicios son justos.	164 Seven times a day I praise you for your upright judgements.
165 Los que aman tu ley gozan de una gran paz, nada los hace tropezar.	165 Great peace for those who love your Law; no stumbling-blocks for them!
166 Yo espero tu salvación, Señor, y cumplo tus mandamientos.	166 I am waiting for your salvation, Yahweh, I fulfil your commandments.
167 Mi alma observa tus prescripciones, y las ama intensamente.	167 I observe your instructions, I love them dearly.
168 Yo observo tus mandamientos y tus prescripciones, porque tú conoces todos mis caminos. [Tau]	168 I observe your precepts, your judgements, for al my ways are before you.
169 Que mi clamor se acerque a ti, Señor: instrúyeme conforme a tu palabra.	169 May my cry approach your presence, Yahweh; by your word give me understanding.
170 Que mi plegaria llegue a tu presencia: líbrame, conforme a tu promesa,	170 May my prayer come into your presence, rescue me as you have promised.
171 Que mis labios expresen tu alabanza, porque me has enseñado tus preceptos.	171 May my lips proclaim your praise, for you teach me your will.
172 Que mi lengua se haga eco de tu promesa, porque todos tus mandamientos son justos.	172 May my tongue recite your promise, for al your commandments are upright.
