Psalms 14

CATHOLIC PUBLIC DOMAIN	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 A Psalm of David. O Lord, who will dwell in your tabernacle? Or who will rest on your holy mountain?	1 Del maestro de coro. De David. El necio se dice a sí mismo: «No hay Dios». Todos están pervertidos, hacen cosas abominables, nadie practica el bien.
2 He who walks without blemish and who works justice.	2 El Señor observa desde el cielo a los seres humanos, para ver si hay alguien que sea sensato, alguien que busque a Dios.
3 He who speaks the truth in his heart, who has not acted deceitfully with his tongue, and has not done evil to his neighbor, and has not taken up a reproach against his neighbors.	3 Todos están extraviados, igualmente corrompidos; nadie practica el bien, ni siquiera uno solo.
4 In his sight, the malicious one has been reduced to nothing, but he glorifies those who fear the Lord. He who swears to his neighbor and does not deceive.	4 Nunca aprenderán los malvados, los que devoran a mi pueblo como si fuera pan, y no invocan al Señor?
5 He who has not given his money in usury, nor accepted bribes against the innocent. He who does these things will be undisturbed for eternity.	5 Miren cómo tiemblan de espanto, porque Dios está a favor de los justos.
	6 ustedes se burlan de las aspiraciones del pobre, pero el Señor es su refugio.
	7 ¡Ojalá venga desde Sión la salvación de Israel! Cuando el Señor cambie la suerte de su pueblo, se alegrará Jacob, se regocijará Israel.
