1 Így szólt továbbá az Úr Mózeshez:	1 The LORD said to Moses,
2 »Parancsold meg Áronnak, s fiainak: Ez az egészen elégő áldozat törvénye: Égjen az az oltáron egész éjszaka, reggelig; a tűz ugyanarról az oltárról való legyen.	2 "Give Aaron and his sons the following command: This is the ritual for holocausts. The holocaust is to remain on the hearth of the altar all night until the next morning, and the fire is to be kept burning on the altar.
3 Akkor vegye fel a pap a gyolcsköntöst és nadrágot és szedje ki az emésztő tűz által kiégetett hamvakat, s öntse az oltár mellé;	3 The priest, clothed in his linen robe and wearing linen drawers on his body, shall take away the ashes to which the fire has reduced the holocaust on the altar, and lay them at the side of the altar.
4 aztán vesse le az imént felvett ruhát, öltsön másikat és vigye ki a hamvakat a táboron kívülre, s hagyja egy tiszta helyen az utolsó szikráig elégni.	4 Then, having taken off these garments and put on other garments, he shall carry the ashes to a clean place outside the camp.
5 A tűz mindenkor égjen az oltáron, s táplálja azt a pap: minden reggel rakjon rá fát, s tegye rá az egészen elégő áldozatot, s afölött égesse el a békeáldozatok háját.	5 The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest shall put firewood on it. On this he shall lay out the holocaust and burn the fat of the peace offerings.
6 Szüntelen való tűz legyen az, sohase aludjon ki az az oltáron.	6 The fire is to be kept burning continuously on the altar; it must not go out.
7 Ez az ételáldozatul szánt adományok törvénye. Vigyék az ilyet Áron fiai az Úr elé, az oltár elé.	7 "This is the ritual of the cereal offering. One of Aaron's sons shall first present it before the LORD, in front of the altar.
8 Aztán vegyen a pap az olajjal meghintett lisztlángból egy marékkal, s azt meg a lisztlángra tett egész tömjént égesse el az oltáron kedves illatú emlékeztető részül az Úrnak.	8 Then he shall take from it a handful of its fine flour and oil, together with all the frankincense that is on it, and this he shall burn on the altar as its token offering, a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.
9 A lisztláng többi részét aztán egye meg Áron a fiaival; kovász nélkül, a sátor udvarának szent helyén egye meg.	9 The rest of it Aaron and his sons may eat; but it must be eaten in the form of unleavened cakes and in a sacred place: in the court of the meeting tent they shall eat it.
10 Azért ne kovászosítsák meg, mert egy részét az Úr tűzáldozatául mutatták be. Szentséges az, éppúgy, mint a bűnért vagy a vétekért való áldozat.	10 It shall not be baked with leaven. I have given it to them as their portion from the oblations of the LORD; it is most sacred, like the sin offering and the guilt offering.
11 Áron nemzetségének csupán férfitagjai egyenek belőle. Örök járandóság legyen ez utódaitok számára az Úr tűzáldozataiból. Mindaz, aki érinti, szentté legyen.«	11 All the male descendants of Aaron may partake of it as their rightful share in the oblations of the LORD perpetually throughout your generations. Whatever touches the oblations becomes sacred."
12 Így szólt továbbá az Úr Mózeshez:	12 The LORD said to Moses,
13 »Ez Áronnak és fiainak áldozati ajándéka, ezt kell majd bemutatniuk az Úrnak, Áron felkenésének napjától fogva: egy tized éfa lisztlángot mutassanak be állandó ételáldozatul, felét reggel, felét este.	13 "This is the offering that Aaron and his sons shall present to the LORD (on the day he is anointed): one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for the established cereal offering, half in the morning and half in the evening.
14 Serpenyőben készüljön, olajjal meghintve, s melegen mutassa be azt kedves illatul az Úrnak	14 It shall be well kneaded and fried in oil on a griddle when you bring it in. Having broken the offering into pieces, you shall present it as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.
15 az a pap, aki a törvény szerint atyja örökébe lép. Egészen égessék el az oltáron,	15 Aaron's descendant who succeeds him as the anointed priest shall do likewise. This is a perpetual ordinance: for the Lord the whole offering shall be burned.
16 mert a papok minden ételáldozatát a tűznek kell megemésztenie és belőle senkinek sem szabad ennie.«	16 Every cereal offering of a priest shall be a whole burnt offering; it may not be eaten."
17 Így szólt továbbá az Úr Mózeshez:	17 The LORD said to Moses,
18 »Szólj Áronhoz és fiaihoz: Ez a bűnért való áldozat törvénye: Ahol az egészen elégő áldozatokat szokás levágni, ott vágják le, az Úr előtt: szentséges az.	18 "Tell Aaron and his sons: This is the ritual for sin offerings. At the place where holocausts are slaughtered, there also, before the LORD, shall the sin offering be slaughtered. It is most sacred.
19 Az a pap egye meg, aki bemutatja: szent helyen, a sátor udvarában egye meg.	19 The priest who presents the sin offering may partake of it; but it must be eaten in a sacred place, in the court of the meeting tent.
20 Mindaz, ami a húsához ér, szentté lesz; ha a véréből valami ráfreccsen a ruhára, azt ki kell mosni a szent helyen.	20 Whatever touches its flesh shall become sacred. If any of its blood is spilled on a garment, the stained part must be washed in a sacred place.
21 A cserépedényt, amelyben főzték, össze kell törni; ha rézedény volt, ki kell súrolni, s vízzel kiöblíteni.	21 A clay vessel in which it has been cooked shall thereafter be broken; if it is cooked in a bronze vessel, this shall be scoured afterward and rinsed with water.
22 A papi nemzetségnek csupán a férfitagjai ehetnek a húsából, mert szentséges az.	22 All the males of the priestly line may partake of the sin offering, since it is most sacred.
23 De azt a bűnért levágott áldozatot, amelynek vérét beviszik a bizonyság sátrába, hogy a szentélyben tartsanak engesztelést vele, nem szabad megenni, hanem tűzben el kell égetni.	23 But no one may partake of any sin offering of which some blood has been brought into the meeting tent to make atonement in the sanctuary; such an offering must be burned up in the fire.
