1 Unto the end, for the sons of Core.	1 Au maître de chant. Des fils de Coré. Psaume.
2 O clap your hands, all ye nations: shout unto God with the voice of Joy,	2 Tous les peuples, battez des mains, acclamez Dieu avec des cris de joie!
3 For the Lord is high, terrible: a great king over all the earth.	3 Car le Seigneur, le Très-Haut, est redoutable, il est Grand Roi sur toute la terre.
4 He hath subdued the people under us; and the nations under our feet.	4 À son ordre les peuples nous sont soumis, les nations sont sous nos pieds.
5 He hath chosen for us his inheritance the beauty of Jacob which he hath loved.	5 C’est lui qui nous a choisi notre lot, c’est notre gloire, il aime le peuple de Jacob.
6 God is ascended with jubilee, and the Lord with the sound of trumpet.	6 Voici que Dieu monte en fanfare, le Seigneur s’élève au son du cor.
7 Sing praises to our God, sing ye: sing praises to our king, sing ye.	7 Chantez pour Dieu, chantez, chantez pour notre Dieu, chantez!
8 For God is the king of all the earth: sing ye wisely.	8 Car Dieu est roi sur toute la terre, chantez pour lui de votre mieux.
9 God shall reign over the nations: God sitteth on his holy throne.	9 Dieu va régner sur les nations, depuis son trône, siège de la sainteté.
10 The princes of the people are gathered together, with the God of Abraham: for the strong gods of the earth are exceedingly exalted.	10 Voici venir les princes des peuples, ils s’unissent au peuple du Dieu d’Abraham; oui, Dieu est le maître des grands de la terre, bien haut, dans les hauteurs!
