תהילים 146

¹ הַלְלוּ־יָהּ הַלְלִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת־יְהוָה	¹ Al eluia! Praise Yahweh, my soul!
² אֲהַלְלָה יְהוָה בְּחַיָּי אֲזַמְּרָה לֵאלֹהַי בְּעֹודִי	² I wil praise Yahweh al my life, I will make music to my God as long as I live.
³ אַל־תִּבְטְחוּ בִנְדִיבִים בְּבֶן־אָדָם ׀ שֶׁאֵין לֹו תְשׁוּעָה	³ Do not put your trust in princes, in any child of Adam, who has no power to save.
⁴ תֵּצֵא רוּחֹו יָשֻׁב לְאַדְמָתֹו בַּיֹּום הַהוּא אָבְדוּ עֶשְׁתֹּנֹתָיו	⁴ When his spirit goes forth he returns to the earth, on that very day al his plans come to nothing.
⁵ אַשְׁרֵי שֶׁאֵל יַעֲקֹב בְּעֶזְרֹו בְרֹו עַל־יְהוָה אֱלֹהָיו	⁵ How blessed is he who has Jacob's God to help him, his hope is in Yahweh his God,
⁶ עֹשֶׂה ׀ שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ אֶת־הַיָּם וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּם הַשֹּׁמֵר אֱמֶת לְעֹולָם	⁶ who made heaven and earth, the sea and al that is in them. He keeps faith for ever,
⁷ עֹשֶׂה מִשְׁפָּט ׀ לָעֲשׁוּקִים נֹתֵן לֶחֶם לָרְעֵבִים יְהוָה מַתִּיר אֲסוּרִים	⁷ gives justice to the oppressed, gives food to the hungry; Yahweh sets prisoners free.
⁸ יְהוָה ׀ פֹּקֵחַ עִוְרִים יְהוָה זֹקֵף כְּפוּפִים יְהוָה אֹהֵב צַדִּיקִים	⁸ Yahweh gives sight to the blind, lifts up those who are bowed down.
⁹ יְהוָה ׀ שֹׁמֵר אֶת־גֵּרִים יָתֹום וְאַלְמָנָה יְעֹודֵד וְדֶרֶךְ רְשָׁעִים יְעַוֵּת	⁹ Yahweh protects the stranger, he sustains the orphan and the widow. Yahweh loves the upright,buthe frustrates the wicked.
¹⁰ יִמְלֹךְ יְהוָה ׀ לְעֹולָם אֱלֹהַיִךְ צִיֹּון לְדֹר וָדֹר הַלְלוּ־יָהּ	¹⁰ Yahweh reigns for ever, your God, Zion, from age to age.
