1 Chronicles 16

NEW AMERICAN BIBLE	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 They brought in the ark of God and set it within the tent which David had pitched for it. Then they offered up holocausts and peace offerings to God.	1 وادخلوا تابوت الله واثبتوه في وسط الخيمة التي نصبها له داود وقربوا محرقات وذبائح سلامة امام الله.
2 When David had finished offering up the holocausts and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD,	2 ولما انتهى داود من اصعاد المحرقات وذبائح السلامة بارك الشعب باسم الرب.
3 and distributed to every Israelite, to every man and every woman, a loaf of bread, a piece of meat, and a raisin cake.	3 وقسم على كل آل اسرائيل من الرجال والنساء على كل انسان رغيف خبز وكاس خمر وقرص زبيب
4 He now appointed certain Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, to celebrate, thank, and praise the LORD, the God of Israel.	4 وجعل امام تابوت الرب من اللاويين خداما ولاجل التذكير والشكر وتسبيح الرب اله اسرائيل
5 Asaph was their chief, and second to him were Zechariah, Uzziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-edom, and Jeiel. These were to play on harps and lyres, while Asaph was to sound the cymbals,	5 آساف الراس وزكريا ثانيه ويعيئيل وشميراموث ويحيئيل ومتثايا واليآب وبنايا وعوبيد ادوم ويعيئيل بآلات رباب وعيدان. وكان آساف يصوّت بالصنوج.
6 and the priests Benaiah and Jahaziel were to be the regular trumpeters before the ark of the covenant of God.	6 وبنايا ويحزيئيل الكاهنان بالابواق دائما امام تابوت عهد الله.
7 Then, on that same day, David appointed Asaph and his brethren to sing for the first time these praises of the LORD:	7 حينئذ في ذلك اليوم اولا جعل داود يحمد الرب بيد آساف واخوته
8 Give thanks to the LORD, invoke his name; make known among the nations his deeds.	8 احمدوا الرب. ادعوا باسمه. اخبروا في الشعوب باعماله.
9 Sing to him, sing his praise, proclaim all his wondrous deeds.	9 غنوا له. ترنموا له. تحادثوا بكل عجائبه.
10 Glory in his holy name; rejoice, O hearts that seek the LORD!	10 افتخروا باسم قدسه. تفرح قلوب الذين يلتمسون الرب.
11 Look to the LORD in his strength; seek to serve him constantly.	11 اطلبوا الرب وعزّه. التمسوا وجهه دائما.
12 Recall the wondrous deeds that he has wrought, his portents, and the judgments he has uttered,	12 اذكروا عجائبه التي صنع. آياته واحكام فمه.
13 You descendants of Israel, his servants, sons of Jacob, his chosen ones!	13 يا ذرية اسرائيل عبده وبني يعقوب مختاريه.
14 He, the LORD, is our God; throughout the earth his judgments prevail.	14 هو الرب الهنا. في كل الارض احكامه
15 He remembers forever his covenant which he made binding for a thousand generations--	15 اذكروا الى الابد عهده. الكلمة التي اوصى بها الى الف جيل.
16 Which he entered into with Abraham and by his oath to Isaac;	16 الذي قطعه مع ابراهيم. وقسمه لاسحق.
17 Which he established for Jacob by statute, for Israel as an everlasting covenant,	17 وقد اقامه ليعقوب فريضة ولاسرائيل عهدا ابديا.
18 Saying, "To you will I give the land of Canaan as your allotted inheritance."	18 قائلا لك اعطي ارض كنعان حبل ميراثكم.
19 When they were few in number, a handful, and strangers there,	19 حين كنتم عددا قليلا قليلين جدا وغرباء فيها.
20 Wandering from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people,	20 وذهبوا من امة الى امة ومن مملكة الى شعب آخر.
21 He let no one oppress them, and for their sake he rebuked kings:	21 لم يدع احدا يظلمهم بل وبّخ من اجلهم ملوكا.
22 "Touch not my anointed, and to my prophets do no harm."	22 لا تمسّوا مسحائي ولا تؤذوا انبيائي
23 Sing to the LORD, all the earth, announce his salvation, day after day	23 غنّوا للرب يا كل الارض. بشّروا من يوم الى يوم بخلاصه.
24 Tell his glory among the nations; among all peoples, his wondrous deeds.	24 حدّثوا في الامم بمجده وفي كل الشعوب بعجائبه.
25 For great is the LORD and highly to be praised; and awesome is he, beyond all gods.	25 لان الرب عظيم ومفتخر جدا. وهو مرهوب فوق جميع الآلهة.
26 For all the gods of the nations are things of nought, but the LORD made the heavens.	26 لان كل آلهة الامم اصنام واما الرب فقد صنع السموات.
27 Splendor and majesty go before him; praise and joy are in his holy place.	27 الجلال والبهاء امامه. العزّة والبهجة في مكانه.
28 Give to the LORD, you families of nations, give to the LORD glory and praise;	28 هبوا الرب يا عشائر الشعوب هبوا الرب مجدا وعزّة.
29 Give to the LORD the glory due his name! Bring gifts, and enter his presence; worship the LORD in holy attire.	29 هبوا الرب مجد اسمه. احملوا هدايا وتعالوا الى امامه. اسجدوا للرب في زينة مقدسة.
30 Tremble before him, all the earth; he has made the world firm, not to be moved.	30 ارتعدوا امامه يا جميع الارض. تثبّتت المسكونة ايضا لا تتزعزع.
31 Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice; let them say among the nations: The LORD is king.	31 لتفرح السموات وتبتهج الارض ويقولوا في الامم الرب قد ملك.
32 Let the sea and what fills it resound; let the plains rejoice and all that is in them!	32 ليعج البحر وملؤه ولتبتهج البرية وكل ما فيها.
33 Then shall all the trees of the forest exult before the LORD, for he comes: he comes to rule the earth.	33 حينئذ تترنم اشجار الوعر امام الرب لانه جاء ليدين الارض.
34 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his kindness endures forever;	34 احمدوا الرب لانه صالح لان الى الابد رحمته.
35 And say, "Save us, O God, our savior, gather us and deliver us from the nations, That we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in praising you."	35 وقولوا خلّصنا يا اله خلاصنا واجمعنا وانقذنا من الامم لنحمد اسم قدسك ونتفاخر بتسبيحك.
36 Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, through all eternity! Let all the people say, Amen! Alleluia.	36 مبارك الرب اله اسرائيل من الازل والى الابد. فقال كل الشعب آمين وسبحوا الرب
37 Then David left Asaph and his brethren there before the ark of the covenant of the LORD to minister before the ark regularly according to the daily ritual;	37 وترك هناك امام تابوت عهد الرب آساف واخوته ليخدموا امام التابوت دائما خدمة كل يوم بيومها
38 he also left there Obed-edom and sixty-eight of his brethren, including Obed-edom, son of Jeduthun, and Hosah, to be gatekeepers.	38 وعوبيد ادوم واخوتهم ثمانية وستين وعوبيد ادوم بن يديثون وحوسة بوابين.
39 But the priest Zadok and his priestly brethren he left before the Dwelling of the LORD on the high place at Gibeon,	39 وصادوق الكاهن واخوته الكهنة امام مسكن الرب في المرتفعة التي في جبعون
40 to offer holocausts to the LORD on the altar of holocausts regularly, morning and evening, and to do all that is written in the law of the LORD which he has decreed for Israel.	40 ليصعدوا محرقات للرب على مذبح المحرقة دائما صباحا ومساء وحسب كل ما هو مكتوب في شريعة الرب التي أمر بها اسرائيل.
41 With them were Heman and Jeduthun and the others who were chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the LORD, "because his kindness endures forever,"	41 ومعهم هيمان ويدوثون وباقي المنتخبين الذين ذكرت اسماؤهم ليحمدوا الرب لان الى الابد رحمته.
42 with trumpets and cymbals for accompaniment, and instruments for the sacred chant. The sons of Jeduthun kept the gate.	42 ومعهم هيمان ويدوثون بابواق وصنوج للمصوّتين وآلات غناء لله وبنو يدوثون بوابون.
43 Then all the people departed, each to his own home, and David returned to bless his household.	43 ثم انطلق كل الشعب كل واحد الى بيته ورجع داود ليبارك بيته
