1 Je vous recommande notre sœur Phébé, diaconesse de l’Église de Cenchrées.	1 And I commend to you Phebe, our sister, who is in the ministry of the church, that is in Cenchrae:
2 Recevez-la chrétiennement comme il se doit pour des saints. Aidez-la en tout ce que vous pouvez faire pour elle. Sachez que beaucoup sont en dette avec elle, moi le premier.	2 That you receive her in the Lord as becometh saints; and that you assist her in whatsoever business she shall have need of you. For she also hath assisted many, and myself also.
3 Saluez Prisca et Aquilas, mes collaborateurs dans le Christ Jésus.	3 Salute Prisca and Aquila, my helpers in Christ Jesus,
4 Ils ont risqué leur tête pour moi et je leur suis reconnaissant comme aussi les Églises des païens.	4 (Who have for my life laid down their own necks: to whom not I only give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles,)
5 Saluez aussi l’Église qui se réunit chez eux. Salut à mon cher Épénète, le premier converti chrétien en Asie.	5 And the church which is in their house. Salute Epenetus, my beloved: who is the firstfruits of Asia in Christ.
6 Saluez Marie qui a tellement travaillé pour vous.	6 Salute Mary, who hath laboured much among you.
7 Saluez Andronique et Junias, mes compatriotes qui ont été en prison avec moi. Ce sont des apôtres éminents, convertis au Christ avant moi.	7 Salute Andronicus and Junias, my kinsmen and fellow prisoners: who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.
8 Saluez Ampliatus que j’aime bien dans le Seigneur.	8 Salute Ampliatus, most beloved to me in the Lord.
9 Saluez mon collaborateur Urbanus et mon cher Stachys.	9 Salute Urbanus, our helper in Christ Jesus, and Stachys, my beloved.
10 Saluez Apelles, toujours ferme dans le Christ, et la famille d’Aristobule.	10 Salute Apelles, approved in Christ.
11 Saluez mon compatriote Hérodion. Saluez les gens de chez Narcisse, qui sont Chrétiens.	11 Salute them that are of Aristobulus' household. Salute Herodian, my kinsman. Salute them that are of Narcissus' household, who are in the Lord.
12 Saluez Tryphène et Tryphose, bonnes travailleuses pour le Seigneur. Saluez ma chère Persis qui travaille bien pour le Seigneur.	12 Salute Tryphaena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute Persis, the dearly beloved, who hath much laboured in the Lord.
13 Saluez Rufus, l’élu du Seigneur, et sa mère qui est aussi la mienne.	13 Salute Rufus, elect in the Lord, and his mother and mine.
14 Saluez Asyncrite, Phlégon, Hermès, Patrobas, Hermas et tous les frères avec eux.	14 Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren that are with them.
15 Saluez Philologue et Julie, Nérée et sa sœur, et Olympas et tous les saints avec eux.	15 Salute Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympias; and all the saints that are with them.
16 Saluez-vous mutuellement et donnez-vous le saint baiser. Toutes les Églises du Christ vous saluent.	16 Salute one another with an holy kiss. All the churches of Christ salute you.
17 Je vous en prie, frères, prenez garde à ceux qui créent des divisions et des scandales en sortant de la doctrine qu’on vous a enseignée. Évitez tous ces gens-là.	17 Now I beseech you, brethren, to mark them who make dissensions and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have learned, and avoid them.
18 Ils ne servent pas le Christ, notre Seigneur, mais leur propre ventre, et ils trompent les ingénus avec leurs belles paroles pleines de piété.	18 For they that are such, serve not Christ our Lord, but their own belly; and by pleasing speeches and good words, seduce the hearts of the innocent.
19 Tout le monde sait que vous êtes ouverts à la foi, et j’en suis heureux pour vous. Mais je veux que vous soyez avisés pour le bien, et fermes contre le mal.	19 For your obedience is published in every place. I rejoice therefore in you. But I would have you to be wise in good, and simple in evil.
20 Le Dieu de la paix écrasera Satan sous vos pieds d’ici peu. Que la grâce de Jésus, notre Seigneur, soit avec vous!	20 And the God of peace crush Satan under your feet speedily. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
21 Mon collaborateur Timothée vous salue, également mes compatriotes Lucius, Jason et Sosipatros.	21 Timothy, my fellow labourer, saluteth you, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen.
22 Moi aussi, Tertius, qui ai écrit la lettre, je vous salue dans le Seigneur.	22 I Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord.
23 Gaïus, qui me loge chez lui, et toute l’Église avec moi vous saluent. Saluts d’Éraste, le trésorier de la ville, et de notre frère Quartus.	23 Caius, my host, and the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus, the treasurer of the city, saluteth you, and Quartus, a brother.
24 Que la grâce du Christ Jésus, notre Seigneur, soit avec vous tous: amen!	24 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
25 Gloire à Celui qui est capable de vous garder fermes dans l’Évangile que j’annonce et la proclamation du Christ Jésus! Voici que se découvre le projet mystérieux gardé secret durant tant de siècles,	25 Now to him that is able to establish you, according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret from eternity,
26 et qui maintenant est mis en lumière grâce aux écrits des prophètes. Il y a là une décision du Dieu éternel, pour que toutes les nations lui répondent dans la foi.	26 (Which now is made manifest by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the precept of the eternal God, for the obedience of faith,) known among all nations;
27 À Dieu, seul sage, la gloire pour les siècles par Jésus Christ! Amen.	27 To God the only wise, through Jesus Christ, to whom be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
