¹ Oración de David. Inclina tu oído, Señor, respóndeme, porque soy pobre y miserable;	¹ A Canticle Psalm to the sons of Korah. Its foundations are in the holy mountains:
² protégeme, porque soy uno de tus fieles, salva a tu servidor que en ti confía.	² the Lord loves the gates of Zion above all the tabernacles of Jacob.
³ Tú eres mi Dios: ten piedad de mí, Señor, porque te invoco todo el día;	³ Glorious things are being said of you, O City of God.
⁴ reconforta el ánimo de tu servidor, porque a ti, Señor, elevo mi alma.	⁴ I will be mindful of Rahab and of Babylon knowing me. Behold, the foreigners, and Tyre, and the people of the Ethiopians: these have been there.
⁵ Tú, Señor, eres bueno e indulgente, rico en misericordia con aquellos que te invocan:	⁵ Will not Zion say that this man and that man were born in her? And the Most High himself has founded her.
⁶ ¡atiende, Señor, a mi plegaria, escucha la voz de mi súplica!	⁶ The Lord will explain, in the writings of peoples and of leaders, about those who have been in her.
⁷ Yo te invoco en el momento de la angustia; porque tú me respondes.	⁷ For so the dwelling place within you is with all rejoicing.
⁸ No hay otro dios igual a ti, Señor, ni hay obras como las tuyas.
⁹ Todas las naciones que has creado vendrán a postrarse delante de ti y glorificarán tu Nombre, Señor.
¹⁰ porque tú eres grande, Dios mío, y eres el único que hace maravillas.
¹¹ Indícame tu camino, Señor, para que yo viva según tu verdad; orienta totalmente mi corazón al temor de tu Nombre.
¹² Te daré gracias, Dios mío, de todo corazón, y glorificaré tu Nombre eternamente;
¹³ porque es grande el amor que me tienes, y tú me libraste del fondo del Abismo.
¹⁴ Dios mío, los orgullosos se levantaron contra mí, y una banda de forajidos atenta contra mi vida sin preocuparse para nada de ti.
¹⁵ Pero tú, Señor, Dios compasivo y bondadoso, lento para enojarte, rico en amor y fidelidad,
¹⁶ vuelve hacia mí tu rostro y ten piedad de mí; fortalece a tu servidor, salva a tu hijo de tu servidora.
¹⁷ Dame una prueba de tu bondad, para que mis adversarios queden confundidos, al ver que tú, Señor, eres mi ayuda y mi consuelo.
