20 Joktan was the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,	20 And Jectan beget Elmodad, and Saleph, and Asarmoth, and Jare,
21 Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,	21 And Adoram, and Usal, and Decla,
22 Ebal, Abima-el, Sheba,	22 And Hebal, and Abimael, and Saba,
23 Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab; all these were the sons of Joktan.	23 And Ophir, and Hevila, and Jobab. All these are the sons of Jectan.
24 Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah;	24 Sem, Arphaxad, Sale,

43 These are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the Israelites: Bela the son of Beor, the name of whose city was Dinhabah.	43 Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before there was a king over the children of Israel: Bale the son of Beer: and the name of his city was Denaba.
44 When Bela died, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.	44 And Bale died, and Jobab the son of Zare of Bosra, reigned in his stead.
45 When Jobab died, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.	45 And when Jobab also was dead, Husam of the land of the Themanites reigned in his stead.
46 When Husham died, Hadad the son of Bedad, who defeated Midian in the country of Moab, reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Avith.	46 And Husam also died, and Adad the son of Badad reigned in his stead, and he defeated the Madianites in the land of Moab: and the name of his city was Avith.
47 When Hadad died, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.	47 And when Adad also was dead, Semla of Masreca reigned in his stead.
48 When Samlah died, Shaul of Rehoboth on the Euphrates reigned in his stead.	48 Semla also died, and Saul of Rohoboth, which is near the river, reigned in his stead.
49 When Shaul died, Baal-hanan, the son of Achbor, reigned in his stead.	49 And when Saul was dead, Balanan the son of Achobor reigned in his stead.
50 When Baal-hanan died, Hadad reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Pai, and his wife's name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.	50 He also died, and Adad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Phau, and his wife was called Meetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezaab.
51 And Hadad died. The chiefs of Edom were: chiefs Timna, Aliah, Jetheth,	51 And after the death of Adad, there began to be dukes in Edom instead of kings: duke Thamna, duke Alva, duke Jetheth,
52 Oholibamah, Elah, Pinon,	52 Duke Oolibama, duke Ela, duke Phinon,
53 Kenaz, Teman, Mibzar,	53 ,53Duke Cenez, duke Theman, duke Mabsar,
54 Magdi-el, and Iram; these are the chiefs of Edom.	54 Duke Magdiel, duke Hiram. These are the dukes of Edom.
