Psalms 82

1 A Canticle Psalm of Asaph.	1 ωδη ψαλμου τω ασαφ
2 O God, who will ever be like you? Do not be silent, and do not be unmoved, O God.	2 ο θεος τις ομοιωθησεται σοι μη σιγησης μηδε καταπραυνης ο θεος
3 For behold, your enemies have sounded off, and those who hate you have carried out a head.	3 οτι ιδου οι εχθροι σου ηχησαν και οι μισουντες σε ηραν κεφαλην
4 They have acted with malice in counsel over your people, and they have plotted against your holy ones.	4 επι τον λαον σου κατεπανουργευσαντο γνωμην και εβουλευσαντο κατα των αγιων σου
5 They have said, “Come, let us scatter them from the nations and not allow the name of Israel to be remembered any longer.”	5 ειπαν δευτε και εξολεθρευσωμεν αυτους εξ εθνους και ου μη μνησθη το ονομα ισραηλ ετι
6 For they plotted unanimously. Joined together against you, they ordained a covenant:	6 οτι εβουλευσαντο εν ομονοια επι το αυτο κατα σου διαθηκην διεθεντο
7 the tabernacle of Edomites and Ishmaelites, and Moab and the Hagarites,	7 τα σκηνωματα των ιδουμαιων και οι ισμαηλιται μωαβ και οι αγαρηνοι
8 and Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek, the foreigners among the inhabitants of Tyre.	8 γεβαλ και αμμων και αμαληκ και αλλοφυλοι μετα των κατοικουντων τυρον
9 For even Assur comes with them. They have become the helpers of the sons of Lot.	9 και γαρ και ασσουρ συμπαρεγενετο μετ' αυτων εγενηθησαν εις αντιλημψιν τοις υιοις λωτ διαψαλμα
10 Do to them as you did to Midian and Sisera, just as to Jabin at the torrent of Kishon.	10 ποιησον αυτοις ως τη μαδιαμ και τω σισαρα ως ο ιαβιν εν τω χειμαρρω κισων
11 They perished at Endor, and they became like the dung of the earth.	11 εξωλεθρευθησαν εν αενδωρ εγενηθησαν ωσει κοπρος τη γη
12 Set their leaders to be like Oreb and Zeeb, and Zebah and Zalmunna: all their leaders	12 θου τους αρχοντας αυτων ως τον ωρηβ και ζηβ και ζεβεε και σαλμανα παντας τους αρχοντας αυτων
13 who said, “Let us possess the Sanctuary of God for an inheritance.”	13 οιτινες ειπαν κληρονομησωμεν εαυτοις το αγιαστηριον του θεου
14 My God, set them like a wheel, and like stubble before the face of the wind.	14 ο θεος μου θου αυτους ως τροχον ως καλαμην κατα προσωπον ανεμου
15 Set them like a fire burning up the forest, and like a flame burning up the mountains.	15 ωσει πυρ ο διαφλεξει δρυμον ως ει φλοξ κατακαυσαι ορη
16 So will you pursue them in your tempest, and disturb them in your wrath.	16 ουτως καταδιωξεις αυτους εν τη καταιγιδι σου και εν τη οργη σου ταραξεις αυτους
17 Fill their faces with shame, and they will seek your name, O Lord.	17 πληρωσον τα προσωπα αυτων ατιμιας και ζητησουσιν το ονομα σου κυριε
18 Let them be ashamed and troubled, from age to age, and let them be confounded and perish.	18 αισχυνθητωσαν και ταραχθητωσαν εις τον αιωνα του αιωνος και εντραπητωσαν και απολεσθωσαν
19 And let them know that the Lord is your name. You alone are the Most High in all the earth.	19 και γνωτωσαν οτι ονομα σοι κυριος συ μονος υψιστος επι πασαν την γην
