Exodus 36

1 Therefore, Bezalel, and Oholiab, and every wise man, to whom the Lord gave wisdom and intelligence, so as to know how to work skillfully, made that which was necessary for the uses of the Sanctuary and which the Lord had instructed.	1 Besalel, Oholiab y todos los artesanos a quienes el Señor había dotado de habilidad y talento para realizar con inteligencia los trabajos del Santuario, hicieron todo lo que el Señor había ordenado.
2 And when Moses had called them and every man of learning, to whom the Lord had given wisdom, and who, of their own accord, had offered themselves in order to accomplish this work,	2 Moisés convocó a Besalel, a Oholiab y a todos los artesanos, a quienes el Señor había dotado de habilidad y que se habían prestado a colaborar en la ejecución de esa tarea.
3 he handed over to them all the donations of the sons of Israel. And while they were pursuing this work, the people offered what they had vowed each day, in the morning.	3 Ellos recibieron de Moisés las ofrendas que los israelitas habían presentado para los diversos trabajos del Santuario. Entretanto, cada mañana los israelitas seguían trayendo a Moisés ofrendas voluntarias.
4 The artisans were compelled by this to go	4 Pero los artesanos que realizaban todo el trabajo del Santuario, abandonando momentáneamente sus respectivas ocupaciones,
5 to Moses and to say, “The people offer more than is needed.”	5 fueron a decir a Moisés: «El pueblo aporta más de lo que se necesita para ejecutar la tarea que el Señor ha mandado».
6 Therefore, Moses ordered this to be recited, with a voice of proclamation: “Let neither man nor woman offer anything further for the work of the Sanctuary.” And so they ceased from offering gifts,	6 Entonces Moisés ordenó que se hiciera correr esta consigna a través del campamento: «Que nadie, sea hombre o mujer, siga preparando materiales para presentarlos como ofrenda». Así el pueblo se abstuvo de hacer nuevos donativos,
7 because what was offered was sufficient and was more than an abundance.	7 porque los materiales aportados ya eran más que suficientes para realizar todo el trabajo.
8 And all those who were wise of heart, in order to accomplish the work of the tabernacle, made ten curtains of fine twisted linen, and hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, with diverse workmanship by the art of embroidery.	8 Los artesanos más expertos hicieron la Morada con diez cortinados de lino fino reforzado, de púrpura violeta y escarlata y de carmesí, y con figuras de querubines bordadas artísticamente.
9 Each of these was twenty-eight cubits in length, and in width, four. All the curtains were of one measure.	9 Cada cortinado medía catorce metros de largo por dos de ancho; todos tenían las mismas dimensiones.
10 And he joined five curtains to one another, and the other five he coupled to one another.	10 unieron entre sí cinco cortinados, y lo mismo hicieron con los otro cinco.
11 He also made loops of hyacinth along the edge of one curtain on both sides, and similarly along the edge of the other curtain,	11 Luego pusieron unas presillas de púrpura violeta en los dos últimos cortinados de cada conjunto,
12 so that the loops might meet against one another and might be joined together.	12 cincuenta presillas en uno y cincuenta en el otro, correspondiéndose mutuamente.
13 For these, he also cast fifty gold rings, which would retain the loops of the curtains and so make the tabernacle one.	13 Después forjaron cincuenta ganchos de oro, y con ellos unieron los cortinados entre sí, de manera que la Morada formó un todo.
14 He also made eleven canopies from the hair of goats, in order to cover the roof of the tabernacle:	14 También confeccionaron once toldos de pelo de cabra, para cubrir la Morada a manera de carpa.
15 one canopy held in length thirty cubits, and in width four cubits. All the canopies were of one measure.	15 Cada toldo medía quince metros de largo por dos de ancho; los once tenían la misma medida.
16 Five of these he joined by themselves, and the other six separately.	16 Luego unieron separadamente cinco de un lado y seis del otro;
17 And he made fifty loops along the edge of one canopy, and fifty along the edge of the other canopy, so that they might be joined to one another,	17 pusieron cincuenta presillas en el borde de los dos últimos toldos de cada conjunto,
18 and fifty buckles of brass, with which the roof might be woven together, so that from all the canopies there would be made one covering.	18 y forjaron cincuenta ganchos de bronce: así unieron la carpa, de manera que formara un todo.
19 He also made a covering for the tabernacle from the skins of rams, dyed-red; and another cover above it, from violet skins.	19 Después hicieron para la carpa una cobertura de cueros de carnero teñidos de rojo, y otra cobertura de pieles finas para ponerla encima.
20 He also made the standing panels of the tabernacle, from setim wood.	20 También hicieron los bastidores para sostener la Morada. Los construyeron con madera de acacia, y los dispusieron verticalmente.
21 Ten cubits was the length of one panel, and one and one half cubits comprised the width.	21 Cada bastidor medía cinco metros de largo por setenta y cinco centímetros de ancho,
22 There were two dovetails along every panel, so that one might be joined to the other. Thus did he make all the panels of the tabernacle.	22 y tenía dos espigones ensamblados uno con el otro. Todos fueron hechos de la misma forma.
23 Of these, twenty were toward the meridian area, opposite the south,	23 Hicieron veinte de estos bastidores para el lado sur de la Morada, el que da hacia el Négueb,
24 with forty bases of silver. Two bases were set under one panel at each of two sides at the corners, where the joints of the sides terminate in corners.	24 y debajo de ellos pusieron cuarenta bases de plata, o sea, dos bases debajo de cada bastidor, una para cada espigón.
25 Likewise, at that side of the tabernacle which looks toward the north, he made twenty panels,	25 Para el otro costado de la Morada, el lado septentrional, hicieron también veinte bastidores
26 with forty bases of silver, two bases for each board.	26 con sus cuarenta bases de plata, dos debajo de cada bastidor.
27 Yet truly, opposite the west, that is, toward that part of the tabernacle which looks out toward the sea, he made six panels,	27 Para el fondo de la Morada, hacia el oeste, hicieron seis bastidores,
28 and two others at each corner of the tabernacle at the back,	28 más otros dos para los ángulos de la parte posterior de la Morada,
29 which were joined from bottom to top and held together by one joint. So did he make both corners on that side.	29 que estaban unidos de abajo hacia arriba, hasta la altura de la primera argolla. Así lo hicieron con los dos bastidores destinados a los dos ángulos.
30 So then, there were altogether eight panels, and they had sixteen bases of silver, with, of course, two bases under each panel.	30 Había, por lo tanto, ocho bastidores con sus bases de plata, o sea, dieciséis bases, dos para cada bastidor.

33 He also made another bar, which came through the middle of the panels from corner to corner.	33 Y el travesaño central lo hicieron de tal manera que pudiera pasar a media altura de los bastidores, de un extremo hasta el otro.
34 But the panels themselves he overlaid with gold, casting silver bases for them. And he made their rings from gold, through which the bars might be able to be drawn. And he covered the bars themselves with layers of gold.	34 Finalmente, recubrieron de oro los bastidores, les pusieron unas argollas de oro para pasar por ellas los travesaños, y también a estos últimos los recubrieron de oro.
35 He also made a veil from hyacinth, and purple, from vermillion as well as fine twisted linen, with varied and distinctive embroidery,	35 Hicieron, además, el velo de púrpura violeta y escarlata, de carmesí y de lino fino reforzado, y lo adornaron con figuras de querubines diseñadas artísticamente,
36 and four columns of setim wood, which, along with their heads, he overlaid with gold, casting silver bases for them.	36 Para colgarlo, hicieron cuatro columnas de madera de acacia revestidas de oro y provistas de ganchos de oro, que apoyaron sobre cuatro bases de plata fundida.
37 He also made a tent at the entrance of the tabernacle from hyacinth, purple, vermillion, and fine twisted linen, wrought with embroidery,	37 Hicieron, asimismo, para la entrada de la carpa, una cortina de púrpura violeta y escarlata, de carmesí y de lino fino reforzado, todo esto recamado artísticamente,
38 and five columns with their heads, which he covered with gold, and he cast their bases from brass.	38 y la sostuvieron con cinco columnas provistas de cinco ganchos. Luego revistieron de oro los capiteles y las varillas de las columnas, y las apoyaron sobre cinco bases de bronce.
