1 The descendants of Judah were: Perez, Hezron, Carmi, Hur, and Shobal.	1 Los descendientes de Judá fueron Peres, Jesrón, Carmí, Jur y Sobal.
2 Reaiah, the son of Shobal, became the father of Jahath, and Jahath became the father of Ahumai and Lahad. These were the clans of the Zorathites.	2 Reaías, hijo de Sobal, fue padre de Iájat; Iájat fue padre de Ajumai y de Lahad. Estas son las familias de los soreatitas.
3 These were the descendants of Hareph, the father of Etam: Jezreel, Ishma, and Idbash; their sister was named Hazzelelponi.	3 Los descendientes de Etam fueron Izreel, Ismá e Ibdás. Su hermana se llamaba Haslelponí.
4 Penuel was the father of Gedor, and Ezer the father of Hushah. These were the descendants of Hur, the first-born of Ephrathah, the father of Bethlehem.	4 Penuel fue padre de Guedor, y Ezer padre de Jusá. Estos son los hijos de Jur, el primogénito de Efratá, padre de Belén.

10 Jabez prayed to the God of Israel: "Oh, that you may truly bless me and extend my boundaries! Help me and make me free of misfortune, without pain!" 11 Chelub, the brother of Shuhah, became the father of Mehir, who was the father of Eshton.	11 Quelub, hermano de Sujá, fue padre de Mejir, que fue a su vez padre de Estón.
12 Eshton became the father of Bethrapha, Paseah, and Tehinnah, the father of the city of Nahash. These were the men of Recah.	12 Estón fue padre de Bet Rafá, de Paseáj, y de Tejiná, el padre de Ir Najás. Estos son los hombres de Recá.

27 Shimei had sixteen sons and six daughters. 41 They who have just been listed by name set out during the reign of Hezekiah, king of Judah, and attacked the tents of Ham (for Hamites dwelt there formerly) and also the Meunites who were there. They pronounced against them the ban that is still in force and dwelt in their place because they found pasture there for their flocks.	41 Los que fueron mencionados por sus nombres, llegaron en tiempos de Ezequías, rey de Judá, y destruyeron los campamentos de los descendientes de Cam y los refugios que allí se encontraban, consagrándolos al exterminio total hasta el día de hoy.
