1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,	1 - Il Signore parlò a Mosè ed Aronne, e disse:
2 Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, after their families, by the house of their fathers,	2 «Fa' il computo di fra i leviti, di tutti quelli discendenti da Caat, secondo le loro case e famiglie,
3 From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.	3 da trent'anni in su fino a cinquanta, che possano entrare, stare e servire nel tabernacolo della testimonianza.
4 This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:	4 Quest'è l'ufficio de' figliuoli di Caat, riguardo al tabernacolo dell'alleanza ed al Santo dei Santi.
5 And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:	5 Quando si dovranno muover gli accampamenti, Aronne ed i suoi figliuoli entreranno, staccheranno il velo che pende all'ingresso, e con quello avvolgeranno l'arca della testimonianza.
6 And shall put thereon the covering of badgers' skins, and shall spread over it a cloth wholly of blue, and shall put in the staves thereof.	6 Poi la copriranno ancora con la copertura di pelli tinte in violaceo, vi stenderanno sopra la copertura color giacinto, e vi passeranno le stanghe.
7 And upon the table of shewbread they shall spread a cloth of blue, and put thereon the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and covers to cover withal: and the continual bread shall be thereon:	7 Involgeranno in una coperta di giacinto anche la mensa della proposizione, ponendovi insieme i turiboli ed i piccoli mortai, i calici e le coppe per versare le libazioni; i pani vi rimarranno sempre.
8 And they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet, and cover the same with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put in the staves thereof.	8 Poi vi stenderanno sopra un panno rosso di cocco, e lo copriranno alla sua volta con una copertura di pelli violacee; indi vi passeranno le stanghe.
9 And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and his lamps, and his tongs, and his snuffdishes, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:	9 Prenderanno anche un panno di giacinto, col quale ricopriranno il candelabro con le lucerne, le forbici, gli smoccolatoi, i vasi dell'olio, e tutto quel che è necessario al mantenimento delle lampade;
10 And they shall put it and all the vessels thereof within a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put it upon a bar.	10 su tutto ciò porranno una copertura di pelli violacee, e vi metteranno le stanghe.
11 And upon the golden altar they shall spread a cloth of blue, and cover it with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put to the staves thereof:	11 Similmente involgeranno in un velo di giacinto l'altare d'oro, vi stenderanno sopra una copertura di pelli violacee, e vi passeranno le stanghe.
12 And they shall take all the instruments of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put them in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put them on a bar:	12 Tutti gli arredi pel servizio del santuario, li involgeranno in un velo di giacinto, vi stenderanno sopra una copertura di pelli violacee, e li porranno sulle stanghe.
13 And they shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth thereon:	13 Puliranno dalla cenere l'altare [degli olocausti], e lo avvolgeranno con un velo di porpora,
14 And they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof, wherewith they minister about it, even the censers, the fleshhooks, and the shovels, and the basons, all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread upon it a covering of badgers' skins, and put to the staves of it.	14 ponendovi insieme tutti gli attrezzi dei quali si fa uso nel suo servizio: cioè i bracieri, i forchettoni, i tridenti, gli uncini e le palette. Tutti insieme gli arredi dell'altare, li copriranno con una copertura di pelli violacee e li porranno sulle stanghe.
15 And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.	15 Quando poi Aronne ed i suoi figli avranno così involtato i pezzi del santuario e tutti i suoi arredi, allora sul punto di muovere il campo, verranno i figli di Caat a portar via gli oggetti già involti; ma non toccheranno gli arredi del santuario, per non morire. Son questi gli uffici de' figli di Caat riguardo al tabernacolo dell'alleanza.
16 And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.	16 Ad essi soprintenderà Eleazaro figlio d'Aronne sacerdote; a lui spetta la cura dell'olio per accomodare le lampade, dell'incenso composto, del sacrifizio che s'offre ogni giorno, dell'olio per la [sacra] unzione, di tutto ciò che appartiene al culto del tabernacolo, e di tutti gli arredi che sono nel santuario».
17 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,	17 Di poi il Signore parlò a Mosè ed Aronne, e disse loro:
18 Cut ye not off the tribe of the families of the Kohathites from among the Levites:	18 «Non permettete che la progenie di Caat sia sterminata di fra i leviti;
19 But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:	19 ma perchè vivano, e non vengano a morte per aver toccato le cose santissime, fate così: Aronne e i suoi figli entreranno e disporranno essi stessi il lavoro di ciascheduno, assegnando quel che ciascuno debba portare.
20 But they shall not go in to see when the holy things are covered, lest they die.	20 Gli altri non abbiano la minima curiosità di vedere le cose che sono nel santuario, sinchè non siano state coperte; altrimenti morranno».
21 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,	21 Quindi il Signore parlò a Mosè e gli disse:
22 Take also the sum of the sons of Gershon, throughout the houses of their fathers, by their families;	22 «Fa' il computo anche de' figli di Gerson, per case e famiglie e discendenze;
23 From thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to perform the service, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.	23 da trent'anni in su, fino ai cinquanta, conta quelli capaci d'entrare a servire nel tabernacolo dell'alleanza.
24 This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, to serve, and for burdens:	24 L'ufficio della stirpe gersonita è questo:
25 And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers' skins that is above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,	25 di portare le cortine ed il tetto del tabernacolo dell'alleanza, la seconda copertura, la copertura violacea che sta sopra le altre, la tenda che pende all'ingresso del tabernacolo dell'alleanza,
26 And the hangings of the court, and the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve.	26 le cortine dell'atrio ed il velo che sta sull'ingresso davanti al tabernacolo. Tutto quello che appartiene all'altare, le corde ed i vasi del ministero,
27 At the appointment of Aaron and his sons shall be all the service of the sons of the Gershonites, in all their burdens, and in all their service: and ye shall appoint unto them in charge all their burdens.	27 i figli di Gerson lo porteranno, secondo che comanderanno Aronne ed i suoi figli; sappia ciascuno a qual ufficio dev'esser addetto.
28 This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.	28 Questo è il servizio della gente gersonita riguardo al tabernacolo dell'alleanza; saranno guidati da Itamar figlio d'Aronne sacerdote.
29 As for the sons of Merari, thou shalt number them after their families, by the house of their fathers;	29 Farai il censo anche de' discendenti di Merari, secondo le famiglie e case de' padri loro
30 From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shalt thou number them, every one that entereth into the service, to do the work of the tabernacle of the congregation.	30 da trent'anni in su, fino ai cinquanta; di tutti quelli che posson entrare a compire il proprio ministero in servizio del tabernacolo della testimonianza.
31 And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tabernacle of the congregation; the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and sockets thereof,	31 Questi sono i loro obblighi: porteranno le assi del tabernacolo e le sue traverse, le colonne con le loro basi,
32 And the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, with all their instruments, and with all their service: and by name ye shall reckon the instruments of the charge of their burden.	32 le colonne ancora che stanno in giro intorno all'atrio, con le basi, i piuoli e le funi rispettive. Tutti questi attrezzi e suppellettili, li riceveranno numerati, e così li porteranno.
33 This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service, in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.	33 Quest'è l'ufficio della stirpe merarita, ed il suo servizio nel tabernacolo della testimonianza; saranno guidati da Itamar figlio d'Aronne sacerdote».
34 And Moses and Aaron and the chief of the congregation numbered the sons of the Kohathites after their families, and after the house of their fathers,	34 Mosè dunque ed Aronne coi principi della sinagoga fecero il censo de' figli di Caat, secondo le genealogie e case de' padri loro,
35 From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation:	35 da trent'anni in su, fino a cinquanta: di tutti quelli che potevano entrare in servizio del tabernacolo dell'alleanza.
36 And those that were numbered of them by their families were two thousand seven hundred and fifty.	36 Furon trovati in numero di duemila e settecentocinquanta.
37 These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.	37 Quest'è il numero degli addetti al tabernacolo dell'alleanza fra la gente di Caat. Li contarono Mosè ed Aronne, secondo l'istruzione data dal Signore a Mosè.
38 And those that were numbered of the sons of Gershon, throughout their families, and by the house of their fathers,	38 Furon contati anche i figli di Gerson, secondo le genealogie e le case de' padri loro,
39 From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,	39 da trent'anni in su, fino a cinquanta: tutti i chiamati a compire il servizio del tabernacolo dell'alleanza.
40 Even those that were numbered of them, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers, were two thousand and six hundred and thirty.	40 Furon trovati esser duemila e seicentotrenta.
41 These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD.	41 È questa la gente gersonita, numerata da Mosè ed Aronne, conforme alla parola del Signore.
42 And those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers,	42 Furon contati, secondo le genealogie e le case de' padri loro, anche i figli di Merari,
43 From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,	43 da trent'anni in su, fino a cinquanta, tutti i chiamati a compire il servizio del tabernacolo dell'alleanza.
44 Even those that were numbered of them after their families, were three thousand and two hundred.	44 Furon trovati essere tremila e duecento.
45 These be those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.	45 È questo il numero dei discendenti di Merari, contati da Mosè ed Aronne, conforme il comando dato a Mosè dal Signore.
46 All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the chief of Israel numbered, after their families, and after the house of their fathers,	46 Tutt'i leviti passati in rassegna, recensiti per nome da Mosè ed Aronne e da' principi d'Israele, secondo le genealogie e le case dei padri loro,
47 From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the congregation,	47 da trent'anni in su, fino a cinquanta, addetti al servizio del tabernacolo, ed a portarne i colli,
48 Even those that were numbered of them, were eight thousand and five hundred and fourscore.	48 furono in tutti ottomila e cinquecentottanta.
49 According to the commandment of the LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses.	49 Li passò in rassegna Mosè, secondo la parola del Signore; ciascuno secondo l'ufficio ed il carico assegnatoli, come gli aveva comandato il Signore.
