1 Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.	1 Poi mi fece entrare nel tempio e ne misurò la facciata, sei cubiti in larghezza da una parte e sei cubiti in larghezza dall'altra, larghezza del tabernacolo.
2 And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.	2 E la larghezza della porta era di dieci cubiti: i lati della porta avevan cinque cubiti da una parte e cinque cubiti dall'altra. E ne misurò la lunghezza di quaranta cubiti, e la larghezza di venti cubiti.
3 Then went he inward, and measured the post of the door, two cubits; and the door, six cubits; and the breadth of the door, seven cubits.	3 Ed entrato poi nella parte interiore, misurò i pilastri della porta, due cubiti, e la porta, di sei cubiti, e la larghezza della porta era di sette cubiti.
4 So he measured the length thereof, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.	4 E ne misurò la lunghezza di venti cubiti, e la larghezza di venti cubiti, davanti alla facciata del tempio, poi mi disse: « Questo è il Santo dei Santi ».
5 After he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side chamber, four cubits, round about the house on every side.	5 E misurò il muro della casa sei cubiti, e la larghezza del l'edificio laterale che circondava da ogni parte la casa, quattro cubiti.
6 And the side chambers were three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which was of the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house.	6 L'edifìcio laterale, camera sopra camera, aveva due volte trentatrè (camere), e vi eran delle prominenze nelle pareti della casa, ai lati tutt'all'intorno, per sostenere (le camere) senza che toccassero il muro del tempio.
7 And there was an enlarging, and a winding about still upward to the side chambers: for the winding about of the house went still upward round about the house: therefore the breadth of the house was still upward, and so increased from the lowest chamber to the highest by the midst.	7 E vi era uno spazio rotondo, e una scala che saliva a chiocciola e girando portava alle camere alte del tempio. Quindi il tempio era più largo nelle parti superiori, e così dal piano inferiore per quello di mezzo si saliva a quello superiore.
8 I saw also the height of the house round about: the foundations of the side chambers were a full reed of six great cubits.	8 Ed osservai l'altezza della casa all'intorno: l'edificio laterale aveva i fondamenti d'una canna, sei cubiti.
9 The thickness of the wall, which was for the side chamber without, was five cubits: and that which was left was the place of the side chambers that were within.	9 La larghezza del muro esterno (era) di cinque cubiti, e la casa interiore era cinta dall'edificio laterale della casa.
10 And between the chambers was the wideness of twenty cubits round about the house on every side.	10 E tra le camere v'era una larghezza di venti cubiti, da ogni parte della casa.
11 And the doors of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.	11 E le porte dell'edificio laterale eran dalla parte della preghiera: una porta a settentrione, una a mezzogiorno, e la larghezza del luogo per la preghiera era di cinque cubiti per ogni parte.
12 Now the building that was before the separate place at the end toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and the length thereof ninety cubits.	12 E l'edificio che era separato e volto verso la parte del mare, aveva la larghezza di settanta cubiti, e la muraglia era larga cinque cubiti tutt'all'intorno, ed era lunga novanta cubiti.
13 So he measured the house, an hundred cubits long; and the separate place, and the building, with the walls thereof, an hundred cubits long;	13 E misurò la lunghezza della casa, cento cubiti, e l'edificio separato e le sue mura, cento cubiti, di lunghezza.
14 Also the breadth of the face of the house, and of the separate place toward the east, an hundred cubits.	14 É lo spazio che era davanti alla facciata della casa, e dinanzi all'edificio separato, verso Oriente era di cento cubiti.
15 And he measured the length of the building over against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side and on the other side, an hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;	15 E misurò la lunghezza dell'edificio che era in faccia a quello che era separato dalla parte posteriore e portici da ambe le parti, cento cubiti. Nel tempio interiore e nel vestibolo dell'atrio,
16 The door posts, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, over against the door, cieled with wood round about, and from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered;	16 le soglie, le finestre oblique, e i portici, all'intorno, per tre parti, di faccia a ciascuna soglia, erano coperti in giro di legname tutt'all'intorno. La terra era fino alle finestre, e le finestre sopra le porte erano chiuse.
17 To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure.	17 E fino alla casa interiore, e al di fuori fino tutta la muraglia all'intorno, interiore e esteriore, fu misurato.
18 And it was made with cherubims and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces;	18 E v'erano scolpiti dei cherubini e delle palme, tra un cherubino e l'altro c'era una palma, ed ogni cherubino aveva due facce.
19 So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about.	19 Aveva la faccia di uomo verso una palma da un lato, e la faccia di leone verso l'altra palma da un altro lato, ed era cosi scolpito per tutta la casa all'intorno.
20 From the ground unto above the door were cherubims and palm trees made, and on the wall of the temple.	20 Lo sculture dei cherubini e delle palme eran sulle pareti del tempio da terra fino al disopra della porta.
21 The posts of the temple were squared, and the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the one as the appearance of the other.	21 La porta era quadrangolare, e la facciata del santuario rispondeva (a quella del tempio) in prospetto l'una e l'altra.
22 The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the length thereof, and the walls thereof, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD.	22 L'altezza dell'altare di legno era di tre cubiti, e la lunghezza due cubiti, e i suoi angoli, e la sua superficie e i suoi lati eran di legno. E mi disse: « Questa è la tavola davanti al Signore ».
23 And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.	23 Nel tempio e nel santuario c'eran due porte,
24 And the doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for the one door, and two leaves for the other door.	24 e nelle due porte v'erano da una parte e dall'altra due piccole porte che si ripiegavano l'una su l'altra: v'eran due battenti dall'una e dall'altra parte delle porte.
25 And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubims and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch without.	25 E nelle stesse porte del tempio erano scolpiti dei cherubini e delle palme, come erano scolpiti sulle pareti, per questo il legname era più massiccio sulla facciata del vestibolo, all'esterno.
26 And there were narrow windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and upon the side chambers of the house, and thick planks.	26 Sopra le quali cose v'eran le finestre oblique, e le figure delle palme di qua e di là nelle fiancate del vestibolo, lungo i lati della casa e la larghezza delle pareti.
