1 In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.	1 Il ventesimo quinto anno della nostra trasmigrazione, al principio dell'anno, a' dieci del mese, quattordici anni dopo la ruina della città, in quel medesimo giorno, la mano del Signore fu sopra di me, e menommi colà.
2 In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south.	2 In una visione divina mi condusse nella terra d'Israele, e posommi sopra un monte molto elevato, sopra di cui era come la fabbrica di una città volta a mezzodì,
3 And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.	3 E introdussemi colà dentro, ed ecco un uomo, che era a vedersi splendente come bronzo, e aveva in mano una corda fatta di lino, e nell'altra mano una canna da misurare, ed ei stavasi sulla porta.
4 And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.	4 E lo stesso uomo mi disse: Figliuolo dell'uomo, mira co' tuoi occhi, e ascolta co' tuoi orecchi, ed applica il cuor tuo a tutte le cose, che io ti farò vedere; perocché, affinchè ti fosser dimostre, tu qua se' stato condotto: e annunzia tutto quello, che vedi, alla casa d'Israele.
5 And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits long by the cubit and an hand breadth: so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.	5 Ed ecco al di fuori un muro tutt' all'intorno della casa, e l'uomo, avendo in mano una canna della misura di sei cubiti, e un palmo, misurò la larghezza dell'edifizio, che era di una canna, e l'altezza pure di una canna.
6 Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the stairs thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad; and the other threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad.	6 E andò alla porta, che guardava all'oriente, e salì la sua scalinata, e misurò il liminare della porta di una canna in larghezza, viene a dire, ognuno de' liminari era largo una canna.
7 And every little chamber was one reed long, and one reed broad; and between the little chambers were five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate within was one reed.	7 E ogni camera avea una canna di lunghezza, e una di larghezza, e tra una camera, e l'altra v'erano cinque cubiti.
8 He measured also the porch of the gate within, one reed.	8 E il liminare della porta presso al vestibolo dentro alla porta era di una canna.
9 Then measured he the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the posts thereof, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was inward.	9 E misurò il vestibolo della porta, che era di otto cubiti, e la fronte di due cubiti: il vestibolo della porta era al di dentro.
10 And the little chambers of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side; they three were of one measure: and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.	10 Or alla porta di oriente erano tre camere da una parte; e tre dall'altra, e le tre camere avean la stessa misura, e la stessa misura aveano le fronti dall'una parte, e dall'altra.
11 And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.	11 Ed ei misurò la larghezza del liminare della porta, che era di dieci cubiti, e la lunghezza della porta di tredici cubiti.
12 The space also before the little chambers was one cubit on this side, and the space was one cubit on that side: and the little chambers were six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.	12 E lo sporto davanti alle camere era d'un cubito: un cubito facea tutta la sua misura dall'una, e dall'altra parte, e le camere di qua, e di là erano di sei cubiti.
13 He measured then the gate from the roof of one little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth was five and twenty cubits, door against door.	13 E misurò la porta dal tetto di una camera fino al tetto dell'altra, di larghezza di venticinque cubiti: la porta dell'una (camera) era dirimpetto all'altra.
14 He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the post of the court round about the gate.	14 E fece le facciate di sessanta cubiti, e alla facciata fece (corrispondente) l'atrio della porta tutt' all'intorno.
15 And from the face of the gate of the entrance unto the face of the porch of the inner gate were fifty cubits.	15 E dalla facciata davanti della porta fino alla facciata interiore dell'altra porta del vestibolo, cubiti cinquanta.
16 And there were narrow windows to the little chambers, and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the arches: and windows were round about inward: and upon each post were palm trees.	16 E (fece) delle finestre obblique nelle camere, e nelle facciate, che eran dentro la porta d'ogni parte all'intorno: e similmente eranvi ancora nei vestiboli delle finestre al di dentro tutt' all'intorno, e davanti alle facciate (erano) palme scolpite.
17 Then brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty chambers were upon the pavement.	17 E menommi all'atrio esteriore, e vidi le stanze, e il pavimento dell'atrio era lastricato di pietra: erano trenta stanze intorno al pavimento.
18 And the pavement by the side of the gates over against the length of the gates was the lower pavement.	18 E il pavimento in faccia alle porte era più basso secondo la lunghezza delle porte.
19 Then he measured the breadth from the forefront of the lower gate unto the forefront of the inner court without, an hundred cubits eastward and northward.	19 E misurò la larghezza della soglia della porta inferiore sino al principio dell'atrio interiore per di fuori, cento cubiti all'oriente, e (altrettanti) a settentrione.
20 And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof, and the breadth thereof.	20 Misurò eziandio tanto la lunghezza, che la larghezza della porta dell'atrio esteriore, che guardava a settentrione.
21 And the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate: the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.	21 E le sue camere tre da una, e tre dall'altra parte, e il suo frontispizio, e il suo vestibolo secondo la misura della prima porta, ella era cinquanta cubiti lunga, e larga venticinque cubiti.
22 And their windows, and their arches, and their palm trees, were after the measure of the gate that looketh toward the east; and they went up unto it by seven steps; and the arches thereof were before them.	22 E le sue finestre, e il vestibolo, e le sculture avean misure simili a quelle della prima porta, cinquanta cubiti di lunghezza, e venticinque di larghezza.
23 And the gate of the inner court was over against the gate toward the north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate an hundred cubits.	23 E le porte dell'atrio interiore eran dirimpetto alle porte (dell'atrio esteriore) a settentrione, e ad oriente, e dall'una porta all'altra misurò cento cubiti.
24 After that he brought me toward the south, and behold a gate toward the south: and he measured the posts thereof and the arches thereof according to these measures.	24 E menommi dalla parte di mezzodì, e vidi la porta, che guardava mezzodì, e misurò il suo frontispizio, e il suo vestibolo eguali in misura agli altri.
25 And there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about, like those windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.	25 E le sue finestre, e i vestiboli all'intorno eran come le altre finestre, cinquanta cubiti lunghe, larghe venticinque.
26 And there were seven steps to go up to it, and the arches thereof were before them: and it had palm trees, one on this side, and another on that side, upon the posts thereof.	26 E ad essa (porta) si saliva per sette scalini, e dinanzi ad essa era il vestibolo, ed eranvi le palme scolpite, una da un lato, una dall'altro per davanti
27 And there was a gate in the inner court toward the south: and he measured from gate to gate toward the south an hundred cubits.	27 E la porta dell'atrio interiore era a mezzodì, e misurò da una porta all'altra a mezzodì cento cubiti.
28 And he brought me to the inner court by the south gate: and he measured the south gate according to these measures;	28 E mi condusse nell'atrio interiore alla porta di mezzodì, e misurò la porta, simile nella misura alle precedenti.
29 And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures: and there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.	29 La sua camera, il suo frontispizio, e il suo vestibolo, e le finestre, e il vestibolo all'intorno aveano le stesse misure, cinquanta cubiti di lunghezza, venticinque di larghezza.
30 And the arches round about were five and twenty cubits long, and five cubits broad.	30 E il vestibolo, che girava all'intorno, era lungo venticinque cubiti, e largo cinque.
31 And the arches thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof: and the going up to it had eight steps.	31 E il vestibolo menava all'atrio esteriore; eranvi le palme davanti, e otto erano gli scalini per salire ad essa.
32 And he brought me into the inner court toward the east: and he measured the gate according to these measures.	32 E fecemi entrare nello (stesso) atrio interiore per la parte orientale, e misurò la porta avente le misure di sopra.
33 And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, were according to these measures: and there were windows therein and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.	33 Le sue camere, e il suo frontispizio, e il suo vestibolo, come sopra, e le finestre, e il vestibolo di essa all'intorno, cubiti cinquanta in lungo, venti cinque in largo.
34 And the arches thereof were toward the outward court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.	34 E il suo vestibolo guardava l'atrio esteriore: e sul suo frontispizio scolpite le palme di qua, e di là, e per otto gradini salivasi ad essa.
35 And he brought me to the north gate, and measured it according to these measures;	35 E mi condusse alla porta, che guardava settentrione, e misurolla secondo le precedenti misure.
36 The little chambers thereof, the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, and the windows to it round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.	36 Le sue camere, e il suo frontispizio, e il suo vestibolo, e le finestre all'intorno, cinquanta cubiti di lunghezza, venticinque di larghezza.
37 And the posts thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.	37 E il suo vestibolo guardava l'atrio esteriore, e le palme scolpite nel frontispizio di qua, e di là, e ad essa salivasi per otto gradini.
38 And the chambers and the entries thereof were by the posts of the gates, where they washed the burnt offering.	38 E ognuna delle camere ai lati delle (grandi) porte avea una porta: ivi lavavano l'olocausto.
39 And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.	39 E nel vestibolo della porta eran due mense dall'una parte, e due dall'altra, per immolare sopra di esse l'olocausto, e per il peccato, e per il delitto.
40 And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, were two tables; and on the other side, which was at the porch of the gate, were two tables.	40 E dalla parte esteriore, che va all'ingresso della porta, che guarda settentrione, due mense, e dall'altro lato, davanti al vestibolo della porta, due mense.
41 Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon they slew their sacrifices.	41 Quattro mense da una parte, quattro mense dall'altra; ai lati della porta erano otto le mense, sulle quali faceransi le immolazioni.
42 And the four tables were of hewn stone for the burnt offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an half broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the instruments wherewith they slew the burnt offering and the sacrifice.	42 E le quattro mense per l'olocausto eran fatte di pietre quadre lunghe un cubito, e mezzo, e larghe un cubito, e mezzo ed alte un cubito per mettervi sopra i vasi, che si usano nell'immolare l'olocausto, e la vittima.
43 And within were hooks, an hand broad, fastened round about: and upon the tables was the flesh of the offering.	43 Elle aveano tutto all'intorno una cornice, che si piegava verso la parte interiore, e sopra le mense poneansi le carni dell'obblazioni.
44 And without the inner gate were the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and their prospect was toward the south: one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north.	44 E fuori della porta interiore eran le camere dei cantori nell'atrio interiore, che era allato alla porta, che guarda settentrione. La faccia loro era volta verso mezzodì. Una ve n'era allato alla porta orientale, la quale guardava settentrione.
45 And he said unto me, This chamber, whose prospect is toward the south, is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the house.	45 E quegli disse a me: Questa camera, che guarda mezzodì, sarà pei sacerdoti, che vegliano a guardia del tempio.
46 And the chamber whose prospect is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok among the sons of Levi, which come near to the LORD to minister unto him.	46 La camera poi, che guarda settentrione, sarà pei sacerdoti, che vegliano nel servigio dell'altare. Questi sono i figliuoli di Sadoc, i quali sono posteri di Levi, e si appressano al Signore per servire a lui.
47 So he measured the court, an hundred cubits long, and an hundred cubits broad, foursquare; and the altar that was before the house.	47 Ed ei misurò l'atrio, di lunghezza cento cubiti, e di larghezza cento cubiti in quadro, e l'altare, che era dinanzi alla facciata del tempio.
48 And he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side: and the breadth of the gate was three cubits on this side, and three cubits on that side.	48 E mi introdusse nel vestibolo del tempio, e misurò il vestibolo, che avea cinque cubiti da una parte, e cinque dall'altra, e la larghezza delle porte tre cubiti da un lato, e tre dall'altro.
49 The length of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and he brought me by the steps whereby they went up to it: and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.	49 E la lunghezza del vestibolo di venti cubiti, e la larghezza di undici cubiti, e vi si montava per otto scalini. E la facciata avea due colonne, una da una parte, una dall'altra.
