1 In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.	1 Száműzetésünk huszonötödik esztendejében, az év kezdetén, a hónap tizedik napján, tizennégy évvel az után, hogy a város elpusztult, éppen ezen a napon helyezte rám az Úr a kezét, és odavitt engem,
2 In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south.	2 isteni látomásokban elvitt Izrael földjére, és letett egy nagyon magas hegyen, amelyiken dél felé egy városhoz hasonló épület volt.
3 And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.	3 Bevezetett oda, és íme, egy férfi volt ott, akinek a külseje olyan volt, mint az érc; a kezében lenzsinórt tartott, s mérővessző volt a kezében, amint ott állt a kapuban.
4 And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.	4 Ez a férfi így szólt hozzám: »Emberfia, láss a te saját szemeddel és hallj a te saját füleddel, és figyelj mindarra, amit megmutatok neked, mert azért hoztalak ide, hogy megmutassam neked. Hirdesd majd Izrael házának mindazt, amit látni fogsz.«
5 And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits long by the cubit and an hand breadth: so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.	5 És íme, a házat kívülről mindenünnen fal vette körül. A férfi kezében hat könyök és egy tenyér hosszú mérővessző volt, és megmérte az építményt; a szélessége egy vessző, s a magassága is egy vessző volt.
6 Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the stairs thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad; and the other threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad.	6 Aztán elment a kelet felé néző kapuhoz, felment a lépcsőin, és megmérte a kapu küszöbét; a szélessége egy vessző – azaz egy-egy küszöb szélessége egy vessző volt,
7 And every little chamber was one reed long, and one reed broad; and between the little chambers were five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate within was one reed.	7 és egy-egy fülkét: a hossza egy vessző és a szélessége is egy vessző volt; – a fülkék közt pedig öt könyöknyi köz volt.
8 He measured also the porch of the gate within, one reed.	8 Ezután a kapu küszöbét a kaputól befelé nyíló csarnok mellett: egy vessző.
9 Then measured he the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the posts thereof, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was inward.	9 Aztán megmérte a kapu csarnokát: nyolc könyök, és a pilléreit: két könyök; a kapu csarnoka pedig belül volt.
10 And the little chambers of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side; they three were of one measure: and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.	10 A keleti kapunak mindkét felől három-három fülkéje volt; mind a háromnak egy volt a mérete, és egy volt a mérete a pilléreknek is mind a két oldalon.
11 And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.	11 Aztán megmérte a kapu küszöbének szélességét: tíz könyök, és a kapu hosszát: tizenhárom könyök,
12 The space also before the little chambers was one cubit on this side, and the space was one cubit on that side: and the little chambers were six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.	12 a fülkék előtt levő szegélyt: egy könyök. Egy könyök volt a szegély mindkét oldalon, a fülkék pedig hat könyöknyi nagyságúak voltak mindkét oldalon.
13 He measured then the gate from the roof of one little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth was five and twenty cubits, door against door.	13 Aztán megmérte a kaput az egyik fülke tetejétől a másiknak tetejéig: a szélessége huszonöt könyök volt; az egyik bejárat a másik bejárattal szemben volt.
14 He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the post of the court round about the gate.	14 Hatvan könyökben állapította meg a pilléreket. A pillér mellett a kapu udvara volt mindenfelől, körös-körül.
15 And from the face of the gate of the entrance unto the face of the porch of the inner gate were fifty cubits.	15 A kapu homlokzatától a belső kapu csarnokának homlokzatáig ötven könyök volt.
16 And there were narrow windows to the little chambers, and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the arches: and windows were round about inward: and upon each post were palm trees.	16 A fülkékben rácsos ablakok voltak és a pilléreiken körös-körül mindenütt a kapun belül; hasonlóképpen belül a csarnokokban is körös-körül ablakok voltak, a pilléreken pedig pálmák képei.
17 Then brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty chambers were upon the pavement.	17 Aztán kivitt a külső udvarba, és íme, ott kamarák voltak, és az udvarban körös-körül kővel kirakott padlózat; harminc kamra volt a padlózaton körös-körül.
18 And the pavement by the side of the gates over against the length of the gates was the lower pavement.	18 A kövezet a kapuk oldalfala mellett volt, a kapuk hosszának megfelelően – ez volt az alsó kövezet.
19 Then he measured the breadth from the forefront of the lower gate unto the forefront of the inner court without, an hundred cubits eastward and northward.	19 Aztán megmérte a szélességet az alsó kapu homlokzatától a belső udvar külső homlokzatáig: és az kelet felé is meg észak felé is száz könyök volt.
20 And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof, and the breadth thereof.	20 A külső udvarnak észak felé néző kapuját is megmérte mind hosszában, mind szélességében,
21 And the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate: the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.	21 és a fülkéit is: hármat az egyik oldalon, és hármat a másik oldalon, meg a pilléreit és a csarnokát az első kapu mérete szerint: a hossza ötven könyök, a szélessége huszonöt könyök volt.
22 And their windows, and their arches, and their palm trees, were after the measure of the gate that looketh toward the east; and they went up unto it by seven steps; and the arches thereof were before them.	22 Ablakai, csarnoka és pálmái a kelet felé néző kapu méretének megfelelők voltak; hét lépcsőfok volt a feljárata, előtte pedig csarnok volt.
23 And the gate of the inner court was over against the gate toward the north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate an hundred cubits.	23 A belső udvarnak egy-egy kapuja az északi és a keleti kapuval szemben volt; az egyik kaputól a másik kapuig száz könyököt mért.
24 After that he brought me toward the south, and behold a gate toward the south: and he measured the posts thereof and the arches thereof according to these measures.	24 Ezután kivitt dél felé, és íme, ott egy dél felé néző kapu volt. Megmérte a pilléreit és a csarnokát, a fentebbi méretek szerint,
25 And there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about, like those windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.	25 valamint az ablakait és a csarnokát körös-körül, mint a többi ablakot: a hossza ötven könyök, a szélessége pedig huszonöt könyök volt.
26 And there were seven steps to go up to it, and the arches thereof were before them: and it had palm trees, one on this side, and another on that side, upon the posts thereof.	26 Hét lépcsőfok volt a feljárata, a bejárata előtt pedig csarnok volt. A pillérein faragott pálmák voltak, az egyik oldalon is egy, és a másik oldalon is egy.
27 And there was a gate in the inner court toward the south: and he measured from gate to gate toward the south an hundred cubits.	27 A belső udvarnak is volt dél felé néző kapuja; az egyik kaputól a másik kapuig déli irányban száz könyököt mért.
28 And he brought me to the inner court by the south gate: and he measured the south gate according to these measures;	28 Aztán bevitt a belső udvarba a déli kapuhoz, és megmérte a kaput a fentebbi méretek szerint:
29 And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures: and there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.	29 a fülkéit, pilléreit és csarnokát ugyanazon méretek szerint, az ablakait meg a csarnokát körös-körül: a hossza ötven könyök, a szélessége pedig huszonöt könyök volt.
30 And the arches round about were five and twenty cubits long, and five cubits broad.	30 A csarnokot körös-körül: a hossza huszonöt könyök, a szélessége öt könyök volt.
31 And the arches thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof: and the going up to it had eight steps.	31 Csarnoka a külső udvarra nyílt, és a pillérein pálmák voltak; nyolc lépcsőfoka volt, amelyeken oda felmentek.
32 And he brought me into the inner court toward the east: and he measured the gate according to these measures.	32 Majd bevitt engem kelet felől a belső udvarba; és megmérte a kaput a fentebbi méretek szerint,
33 And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, were according to these measures: and there were windows therein and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.	33 a fülkéit, a pilléreit és a csarnokát, mint fentebb, és ablakait meg csarnokait körös-körül: a hossza ötven könyök, a szélessége pedig huszonöt könyök volt.
34 And the arches thereof were toward the outward court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.	34 A csarnokát is, amely a külső udvarba vezetett; faragott pálmák voltak a pillérein mindkétfelől, és nyolc lépcsőfok volt a feljárata.
35 And he brought me to the north gate, and measured it according to these measures;	35 Azután bevitt engem az észak felé néző kapun, és megmérte azt a fentebbi méretek szerint:
36 The little chambers thereof, the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, and the windows to it round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.	36 a fülkéit, pilléreit, csarnokát és ablakait körös-körül: a hossza ötven könyök, a szélessége pedig huszonöt könyök volt.
37 And the posts thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.	37 A csarnoka a külső udvar felé nézett; faragott pálmák voltak a pillérein mindkétfelől, és nyolc lépcsőfok volt a feljárata.
38 And the chambers and the entries thereof were by the posts of the gates, where they washed the burnt offering.	38 Egy-egy kamra bejárata a kapuk pillérein volt; ott mosták meg az égőáldozatot.
39 And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.	39 A kapu csarnokában két asztal volt az egyik oldalon, és két asztal a másik oldalon, hogy rajtuk öljék le az égőáldozatot, a bűnért és a vétekért való áldozatot.
40 And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, were two tables; and on the other side, which was at the porch of the gate, were two tables.	40 Kívül, az oldalfal mellett, amely az északra nyíló kapu bejárata felé húzódott, két asztal volt; a másik oldalfal mellett, a kapu csarnoka előtt szintén két asztal volt;
41 Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon they slew their sacrifices.	41 négy asztal volt az egyik oldalon és négy asztal a másik oldalon; a kapu oldalfalainál nyolc asztal állt, amelyeken az áldozati állatokat leölték.
42 And the four tables were of hewn stone for the burnt offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an half broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the instruments wherewith they slew the burnt offering and the sacrifice.	42 Négy asztal négyszögletes kövekből volt összeállítva az égőáldozathoz: a hosszúságuk másfél könyök, a szélességük másfél könyök, a magasságuk pedig egy könyök volt –, hogy rájuk tegyék azokat a szerszámokat, amelyekkel az égőáldozatot és a többi áldozatot leölték.
43 And within were hooks, an hand broad, fastened round about: and upon the tables was the flesh of the offering.	43 A peremük egy arasz volt, körös-körül befelé hajló mélyedéssel; az asztalokon pedig áldozati hús volt.
44 And without the inner gate were the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and their prospect was toward the south: one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north.	44 A belső kapun kívül az énekesek kamrái voltak a belső udvarban, az észak felé néző kapu oldalfala mellett; homlokzatuk dél felé nézett; egy kamra pedig a keleti kapu oldalfala mellett volt, amelyik észak felé nézett.
45 And he said unto me, This chamber, whose prospect is toward the south, is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the house.	45 Ekkor azt mondta nekem: »Az a kamra, amelyik dél felé néz, azon papok számára való, akiknek szolgálata a templom őrizete;
46 And the chamber whose prospect is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok among the sons of Levi, which come near to the LORD to minister unto him.	46 az a kamra pedig, amelyik észak felé néz, azon papok számára való, akik az oltár szolgálatát végzik. Ezek Szádok fiai, akik Lévi fiai közül az Úrhoz járulhatnak, hogy neki szolgáljanak.«
47 So he measured the court, an hundred cubits long, and an hundred cubits broad, foursquare; and the altar that was before the house.	47 Aztán megmérte az udvart: a hossza száz könyök, a szélessége száz könyök volt, négyszögben. A templom homlokzata előtt pedig az oltár állt.
48 And he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side: and the breadth of the gate was three cubits on this side, and three cubits on that side.	48 Majd bevitt engem a templom előcsarnokába, és megmérte az előcsarnokot. Öt könyök volt az egyik oldala és öt könyök a másik oldala, és a kapu szélességét: három könyök volt az egyik oldala és három könyök a másik oldala;
49 The length of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and he brought me by the steps whereby they went up to it: and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.	49 és az előcsarnok hosszát: ez húsz könyök volt, a szélességét: ez tizenegy könyök volt – és nyolc lépcsőfok volt a feljárata. A pillérek mellett oszlopok voltak: az egyik az egyik oldalon, és a másik a másik oldalon.
