Psalms 15

KING JAMES BIBLE	JERUSALEM
1 LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?	1 Psaume de David. Yahvé, qui logera sous ta tente, habitera sur ta sainte montagne?
2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.	2 Celui qui marche en parfait, celui qui agit en juste et dit la vérité de son coeur,
3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.	3 sans laisser courir sa langue; qui ne lèse en rien son frère, ne jette pas d'opprobre à son prochain,
4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.	4 méprise du regard le réprouvé, mais honore les craignants de Yahvé; qui jure à ses dépens sans sedédire,
5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.	5 ne prête pas son argent à intérêt, n'accepte rien pour nuire à l'innocent. Qui fait ainsi jamais nebronchera.
