1 LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.	1 Cantique des montées. De David. Tu ne verras pas d’orgueil en mon cœur, ni d’arrogance en mon regard, Seigneur; je n’ai pas recherché les grandeurs, ni rêvé de ce qui me dépasse.
2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.	2 J’ai assagi et tranquillisé mon âme comme l’enfant sevré sur le sein de sa mère: mon âme en moi rien ne réclame.
3 Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.	3 Compte, Israël, compte sur le Seigneur dès maintenant et à jamais.
