Psalms 127

KING JAMES BIBLE	LXX
1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.	1 ωδη των αναβαθμων μακαριοι παντες οι φοβουμενοι τον κυριον οι πορευομενοι εν ταις οδοις αυτου
2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.	2 τους πονους των καρπων σου φαγεσαι μακαριος ει και καλως σοι εσται
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.	3 η γυνη σου ως αμπελος ευθηνουσα εν τοις κλιτεσι της οικιας σου οι υιοι σου ως νεοφυτα ελαιων κυκλω της τραπεζης σου
4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.	4 ιδου ουτως ευλογηθησεται ανθρωπος ο φοβουμενος τον κυριον
5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.	5 ευλογησαι σε κυριος εκ σιων και ιδοις τα αγαθα ιερουσαλημ πασας τας ημερας της ζωης σου
	6 και ιδοις υιους των υιων σου ειρηνη επι τον ισραηλ
