Psalms 123

KING JAMES BIBLE	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.	1 Canto de peregrinación. Levanto mis ojos hacia ti, que habitas en el cielo.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.	2 Como los ojos de los servidores están fijos en las manos de su señor, y los ojos de la servidora en las manos de su dueña: así miran nuestros ojos al Señor, nuestro Dios, hasta que se apiade de nosotros.
3 Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.	3 ¡Ten piedad, Señor, ten piedad de nosotros, porque estamos hartos de desprecios!
4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.	4 Nuestra alma está saturada de la burla de los arrogantes, del desprecio de los orgullosos.
