1 Yahvé parla à Moïse et lui dit:	1 This is what the LORD then said to Moses:
2 "Dis aux Israélites de prélever pour moi une contribution. Vous prendrez la contribution de tousceux que leur coeur incite.	2 "Tell the Israelites to take up a collection for me. From every man you shall accept the contribution that his heart prompts him to give me.
3 Et voici la contribution que vous accepterez d'eux: de l'or, de l'argent et du bronze;	3 These are the contributions you shall accept from them: gold, silver and bronze;
4 de la pourpre violette et écarlate, du cramoisi, du lin fin et du poil de chèvre;	4 violet, purple and scarlet yarn; fine linen and goat hair;
5 des peaux de béliers teintes en rouge, du cuir fin et du bois d'acacia;	5 rams' skins dyed red, and tahash skins; acacia wood;
6 de l'huile pour le luminaire, des aromates pour l'huile d'onction et l'encens aromatique;	6 oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;
7 des pierres de cornaline et des pierres à enchâsser dans l'éphod et le pectoral.	7 onyx stones and other gems for mounting on the ephod and the breastpiece.
8 Fais-moi un sanctuaire, que je puisse résider parmi eux.	8 "They shall make a sanctuary for me, that I may dwell in their midst.
9 Tu feras tout selon le modèle de la Demeure et le modèle de son mobilier que je vais te montrer.	9 This Dwelling and all its furnishings you shall make exactly according to the pattern that I will now show you.
10 "Tu feras en bois d'acacia une arche longue de deux coudées et demie, large d'une coudée et demieet haute d'une coudée et demie.	10 "You shall make an ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high.
11 Tu la plaqueras d'or pur, au-dedans et au-dehors, et tu feras sur elle une moulure d'or, tout autour.	11 Plate it inside and outside with pure gold, and put a molding of gold around the top of it.
12 Tu fondras pour elle quatre anneaux d'or, et tu les mettras à ses quatre pieds: deux anneaux d'uncôté et deux anneaux de l'autre.	12 Cast four gold rings and fasten them on the four supports of the ark, two rings on one side and two on the opposite side.
13 Tu feras aussi des barres en bois d'acacia; tu les plaqueras d'or,	13 Then make poles of acacia wood and plate them with gold.
14 et tu engageras dans les anneaux fixés sur les côtés de l'arche les barres qui serviront à la porter.	14 These poles you are to put through the rings on the sides of the ark, for carrying it;
15 Les barres resteront dans les anneaux de l'arche et n'en seront pas ôtées.	15 they must remain in the rings of the ark and never be withdrawn.
16 Tu mettras dans l'arche le Témoignage que je te donnerai.	16 In the ark you are to put the commandments which I will give you.
17 Tu feras aussi un propitiatoire d'or pur, de deux coudées et demie de long et d'une coudée et demiede large.	17 "You shall then make a propitiatory of pure gold, two cubits and a half long, and one and a half cubits wide.
18 Tu feras deux chérubins d'or repoussé, tu les feras aux deux extrémités du propitiatoire.	18 Make two cherubim of beaten gold for the two ends of the propitiatory,
19 Fais l'un des chérubins à une extrémité et l'autre chérubin à l'autre extrémité: tu feras les chérubinsfaisant corps avec le propitiatoire, à ses deux extrémités.	19 fastening them so that one cherub springs direct from each end.
20 Les chérubins auront les ailes déployées vers le haut et protégeront le propitiatoire de leurs ailes ense faisant face. Les faces des chérubins seront tournées vers le propitiatoire.	20 The cherubim shall have their wings spread out above, covering the propitiatory with them; they shall be turned toward each other, but with their faces looking toward the propitiatory.
21 Tu mettras le propitiatoire sur le dessus de l'arche, et tu mettras dans l'arche le Témoignage que jete donnerai.	21 This propitiatory you shall then place on top of the ark. In the ark itself you are to put the commandments which I will give you.
22 C'est là que je te rencontrerai. C'est de sur le propitiatoire, d'entre les deux chérubins qui sont surl'arche du Témoignage, que je te donnerai mes ordres pour les Israélites.	22 There I will meet you and there, from above the propitiatory, between the two cherubim on the ark of the commandments, I will tell you all the commands that I wish you to give the Israelites.
23 "Tu feras une table en bois d'acacia, longue de deux coudées, large d'une coudée et haute d'unecoudée et demie.	23 "You shall also make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, a cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.
24 Tu la plaqueras d'or pur, et tu lui feras tout autour une moulure d'or.	24 Plate it with pure gold and make a molding of gold around it.
25 Tout autour, tu lui feras des entretoises larges d'une palme, et tu feras autour des entretoises unemoulure d'or.	25 Surround it with a frame, a handbreadth high, with a molding of gold around the frame.
26 Tu lui feras quatre anneaux d'or, et tu mettras les anneaux aux quatre angles formés par les quatrepieds.	26 You shall also make four rings of gold for it and fasten them at the four corners, one at each leg,
27 Les anneaux seront placés près des entretoises pour loger les barres qui serviront à porter la table.	27 on two opposite sides of the frame as holders for the poles to carry the table.
28 Tu feras les barres en bois d'acacia et tu les plaqueras d'or; elles serviront à porter la table.	28 These poles for carrying the table you shall make of acacia wood and plate with gold.
29 Tu feras ses plats, ses coupes, ses aiguières ainsi que ses bols pour les libations; c'est d'or pur quetu les feras,	29 Of pure gold you shall make its plates and cups, as well as its pitchers and bowls for pouring libations.
30 et tu placeras toujours sur la table, devant moi, les pains d'oblation.	30 On the table you shall always keep showbread set before me.
31 Tu feras un candélabre d'or pur; le candélabre, sa base et son fût seront repoussés; ses calices,boutons et fleurs feront corps avec lui.	31 "You shall make a lampstand of pure beaten gold-its shaft and branches-with its cups and knobs and petals springing directly from it.
32 Six branches s'en détacheront sur les côtés: trois branches du candélabre d'un côté, trois branchesdu candélabre de l'autre côté.	32 Six branches are to extend from the sides of the lampstand, three branches on one side, and three on the other.
33 La première branche portera trois calices en forme de fleur d'amandier, avec bouton et fleur; ladeuxième branche portera aussi trois calices en forme de fleur d'amandier, avec bouton et fleur; il en sera ainsipour les six branches partant du candélabre.	33 On one branch there are to be three cups, shaped like almond blossoms, each with its knob and petals; on the opposite branch there are to be three cups, shaped like almond blossoms, each with its knob and petals; and so for the six branches that extend from the lampstand.
34 Le candélabre lui-même portera quatre calices en forme de fleur d'amandier, avec bouton et fleur:	34 On the shaft there are to be four cups, shaped like almond blossoms, with their knobs and petals,
35 un bouton sous les deux premières branches partant du candélabre, un bouton sous les deuxbranches suivantes et un bouton sous les deux dernières branches -- donc aux six branches se détachant ducandélabre.	35 including a knob below each of the three pairs of branches that extend from the lampstand.
36 Les boutons et les branches feront corps avec le candélabre et le tout sera fait d'un bloc d'or purrepoussé.	36 Their knobs and branches shall so spring from it that the whole will form but a single piece of pure beaten gold.
37 Puis tu feras ses sept lampes. On montera les lampes de telle sorte qu'elles éclairent en avant de lui.	37 You shall then make seven lamps for it and so set up the lamps that they shed their light on the space in front of the lampstand.
38 Ses mouchettes et ses cendriers seront d'or pur.	38 These, as well as the trimming shears and trays, must be of pure gold.
39 Tu le feras, avec tous ses accessoires, d'un talent d'or pur.	39 Use a talent of pure gold for the lampstand and all its appurtenances.
40 Regarde et exécute selon le modèle qui t'est montré sur la montagne.	40 See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.
